After reading many reviews, I knew I wanted to share my own experience and express my gratitude toward Dr. Miniskun. Dr. Miniskun is an amazing doctor. He has many patients and a very busy schedule, and it's important to understand that all relevant information is documented in the medical records and scanned into the system. It's unrealistic to expect any physician to remember every detail of a patient's background without reviewing the chart. When the file is open, he is thorough and attentive to the patient's medical history, illnesses, and conditions. Dr. Tal is also excellent. He focuses on current vitals and addresses whether your child is sick, ill, or coming in for a wellness check or physical. When he asks how your child is doing, he genuinely wants to hear the parents' observations so that any concerns can be discussed and appropriate treatment can be provided if necessary. I would like to commend the entire staff for doing a great job keeping appointments on track and providing parents with the necessary information. Like anyone else, I may have had a bad day in the past and been rude once to a receptionist, but what truly matters is making things right. Professionalism goes both ways. If someone ever feels differently about the office, it may be best for them to look elsewhere--but as for me, I am truly grateful. Dr. Miniskun is a great doctor, and I thank him for everything. His advice and care for my son are invaluable.

As someone who finds education important, I was ecstatic when I researched where she attended medical school and completed her residencies. Her bedside manner is unmatched, she politely inquires about my medical knowledge of things so she isn't speaking above or below me. Her demeanor makes my son so comfortable that even during his stranger danger stage, he reaches out for her. She looks at the patient as a whole and her follow-up is impeccable. She also is the first to acknowledge if she is running a bit behind and always apologizes for the inconvenience, which is NOT the norm with most medical professionals in Las Vegas, plus she is rarely "behind" by Vegas standards.

We've been seeing Dr. Mimi and her staff ever since she took over this clinic from Dr. Vu a few years ago. From the very beginning, her and the team have always been welcoming, friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. There have been several times where Dr. Mimi has gone above and beyond with how she genuinely cares towards our 3 year old son. But the one instance that really impressed us was when our son was about 1.5 years old where he contracted hand foot and mouth from daycare. It was around Christmas 2023 when we tried calling to see if she can see our son in clinic. We found out she was out of town but she then offered to do a telehealth appointment with us just so she can see our son and confirm it was HFM. It was so nice of her and reassuring that she was able to do that even with the holidays while spending time with her family. The clinic is separated into two areas- one for well child checks and the other side for acute/urgent care needs. We've never had a problem scheduling or calling the clinic to make an appointment with her in a timely matter. What's nice is that she now has expanded her practice to a second location in Summerlin with more available times with other providers to ensure our son is seen for any urgent needs. 10/10 with the friendly staff and great service. We came to this pediatric from recommendations from sunrise hospital due to other pediatrics not taken my son heart condition seriously. With LV pediatrics I get the opposite always friendly they all greet my son and remember us . Never makes us feel like we're dumb if we have questions. One thing really stand out to me ,recently I had another baby and Dr. Mimi notice she might have a heart murmur. After she left her staff came in to finish up and due to my son heart condition I was crying thinking the worst. The staff noticed and I think she let the doctor know . Doctor Mimi came back in to reassure me everything was okay and it was normal on babies . She acknowledged my feelings and reassured everything was okay .
