Went for a friends son's birthday, still some kinks to work out on the parties but still a great experience. Big 3 story playscape, coloring areas, big light bright, almost like a hands on museum without the museum part. They really thought about the parents as well, lots of seating space where you can watch the kids, including a second floor area where you are behind glass to keep the noise down. The party room is pretty fancy, great for a princess themed party, we had more than enough pizza, not like other kids party places and our coordinator was amazing. Even the snake bar, which had healthy snacks (and ice cream) was reasonable priced, got a coffee for me and Gatorade for the kids. read more

We took our almost 2-year-old to play here last Saturday. Although she is a bit young for some of the stuff she still had a blast. I thought the place was well thought-out overall. Families get wrist bands so that if someone is separated or whatever, they can be reunited. I saw staff cleaning common areas the whole time we were there, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant. I think this place would be ideal for 4-5 year-olds because they're able to get more out of the play structures and activities there. We'll be back I'm sure. read more

This is the BEST kids play place I've been to!! This place is so good I don't really want to tell you about it. It is so clean! The staff is consistent vacuuming and wiping the equipment down. The play structure has so many levels for the kids to explore. There is a tree house to climb, many slides and a trampoline. They have a magnet wall and chalk boards. There is so much to do. There is a separate toddler play area. They sell water, drinks and snack at a very good price. Highly recommend this place! read more

This place is incredible. We have been here a few times already and each and every time my son never wants to leave. He is thoughougly entertained with the many obstacles, slides, etc. There is comfortable seating for parents to watch as the kids play. They even accommodated toddlers by creating a separate play area! Kidcadia also has a snack bar and gift shop area as well as a party room to rent for birthdays! So glad this place exists. A great spot to bring your kiddo when you want them to get the wiggles out. It does get pretty crowded, so be wary of that. But, the staff seems pretty attentive the few times we've been there - monitoring the play structures and wiping stuff down. They have lots of seating throughout the place, as well as lots of non-physical activities (a huge light-brite inspired installation, drawing, chalk boards, etc). You can definitely spend a few hours here with your family, especially since they even have a nice cafe. read more

Really nice playscape as well as cool interactive features. Love the light up wall, and the design of the climbing area. Very clean, staff is friendly. My biggest issue is pricing is really steep on weekends (Friday-Sunday), paid $30 for my two kids to play (4 and 2 year old).. that's like an aquarium or zoo trip. Also found it a bit annoying that those who purchased snacks (chips, ice cream etc) were eating them in the play area. Try telling a 2 year old they can't have icecream when someone is sitting on the slide eating a popsicle. Not fun lol read more

If I could give this place more stars I would. Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, and a TON for kids to play with. My son is 15 months and loved the climbing stuff, the massive lite bright board, and a wall of fidget toys. He lasted an hour and a half and we only left bc nap time was approaching. Ghema is so nice! My daughter plays here weekly. We love this place! It's best to go as early as possible if you have a toddler. The restaurant next door also dale good that's pretty good. But we love the chinese red right across the street. I will never go to chuckie cheeses as long as this place is open. read more

I got to come in today for their free showcase event. The place is really nice. You can tell they spent a lot of money to make it as nice and high end looking as possible. Staff was very friendly and the play structure looked fun. It's safe to say my son had a blast. The food however needs some work. I ordered the Ontario and superior sandwiches and both were overloaded with sauces. Especially the one with the ribs/sour cream. Just an overdose of sour cream. I would suggest toning it down on how much sauce these sandwiches have. I also kept having an issue with the fountain drinks being very flat. I tried to reorder new ones with less ice and still it was flat. Then I just ordered a completely different fountain drink and that was flat too. So I ended up not drinking any of them and just drank water instead. The fries were also soggy so I'd suggest finding a way to get them/keep them crispy. Chicken tenders were great. Served piping hot and crunchy. Cookies were great. Fresh and soft and they had some delicious varieties. We also got a Caramel latte that tasted good as well. The menu options have good variety and sound tasty but just need to execute some of them a bit better per my notes above. read more

This is a great place for kids to release some energy. My kids had a blast and it was our first time there. Some cons are it was extremely busy and unorganized when we went. I couldn't find anywhere to sit as it was limited seating on the lower level and ppl were putting their coats and shoes on the couches to hold their spots even though nobody was sitting in them. I walked around aimlessly and finally settled in the kids coloring area where my babies stroller was almost knocked over repeatedly by running kids who were not being careful or mindful of those around them. Again, not there fault. I was sitting in kids designated area. They have a second level but it is not stroller friendly as they only have stairs to get up and no elevator. When I asked a staff member if there was an alternative to getting upstairs he said I could carry my newborn up there and hold them and leave the stroller downstairs. Staff seems very young. Overall, may try again on a not so busy day. read more

Had our sons 3rd birthday here, it was clean, beautifully designed and the service was unrivaled. We had someone (Rowan) provide us assistance throughout the entire event. She was friendly and always on top of things. The food is from a restricted menu they provide but everything was delicious and well received from all our guests. (Make sure to try come coffee it's delicious) We can't wait to return for some fun for the kids. While their prices may be higher than other places, the atmosphere, quality of food, and service is more than worth the cost. read more

my daughter loves this place and so do I. She is able to play freely and often times, she meets and plays with other kids. Very clean facility and the staff is very nice. I would recommend this place, especially during the cold months when kids cannot play outside for long. I especially appreciate the security when exiting. The party room looks great, too. read more

What kind of heavenly spot is this? I dropped in unplanned today with my three year old. It's a step up and a different experience from other indoor playgrounds I've been to - no blaring music, harsh lighting, table booths for seating, or primary colors here. Visually beautiful, extremely spacious, soothing ambient music, very tasteful spaces, nooks, and different features for kids' play (we loved the fluorescent/glowey boards and markers), staff was friendly and welcoming, fresh coffee and comfortable armchairs for adults, and tables off to the side by the windows for parents who need to work. This place is breathtaking! It's like they built this place with parents in mind! I usually brace myself when I go into a kids play gym or a Chuck E Cheese type place... it usually feels dirty and chaotic, typical kid stuff. However, this place feels like a cross between a Hands On Museum, high end boutique, and enchanted forest! I am in awe of the thoughtfulness in the functional and aesthetic design. The air in here smells clean and fresh, and every 30 minutes there's an employee cleaning in the play area. There are 2 family restrooms, a dedicated coloring area, colorful & stimulating art work at kids' eye level, and plenty of comfortable seating and tables (coffee table, dining table, counter/bar stool heights). The 2nd level loft connects to a bridge from the play structure so even if you're working here with your laptop (like I am doing while my kids play), I still feel connected to them. There's even a nursing room and a gift shop with educational items. The staff tell me that the owners are opening a restaurant next door so that soon there will be service into this room so parents can sit, relax and order food from their seats. This is the best indoor play area we've ever been to, and we've been to so many across the United States! Most importantly, it was immaculately clean and tidy! That means the world to me! I loved all the details that were thought through to make it more fun, more aesthetically pleasing, and safer! Definitely a gem and well worth the drive from Ann Arbor! I thought the price was spectacular and h th e food and cafe offerings were inexpensive and awesome. I lovEd the calMing spa-like music playing too. The drawing wall and light board were a super huge deal to us and differentiate this place from so many others. Even the gift shop was well done! And the ceilings!
