So essentially, they stole $47.13 from me, I have tried to call their corporate number which just has me leave a message, I have tried to email them, and I have yet to receive a response on the matter. When I went to the store that issued this 2nd charge, they told me there's nothing they can do, and I just have to wait for a response. When and if this finally gets resolved I will never shop at this store again!!!! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Went in the store on 8/28/17. Shopping for school shoes so decided to pop in the new digs. The cashier had to take the shoes that were in each box and retrieve it's mate from the back room. He left us at the counter and we waited for over 10 minutes while he searched. FINALLY, when he came back to the counter he said "this shoe is a display shoe" , so the mate should be on display. I told him the show on display was actually smaller than the one we needed. He said "well the other shoe isn't in the back." HUH? So, I said I would like THIS pair b/c it is the only size that fits. He just looked at me like he was confused. I then said, I want this pair...so where is the other shoe? He then said it's probably in another box. I guess he wanted me to search through all of the boxes for it's match. He then said what aisle did you get it down? And it just goes on and on. After he finally figured out where the other shoe was he rang us up and didn't say "thanks/have a good day"...nothing. Whatever happened to customer service. Not sure if I will be back.

Listen, you're going to hear a lot of opinions about the Cumberland County Mall. Some may say that…read moreits current store lineup is lackluster, and to that, I do agree. Even though the place has become a bit more barren, especially with the removal of the kids' arcade games by the main entrance and the recent loss of the candy machines, I still think there's some good left in it. Take my current favorite spot, Raintree Shopping (RS), for example. While at first glance it might look like just another rip-off junk store, there are some amazing gems hidden inside. They sell a super intriguing mix of overstock and off-brand products, usually for dirt cheap. It's the kind of place where you either find really weird stuff, total junk, or absolute gold. Honestly, there's something for everybody in there: For kids: $3 backpack, lunchbox, and pencil case combos featuring popular characters. For tech enthusiasts: Unique charging docks for phones and gaming controllers for under $15. For literally anyone: A goldmine of overstock clothing. Case in point: I recently found brand-name Goodfellow & Co shirts for just 5 bucks, which is a third of what they cost at Target! Plus, their denim section has some surprising finds if you're looking for cheap streetwear basics. While the mall as a whole definitely isn't what it used to be, spots like RS keep it worth making the trip, not to mention that café near Boscov's, which is pretty solid. If you're willing to dig through the oddities, you're almost guaranteed to walk out with a win. Four stars!

Its become ok but used to be great. I still shop there. We need this mall and it needs more…read morebusiness.

This INCOMPETENT MILLVILLE, NJ Goodwill has a terrible habit of using the wrong kind of tape on…read moreeverything. It's slapped across glassware, wood, plastic, even fabric -- and it ruins the products. The clear PACKING tape leaves residue, rips finishes and makes it impossible to carefully remove without damaging what you bought. On top of that, they're charging full retail (sometimes OVER RETAIL) prices for USED items that are already compromised by this over-zealous taping. Instead of helping people find affordable secondhand goods, they're destroying donations and overpricing them. Completely defeats the purpose of thrifting. I made every attempt to CAREFULLY remove their incorrect tape. See attached photos of $16.00 now-worthless, damaged Goodwill products. There are many other products that are incorrectly treated at this location similar to the attached photo. MILLVILLE, NJ Goodwill: Where Tape Is Stronger Than Customer Satisfaction. Apparently, this Goodwill thinks Scotch tape is a luxury feature. Every single item is mummified in the wrong kind of tape, so GOOD LUCK trying to peel it off without destroying the product underneath. Nothing says "thrift store bargain" like paying full retail price for a chipped mug or glassware that's now permanently decorated with sticky residue. It's almost impressive how they manage to ruin perfectly fine donations before they even hit the shelf. MILLVILLE, NJ Goodwill: turning donations into disasters, one strip of tape at a time. Welcome to MILLVILLE, NJ Goodwill's latest performance art piece: "Everything Must Be Taped." Forget thrifting -- every item here is suffocated in the wrong tape, leaving sticky residue, ripped finishes, and ruined donations. Want to actually use what you buy? Too bad, because removing their tape is basically a demolition project. And the kicker? They charge full retail price for these "customized" disasters. It's almost impressive how they manage to destroy perfectly fine donations before they even hit the shelf. If the goal was to make secondhand shopping feel like a punishment, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Goodwill: where tape destroys the product and the price destroys your wallet. PRO TIP: bring Goo Gone, a heat gun, and maybe a prayer if you dare to shop here.
