The owner was so welcoming and also helpful when we were leaving by offering the kiddos a lollipop if they got their shoes on nicely. We really appreciated being able to stay longer due to the sparse crowd on this rainy day. This location has some items similar to Loudoun, but there are also some differences-the rock wall here is longer, there was a large dome climber that was a hit, there are some different swings, ride on toys, a large tube bouncer , several spinners and balance items, lots of fun pretend play costumes, magnets, bluey toys. There is a zip line and trampoline like Loudoun. The significant difference is that this location is open whereas Loudoun has a closed off infant/toddler area and closed off arts/crafts area. Loudoun also has the teen room in the back. Still trying to figure out which location is larger lol. Both of my kids loved this location as they do the other. We Rock the Spectrum is such an amazing, special place for children of all abilities, and I feel so grateful that we have not one but two relatively close to us. Looking forward to trying to soon to open Pittsburgh location when we visit family later this year.

The owner is super friendly and we even got to meet a service dog in training! Price is about $20 for unlimited play for that day. There are lots of trampolines for jumping, basketball, dodgeball, and more. There's a ninja course, a parkour course, rock climbing, and other equipment. There are lockers for rent or free cubby holes for shoes. Hand sanitizer stations are throughout and a "Parents Zone" on the upper floor. There's a small store with snacks and a strategically placed ice cream freezer at the end of the Ninja course. The parking lot outside if large and free.

While we were there, we mainly stayed at the playground. The playground is a good size, with a mix of things for toddlers and older kids to enjoy. C really had fun on the two tight ropes, large green slide, swings, and the wobbly balancing thing towards the back of the playground. The only downside to this playground were the wood chips...ouch! Make sure your little one (and you) wears sneakers rather than open toe shoes. We also checked out the pavilion area, which wasn't far from the playground and had restrooms. Besides the playground and pavilion, the park had three open fields, a baseball field, basketball court, and a walking trail. Parking was plentiful with one smaller lot near the playground/pavilion and a larger lot off of Airpark Road.

We probably wouldn't do the mini golf again just because my youngest wasn't able to hit as many and there was a handful of people following us. (They recommend 5 tries and then you move on to the next hole to keep the line moving.). Bowling is 2 mini lanes but they enjoyed that as well as the arcade games.

From the pictures on Yelp I expected the scene to be a bit more of lush greenery and even maybe some rose bushes. When I went to the park, it was a bit more barren and ides of winter than I was hoping for. That being said, the quaint little cozy stroll of a park is located right in old town Gaithersburg behind a large apartment complex that I'm CERTAIN gets its fill of it during the spring and summer. The park has AMPLE amounts of seating. Bench swings line the entry path which also has a little pavillion that could host a number of different happenings - first thoughts go to band stand. Then on the path you find a circled group of seats that evoke King arthur and the knights of the roundtable vibes. Most especially because the head chair at 12 o clock - crafted of large branches can only be considered a throne of sorts. Stroll further in the park and you find a lengthy sand village, complete with miniature log houses, outlined in stumps, and to me gives off the impression of a Japanese sandy zen garden. There are 2 slides built into the side of a hill that tempt the childhood in me. And another large sunken circular pit that has tree stumps to sit in. At the end of a garden is a water pump that has a little downspout into a creek. Of course... I tried the waterpump and the well was unfortunately dry. But, as a kid I could only imagine the fun when it's really going. It seems like Constitution Gardens has the potential of a young nation that just asserted its independence from its empire. I really pray that it's somewhat untended to current condition is just it's current hibernation phase from the winter. Because man oh man can you just imagine the fun that kids would have here, and the VARIOUS spots that parents could congregate and come together for rich and vibrant conversations about their community. I will go back to the gardens later in the Spring to see if it's lived up to it's inherent potential. I truly can't wait.

What's great is that you just select a theme from the pictures they have they send you a digital invite to send out and as you get close to the party date, they'll confirm the theme and give you an idea of what the schedule is. That's it that's literally all you have to do. Honestly, if you were to just walk in the door without anything in hand other than a child, your 90 minute birthday party would go off without a hitch. They had the cupcakes, the utensils, the balloons, the beautiful room set up and they had the goodie bags. Honestly, a lot of the parents gave us a compliment on organizing the party and how much fun they had and I felt weird taking any credit for it. We had an assigned party planner that was very invested in making sure everything was running on time and that the room was set up perfectly to our needs. And at the end of the party, they packed everything up for you. What's wild is they actually packed everything back in the original containers organized and ready to go. And then these poor people had to re-organize all the toys that our party had demolished and dragged a different corners of the room all within 30 minutes. I hate planning, and hosting events gives me a lot of anxiety, so to have a party go off successfully with my minimal involvement is amazing.
