I had an emergency and arrived only 5 minutes late to pick up my children and instead of showing even a small amount of understanding or compassion, I was told that I could no longer bring my child back. That response was incredibly harsh, unnecessary, and completely lacking in empathy. When you are working with children and families, especially those dealing with disabilities, there should be more patience, grace, and professionalism. Emergencies happen. Life happens. The way this situation was handled was cold, insensitive, and honestly disturbing. The owner/manager was extremely unsympathetic, and based on my experience, I would not trust this place with vulnerable children who need care, support, and understanding. I am truly disgusted and deeply disappointed. Families deserve better.
