We switched pediatrician offices recently and have only been to Oasis twice, however, what a refreshing change!!! We are blown away by their approach to kids - engaging but not over the top, which is better for my kids. Dr Hidaji is completely present during her exams and has the ability to answer questions while completing her exam. Which sounds simple but I know it is not. The staff follows up, completes referrals as needed without multiple calls from me, and when we had a little incident that warranted a nurse call - they even followed up a few days later to make sure my kiddo was doing good. We were referred to Dr. Lillie from my wife's co-worker and let me tell you that we are so glad to have found her! When we were in Hawaii, we had an amazing pediatrician so we had high expectations since we knew that level of care and empathy exists but we were disappointed when we first moved out here and brought our first daughter to the first referred pediatrician. With our 2nd child on the way, it was the perfect time to start fresh. What makes Dr. Lillie and Oasis Pediatrics worthy of this 5 star rating? Let me break it down... The office is extremely clean on both the well and sick patient side. The office staff is welcoming and acknowledges you when you are checking in and checking out to schedule the next appointment. The aides/nursing staff assisting with notes and taking the kids vitals are equally as welcoming and don't make us feel like we're a burden on them. So far these sound like a no-brainer right and that this level of service should be standard? It should but this is not how we felt at our prior pediatrician and why we love it here! The cherry on top is that our kids pediatrician, Dr. Lillie, is super patient to address all of our concerns, will always ask if we have any last questions before she leaves the room and her confidence gives us the peace of mind that we need as worrisome parents; especially in this time in history. After our 2nd daughter was born, we were sent home with some reading material from the hospital and there was an article regarding powdered formula that I was concerned with. Dr. Lillie took the time to read through the literature with us to explain why we shouldn't be concerned instead of just brushing it off without explanation. This is what makes Dr. Lillie stellar. She was my sons initial pediatrician when he came out of the NICU, she then moved and the old pediatric office didn't give much information on where she went also with it being a new business I couldn't locate her online! So we tried to use a different doctor but that's didn't last. Thankfully my sons urologist told us where to find dr. I've called twice in the last few weeks and no one has called back. I was excited to transfer my three kids, including my newborn to them because of all the great reviews and working in the same building, but coming from a healthcare background with lots of OB experience, where we make tons of pediatric referrals, this is a red flag for me. One call unreturned, okay, but two? Everyone wants to use COVID as an excuse but return a phone call within a reasonable time frame. At least return a phone call period. Front desk never picks up phone at office time. But doc picks up phone after 5.. Ya can't schedule an appointment for patients when ya don't pick up the phone! First medical assistant that actively ignores phone calls of patients. Heard her joke once "it's after 4, so won't pick up phone" - strike 1. Doc couldn't diagnose simple issues multiple times, went to another pediatrician, and daughter was better within a couple days - strike 2. People they refer are even more lame - strike 3 - you're out! read more

Dr Rema and the entire staff are amazing!! We even had to see the other doctor once and she was so sweet and caring! My son was a preemie and I wanted to make sure that he got the best of the best and to me Dr.Rema is the best!! She really takes her time and is never in a rush.
