The general manager is very rude! My grandbaby left crying after being approached with a snarky attitude.

Fun place to bowl, but I don't recommend the food. definitely bring your own shoes to bowl in.read more

As someone who loves entertainment-packed venues, this place has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a fun night out. There are a few drawbacks, but overall, it offers a great experience for families, kids, and adults alike. One of my favorite features is the Spark VIP bowling lane, which adds a unique twist to traditional bowling. The cool virtual effects you can select make the experience more immersive and visually appealing. If you're looking for something beyond a standard bowling game, I highly recommend opting for this lane--it's worth it! One of the biggest highlights of Stars and Strikes is the sheer variety of entertainment options in one location. Aside from bowling, you can enjoy arcade games, play pool, watch TV, and just relax. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend hours without getting bored. The ambiance is lively and loud, which is expected in a setting like this, and they always play great music that adds to the fun atmosphere. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints. The drinks are expensive, which is a little disappointing given the casual, arcade-like setting. It would be great if they had better drink specials to make it more affordable. Additionally, the service can be a little slow, especially during peak hours. That said, I've noticed they are often extremely busy, so I now try to visit later in the evening when things are slightly less hectic. As for the food, I haven't personally tried it yet, but from what I've seen, it appears to be standard bar-style food, similar to what you'd find at other arcade and bowling venues. If you're looking for gourmet dining, this probably isn't the place, but for quick bites while having fun, it seems to fit the bill. One of the best aspects of this location is that parking is easy, which is always a plus when visiting an entertainment venue. The convenience of not having to circle around looking for a spot makes arriving stress-free. Considering that Columbus, GA doesn't have a ton of entertainment options, Stars and Strikes is definitely a solid choice for a night out. Despite the minor drawbacks, I'll continue to come back because it's one of the few places in town that offers a well-rounded entertainment experience. Whether you're with family, friends, or even on a date night, this place provides a fun, energetic atmosphere that keeps you entertained. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's definitely worth a visit!

Okay so maybe people traveling with dogs don't know they are an extra charge. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. In the morning I took the boys out to pee with no problem, later that morning when I took the boys out, we were yelled at in front of four other people. Apparently there is not a close location for dogs to relieve themselves close to the door, this woman told me the only location for dogs to go potty was by the pet relief station. See pictures. In the video I posted there is grass all around but again, not for dogs! I get having a designated place, it seems however that they prefer you don't bring your best friend with you. The small space they allowed for was minimal and walking around the property wasn't friendly either as the sidewalk is only available on one side. There isn't a sidewalk in front of the property either. We had to walk across the busy street to get in the walk my babies, French Bulldogs, need. We won't be coming back. There are ways to address this situation, yelling at me in front of other guests isn't it. Have the day you deserve ma'am!

The poor staff was hopping, but were having trouble keeping the buffet going. I was fine b/c I had buffalo wings ala carte, but the buffet was closing down & my poor 2 sons only had eaten 1 slice each, so I was in line 15 min for the last pizza coming out. The mom & son ahead of me greedily grabbed the last pizza quickly & took it all (4 slices ea) despite looking at me directly when I asked them for 2 slices of the 8 to give my boys each a slice (for them, not me). They completely disregarded me. The awesome manager pictured below said, "Sir, I will make a whole pizza just for your boys & deliver it to you personally." On my way out the door, I thanked him & said, "You have proven on a crazy busy MLK Day that good customer service & kindness is not dead. Your courteous store makes me want to repeat business here. Dr. King would be proud of the 'content of your character.'" I informed him I would 5 star rank his store on Yelp...and I did along w/ Facebook & Twitter too.

She didn't mess anything up , just crying outside the building. I was waiting next to the door while my mom tried to get her in the building but I over heard the employees talking about her weight and etc. Once my mom got her in the building (not crying) she was okay. During the party no one helped, served, or checked on us. The food was terrible--Which is not usual for this location. The pepperoni on the pizza tasted raw and both pizzas were thin with nothing inside. When an employee brought dip in dots she had a face like she didn't want to do it. Then she walked over to a different table and proceeded to talk about us on the phone with the same face. She tried to act nice when talking to us but we knew she was talking about us on the phone. It felt very uncomfortable and unenjoyable. We shouldn't have to feel this way on a five year olds birthday. Overall service, food, ambiance, and enjoyment was terrible.

Teenagers (employees and guests) overran the place, pushing small children down, attempting to tear up the blow up slides, climbing onto the blow up dinosaurs to try to tear them down, bouncing small children off of the slide, and screaming profanity at any parent who asked them to stop sitting on the toddler gym blocking them from playing. There is no ice available for birthday parties, though they did drop stale popcorn in tiny paper bags and warm Capri Suns in our room, but the employee didn't say a word, or even smile, when she came in and I said thank you. The equipment is disgusting - no way it's cleaned daily, or even weekly. None of the bumper cars worked, the ball pit has no balls in it, the bounce houses have no lighting over them, making it so dark inside that children were banging into each other in the dark. "Children" larger than adults were freely playing on equipment clearly made for toddlers. Staff did nothing, despite our repeatedly complaining that the toddlers at our party were being hurt. The entire building seems old, dirty, and not at all taken care of. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially when paying so much for a birthday party. For a little more, Monkey Joe's would been light years better for our little ones, in safety, amenities for birthday parties, fun experiences, and cleanliness.

They are affordable and do not impress upon you the need to spend money at a mind-numbing arcade section. I can see my kids play from one spot, and they LOVE the huge jungle gym! They are always changing things up as well. It's excellent. Also, if you have parties on Friday is cheaper and less crowded. I've never actually even felt like it was ever crowded but there are busier times than others. Overall, I will drive from Bonaire every time To come here! Also, it's clean and there is not staff to "monitor" your children, but I consider myself perfectly equipped to monitor my own children and do not require this service from a bouncy house business. That's what babysitters are for.
