Cute, inexpensive, place that is a great inside solution to play during inclement or hot weather. I would say one side is definitely better for the littles while the other (arcade side) is more targeted toward the older kids. While I'm sure there is a valid reason, as a parent, I was not a fan of the exit doors placement...especially on both sides. It definitely made me a little concerned.

Great price for unlimited play all day and it has two sides one for smaller kids and one for the bigger kids I definitely appreciate that

so hard to find safe and clean places the kids love during Covid that's why I'm so happy to have found Kiddleton

My daughter enjoyed it. She's two. However, there was big kids that were too big and really tough. Don't waste your time.

That visit we had an off putting initial exchange with the guy doing check in; who told my kid to throw away their plastic water bottle. I offered to put it in my bag cause they needed it for some medications theg were taking at the time but the only options was leave it at the bar, toss it, or take it to the car and get a free water from the food station. I get not wanting spills but both the cider cups and water cups offer no lids and my kids water had a lid and could go in a bag. I think we caught this guy on a bad day because we have not had that issue again. Though we learned our lesson and if we had a water we stuck it in my bag. At another locations they explained they are actually fine with water bottles ... They ask just don't be obvious about it...just don't want people bringing in things like starbucks drinks or sonic drinks that take away from their drink sales or could be sneaking in something that could cost them their serving license. Which I 100% get! Food wise; the pizza here is pretty solid! Of the cidercades I go to I think this is the one I would most likely get food at. (Arlington being number two but that's because they have to many other good places walking distance!!) Every other time we've come to this one; which

Tokyo Station is the sister location to Free Play Arcade, the groundbreaking bar/arcade concept…read more This location used to be a Free Play Arcade but has now been converted to a Japanese arcade theme destination. If you're expecting old school arcade games like Free Play Arcade, you'll be disappointed. If you want to be transported to Japan via Arlington, read on. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Step into the world of the Japanese arcade. As you walk in, you'll notice claw and Gachapon machines tempting you to play and win something. There's Japanese pop music piping through the speakers, and a dedicated room full of imported Japanese arcade games add more sounds. There's also a dedicated bar and dining area. It was relatively empty at 12:30 PM on a Friday. But it's also simply INCREDIBLE if you're into Japanese culture. You're not in DFW anymore. 2 Star. Service - There's a friendly bartender, if you want to order drinks (I did not). Otherwise, you place your order at a kiosk, grab a numbered puck, and then grab a seat. When your puck starts making a sound, your food will be ready at the windows. Heads up, if you leave you table unattended the staff with clean up so others can sit. They're very efficient. 1 Star. Food - Let me first say, if you're looking for the Free Play Arcade experience, you will be disappointed. If you're looking to be transported to a Japanese arcade (me) this place is awesome. The kiosks are very straight forward; you can order packaged ramen to ramen made in house. I went with the Street Tonkatsu. The broth was mild (not overly salty), and the pork belly was very tender. I also ordered the Tokyo Station Tacos. The JBBQ pulled pork was surprisingly tasty, but I couldn't help but long for a Chinese Bao instead of a tortilla. But what impressed me the most was the booth we sat in. It was connected to a monitor, and we could access a bunch of SNES games. 1 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes! Tokyo Station is my kind of jam. The only thing that gave me concern is that it wasn't very busy on a Friday. I hope this concept stays, because it's the closest thing to a Japanese arcade besides flying to Japan. 1 Star.

This was my first time here and I am not really a huge fan. This arcade features Japanese arcade…read moregames and that's just not my thing. There were a few games that were the American version but only a few...Galaga and Pacman were the ones that I noticed. They did have a decent selection of pinball machines...however they are NOT included in the free play. I was a little surprised but also disappointed that pinball was extra... The cost for the "free play" is a little pricey compared to Cidercade...if we are comparing size and what's included. I also think that it helps to have an interest in japanese video games, which I do not. This is a really small arcade which did make it hard to move around and there were lines for the popular games, unfortunately, the overall experience was not really that exciting. The service at the bar was the great, the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a separate area for the free play and the kids working the counter were mostly on their phones unless someone walked up to them.

We had bowling reservations and were excited for a fun night, but unfortunately this ended up being…read morethe worst experience we've had here -- and we've been coming since they first opened. We are a party of seven and planned to order quite a bit of food and drinks while we bowled. However, our lane kept fouling every single person who bowled. We found someone and asked for assistance and were told someone would come help. Thirty minutes later, no one had come -- not to fix the lane and not to take our food order. A very kind gentleman happened to walk by, and we stopped him to explain the issue. He immediately called it in and asked for the foul line to be turned off. We also asked how we were supposed to order food, and he told us a waitress would come to our table. As he started to walk away, he turned back around and offered to take our order himself and write it down for the waitress -- which we genuinely appreciated. We asked about substituting the brussels sprouts on a platter due to an allergy in our party. He radioed to confirm and was told it was fine, so we placed the rest of our fairly large order. A few minutes later, a young woman came over and said they do not do substitutions like that. We explained that we had asked for approval before ordering and that the gentleman had radioed to confirm. She said "oh, okay" and walked off. Shortly after, a blonde woman came over and identified herself as the manager. She said she was told we claimed to have spoken to a manager. Her tone felt very accusatory, repeatedly asking, "Who did you talk to?" We had to physically look around and point out the person who helped us. She then informed us he's "not even a waiter, he's a party host," as if that somehow invalidated the help he gave us. Ironically, he was the only person who was proactive and helpful the entire time. And here's the biggest issue -- no one ever fixed the lane. Even after all the conversations, it continued to foul every player for the duration of our time. Manager or not, if an issue is brought to your attention and it never gets resolved, that's a serious breakdown in management. With reservations and a group of seven ready to spend money, we expected better organization, communication, and service. This was easily the worst experience we've had here. The only bright spot of the night was the party host who actually stepped up when no one else did.
