We paid for this service out of pocket, with no insurance assistance. The intake was thorough and the office staff was clear about pricing/appointments etc. Victoria was kind, patient, and thorough in her treatment. The office space was always clean and orderly and we appreciated the weekly exercises. We were able to gauge progress based on the consistent exercises. The therapist will let you know what instructions to follow for the treatment and recovery also giving exercises to do at home. Then of course checking with your Physician or Doctor to find out if more treatment and recovery is still needed and the therapist will let you know if the expectations are low or high. The place has a lobby area to sit meanwhile you wait for your child or family member. Check in windows to let know the office that you are here or asking questions regarding how many visits are left and when or what time is therapy.
