This dentist office is so horrible. I been trying to get my sons teeth done for the past 3 months. 1st time at one location on 24th my appointment was rescheduled 30mins before the appointment by the doctor. Then I went to a location on 75th. My 4 year has a very bad cavity that causes so much pain. 1st thing was when I turned in all my paper work I was suppose to get a call to confirm his appointment . I had to call to confirm the appointment myself and it took 2 weeks to do that. Then I finally got his appointment confirmed it two days before. Was told they will call to confirm a 2nd time the day before. I missed the calls because I work during the day. Was told they couldn't leave a voicemail okay my thing is there are other ways to reach out to a parent like email. Now my son has too wait another week to get his tooth fixed . I do not think it's fair that they give away your appointment especially if they already confirmed the appointment. I wasn't told if no answer for the 2nd confirmation my appointment will be cancelled. Since I was told the appointment was confirmed. Please do not go to this dentist office is horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. Even though this place may seem kid friendly its not. Took my kids here and they told me that the staff in the back were making fun of other kids on their Mic. And when they did their "fillings" one of the tools were rusty/an orange color, and had harden white material on them. They also charged me for "sealants", and told me they did them on all of my kids. Comes to find out they did not do them for one of my kids. He overheard an assistant with glasses with a pony tail, and brown long hair to not do them on other kids as well because they were short staffed. Only young female girls work here and all they do is talk bad about their own people. A girl with long hair and ponytail had a nasty attitude and would only talk bad about another girl that asked for days off. A girl with a hair clip joined her and kept laughing at the girl they'd talk about calling her names. So unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable being there. The girl would also stop for moments to answer another girl across the room on their drama. I had my mouth open waiting for her to hurry up so I could leave but she kept pausing to continue her conversation with others around. I'm so disappointed. I used to come here as a kid and decided to come back years later for my brother and I since they said they did cleaning for adults as well. Never again.! read more

These knock off dentist offices are not worth the hassle. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I had an appointment set for tomorrow May 25th since October of last year. I have been waiting 7 MONTHS for this appointment. They called me today to confirm the appointment and I missed the call since I was working. I called back as soon as I could and they told me it was too late and that they had cancelled my appointment. They were not understanding at all. Terrible place with uneducated front desk people. Dont waste your time and go to a real dentist office. Also, they dont let you go in with your child and make you stay in the lobby. Way to traumatize kids read more

I don't know about their other locations but their Baseline office is the worst dental office we have ever been to. The place is dingy, the staff is so unorganized that they lost our files after the first appointment. The wait once was 3 hours and they only looked at my kid's mouth. They had us going to unnecessary referrals. And, appointments are 3 months away. Stay away from them. read more

I was really excited to take my daughter here because the pictures looked so cute online. Upon arriving though, it looked dirty and run down (Ex:The games were broken). There were children running around and the parents just allowed them to. This was obviously not the workers' faults for that though. Clearly, that's a parent issue, but it made me realize the clientele. I know that sounds snotty, and I really don't mean to be, but it was frustrating as a parent who had to tell her child not to "have fun" like the other kids. While kids will be kids (I get that; I'm a kinder teacher), one has to know that it is a dental office; not a playground or Peter Piper. Why were these parents just allowing their children to be destructive?! Furthermore, why didn't the staff say something to the parents? Next, when they called for my 3 year old, they told me that I couldn't go to the back with her and to wait in the lobby (this was BEFORE covid). Ummm, are you kidding me?!.!?! NO, my nervous, three-year-old will not go to the back with a stranger without her mommy. It was after she started to cry that they let me go back with her, but I could tell that the worker was very annoyed that I was there. She was bothered that a toddler didn't want to go into an unknown environment without her mother? How dare my toddler be scared! The whole process, from beginning to end with this worker was just not what I wanted for my baby girl. She barely spoke to her and so did the dentist. When it was time to leave, I actually had to ask if we were done because they didn't tell me. I'm giving 2 stars because even though the workers at the front desk didn't tell the parents anything, they were actually very nice to me. After I waited half an hour after our appointment time, they told me they not only did they schedule us with a doctor we hadn't seen before, but that they expected my two year old to go back by herself (they were smoothing a chipped tooth). Scheduled me twice already for an extraction and filling. The first appointment was schedule 3 weeks ahead of time and when I get there they tell me that they didn't get approval from insurance yet. Then rescheduled me I come the next appointment 30mins before and still ended up waiting 47mins after the set time to be seen mind you My son was the first appointment of the day. Then while we are going to the back, they ask me if my son ate I told them he ate a piece of burrito two hours ago. And boom that's when they tell me he can't eat to 24hrs ahead of appointment, this was the first time anyone had mentioned that to me. I had an appointment for my child that has been in pain. I tried to call 20 - 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know I would be late due to traffic. They decided to have me on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally arrived they stated it was my fault that I was late. I explained that I tried to let them know ahead of time but they had me on hold so I was unable to. They denied to see my child even if she was in pain. I would recommend going to a different location as I do love the company just not the front desk staff here. All the other staff were excellent and welcoming except for the front desk. read more

The told me my 6 year old had 7 cavities back in November. The lady that helped me said they would do half at one appointment and the rest at a second appointment. Understandable. After not being able to get into the office until mid January, they tell me they are only going to fill 1 cavity at a time. Mind you, my daughter was not freaking out or anything so it is not like there was any concern with behavior. I asked if the dr would be willing to do half of them today and the lady said she was unsure and that would be a question for the dr. I ask to speak to the dr and the told me I was not allowed?? So now not only are you telling me your only going to fill 1 cavity but I'm also not allowed to speak with the dr regarding my child's care. So I took the day off work, without pay, for them to fill 1 cavity. We will never be returning to this dentist again. read more

Normally I wouldn't go in to a doctors office especially for my kiddos. But this place was very clean and sanitized. I was worried before going in and nope it was the total opposite with social distancing and somehow my kids felt like it was the best place they've been too. I had an appointment at 2 they didn't get to me until 3. The girls in the front are so rude. I would not recommend brining any children here. Went here because i saw a flyer for a check up when i went to sign her up for kindergarden it was only 35 bucks so i thought wow what a deal. I called them and they made me an appointment for 530 same day, so that was great. Then i signed all the paper work cool. When they called her back they told me i couldnt go in with her which i was bummed about, but i watched from the window ok everything ran smooth i saw a doctor in blue coming around checking what i found out were the student dentists cleaning the kids teeth, i wish i would have known about that before just been informed is all. My daughter was waiving to me and smiling so she had a great time the office was honestly cute and well thought out for the kids. So they come outside with my daughter and tell me she has no cavities and that she was perfect. So i tell my daughter to smile and i notice a small brown hole on her tooth and ask the student dentist what is that she said idk the doctor didnt say anything about it. So they take her back the doctor kind of looked annoyed checked my daughters mouth comes back and says her enamel is really low from not brushing her teeth and that she has to come back in for a fill but what i cant understand is why a student whose going to dental school and a graduated dentist didnt notice it but me who has never went to school noticed it. So she tells me that the tooth would cave in if i dont get the fill for her. So now my daughter would have lost her tooth now had i not noticed it? Wow? I definitely want to bring my daughter back umm noo. Theres only one doctor who "knows" what shes doing checking up on 10 kids at a time ? There's just not enough time in my opinion for her to give every patient an appropriate exam. Very dissapointed read more
