We took our two year old son here for services and had an amazing experience. The initial assessment and recommendations were very informative and the weekly sessions provided us with helpful tips to use at home as well as challenged my son in a fun way. He would actually ask repeatedly throughout the week if we could go "see Ms. Jill" (his therapist). He loved going to speech, and the strategies we were given became some of his favorite activities to do at home. He met his goals quickly, and we couldn't be happier. The communication between myself and the speech therapist we worked with (Mrs. Stella) was absolutely amazing! From my child's needs in the beginning, to his progress of where he's at now was constantly explained/communicated. My daughter absolutely loves Jill. She's very patience and caring. My husband and I attended every session with our daughter, you can tell Jill truly loves what she does. Our daughter always gets so excited to see her. It only took one session for my daughter to take on to Jill. We had a different speech therapist before and even after 3 months, our daughter did not make any progress with the prior therapist. We are glad we switched to this company and have Jill. We are sad that today is our last session with her. Our daughter will truly missed Jill. Just wasn't the place for me or my son. Our one and a half year-old needed speech so we were referred to this place. It was awful. Every time he went for a speech lesson he had a different teacher which I didn't like. The one time we set it up to have a set teacher she apparently had to call out that day so we would have to see someone else. During one of his lessons they were sitting on the floor with a box of animals he was having a fit because he wanted the box, but the teacher kept the lesson going while he was screaming, crying on the floor. I asked her if he was even paying attention she said "yes she likes to push a little bit but not too much" why couldn't she put the box away? That's what he was crying for I felt like she was teasing him. Thankfully I was able to get out and go through another program. Also, if you like to play tag over the phone, this is the place for you nobody answers. read more

If I could give Stefani from Simple Speech Therapy 10 stars I would. She started working with my son at the end of July 2020 & worked with him for 7 months. I think with the pandemic and my sons lack of speech I felt pretty helpless/defeated as a parent. I found Stefani just by googling "speech therapist near me", called her and a few days later she was at my house doing her evaluation on my son to see what he would need. Where do I begin, Stefani completely changed my son's life for the better. We started speech therapy with Stefani April 2022. My son was 18 months and had no words . He also displayed behavioral issues, regression delays in many areas. He did not like playing with other children. He could not communicate his wants and needs. All he was able to say was no even though he meant yes at times. About a month in he was able to communicate his wants and needs . He could say milk, water, mom and dad .
