Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

She was very nice and very informative. We ended up signing up for a session. The day we came for it happened to be the anniversary of their opening, so they had food and drinks. That was fun. We also met the fellow who owns this and another Stretch Lab. Nice man. We had our sessions and our Flexologists were well trained and did a good job with each of us. We ended up making another appointment and just had them today. Once again, the Flexologists did a great job. We'll continue to return the Stretch Lab as long as we feel our bodies are benefiting from it.

My husband and I have really been enjoying our memberships. I have never sweat this much in my life. I think what really surprises me is how many calories I burn on the day that I do the workouts. My metabolism must be going crazy because I am starving all day! Typically before joining I would average burning about 700-800 calories for the day after walking five miles now it's well over 1,000 +. Here's to getting healthy and being consistent!

It often takes a long time for machine repairs, but they have so many machines that you can always find something else to work with, without compromising your workout regimen. This gym has RACQUETBALL courts, lap pool, basketball gym, group-ex room, & group cycling room! These type of variety is not offered at any smaller gyms. They do not open 24 hours since pandemic, but opening at 5am is early enough in my opinion. Check out the group exercise schedule, you'll see the variety of classes. They have many cardio machines - treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, & 2 rowing machines - plenty to choose from. There are TVs in front of the cardio machines, so u can watch your favorite show, sport event, or news while you work out. This is an aging gym, but it has so many amenities & offers good variety of group classes (all included in your membership fee). The lack of shiny machines, counters, & walls do not bother me, as it does NOT affect the quality of your workout. If you're serious about working out, the new year special of $215/year is totally worth it! Sadly, they do not market their specials much (most of the time you would have to walk into the facility to find what specials they have) & the complicated membership structures for family friends/family are counterproductive for recruitment of new members.
