My children had THE BEST time, especially my son. He has a HORRIBLE immune system and anytime I bring him anywhere he is sick the next day so I am always apprehensive to go places. The last time he went to a play place he was hospitalized. Kidtastic is the only place I feel safe to take him too and I can't even put into words how much that means to me. As someone who used to run a child center. I am beyond impressed by the staff and their kindness (my son TACKLED one in the slide today and she didn't miss a beat and just hugged him and kept on playing), how they keep the kids safe and the cleanliness. On top of that they are so transparent about the amount of people there and let everyone know immediately if they are near or are hitting capacity. Another thing that I find amazing and so helpful. Update- we gave this place another try. The worker on shift the afternoon of 8/20 allowed older kids to run thru the toddler area. I asked what the rules were after one of the older kids knocked my 18 month over. She said big kids were allowed as long as they were careful. What?? We left after a different older child flipped my son off a toy that he wanted. Allowing older children into a 3 and under area with zero parental supervision is just asking for trouble. Look around, every parent is on a picnic table staring at their phones. My friend and I both agreed we won't go back. Kangas is safer and cheaper . We have a crawler who just turned one. Lots of cons for me- 1. We had to buy socks when every other play place lets you bring your own. It's the same type floor we have in our playroom and we don't wear special socks in there. 2. No where to sit in the toddler area except the floor. 3. The gate to the toddler area doesn't actually latch. 4. No high chair in the cafe area and limited dairy free options. 5. I thought it was pricey compared to other play places and the discount on the passes was very minimal. Pros- 1. It's 5 minutes from our house. 2. Our son liked the balloons. Overall, we were super excited about this place for a whole year and after one visit we probably won't go back. I know people love it because it's at capacity all the time, but we've been to every indoor playground from Katy to the Woodlands and this was our least favorite. We just love this place - us as parents & our preschool child. The viewing monitor is awesome. I always see employees cleaning. Bathrooms are spotless. Owners are on site. This may not continue, but that is not always a negative. It is just nice to see people care about their business. I really enjoy the smaller kids area. Dirty. Small. Broken parts on the playground. The merry-go-round was broken. Bathrooms have sinks that don't work. I was unable to wash my hands the entire time I was there. They don't have sanitizing stations. No one working the dinky snack stand that only sells gummies, chips, and juice. Decent area for you to bring your kids to play. Not really big but enough for the kiddos I guess. We attended a birthday party today and the experience was fun, well at least for my daughter. So the party we were attending had just ended in the party room and my daughter wanted to play more so I let her. Then a staff member told me my child couldn't play anymore because the wrist band she had on was expired. Understandable so, I put my daughters socks and shoes on so we could go. She wanted to eat something from her goodie bag so I allowed her to do so at the table. Next thing I know I'm getting stared down with all kind of looks from the staff workers at the front desk until one came back over to me. I was told I had to leave right now or I would have to pay. All my daughter was doing was sitting at the table. Customer service was very unprofessionally and negative especially from Mercedes and Sobey at the front desk. This place is fantastic! My two year old and I loved it there. The place looked clean, everything was padded, there were cameras everywhere, allowing parents to keep an eye on their kids while sitting in the parent seating area. Upon entering, patrons are required to wear Kidtastic socks that can be purchased at the front for $2.50/pair. I was told that if they happen to fall apart, the park would replace them free of charge. Parents and kids are given bracelets with matching numbers, which they checked as we exited the park, which was a very nice security feature. There were two play areas: infant/toddler and older kids. The infant/toddler area: - There is a fence-like structure that helped keep the kids stay within their play area - The enclosed balloon play area had fans that blew floating balloons around, which was a big hit with my daughter - Inflated baby carousel - Big lego-type blocks - Slides (two straight ones and a curly one) - Plenty of steps to climb on and tunnels to climb through - Puzzle like games on the walls - Inflated animals where the kids could ride and hop around The bigger kid play area, which my 2-year old didn't have any issues playing at, was even more fun. It had: - Foam balls: kids could gather up all of the foam balls from the ground to throw in a machine that would spit them back out at the top, simulating a water fountain, but with balls. There was another machine that would suck up the balls and have them gather in a basket up in the air. The kids had an option of pressing a button to have the basket tilt over and pour out all of the balls. There were also little sniper-like things that shot foam balls across the play area. Read: tons of fun! - 4 wavy slides, 1 curly slide - LOTS of tunnels with obstacles to keep the level of excitement up for the kiddos We were visiting Houston and happened to find this place on Yelp, as it was nearby. If only the kid indoor parks back home were this amazing. read more

Absolutely loving this place! Perfect for the younger children such as mine who are 2 and 3-1/2. It's very safe, and easy to watch your child. There are cameras in the play part so you can quickly search for your child, and on one way in/out to each side. The owner is very kind and has little ones so he had them in mind when they designed the place. Very clean too! The employees are all young and super kind, watching and playing with the kids, and constantly in the jungle gym area cleaning and supervising as well. This is a great kids birthday venue. My 3 year old daughter was entertained for hours running through the "mazes", shooting the bell cannon, going down the slides, and so much more. And,...., the place was extremely clean. I hope to take my daughter back again soon. read more

My 1 and 3 year old loved this place ! Definitely will back bc my 3 year old won't stop talking about how much fun she had. I haven't been to much indoor playground but this one is by far the cleanest and the toddler area Is pretty big. A major plus for a nursing room which was pretty clean and had a rocking chair. They do have a capacity limit and will not accept people in. I actually don't mind bc they keep you updating through their social media or just call ahead. The only con would be you need to purchase their kidtastic socks and adults too if your going to be in the toddler area read more

I don't usually take the time to write reviews of places but I really want to give a shoutout to this place! We were going to go all the way downtown to the aquarium but then I read the mediocre reviews and how expensive it was, and decided to go here with our 15 month old instead. For less than the price of 1 adult ticket to the aquarium we played for about 2 hours and my little one had a blast. There was plenty for us to do with her, and I can tell it will still be an entertaining place for us to go for years to come. We did have to buy their socks for everyone but it was super reasonable and we can bring them for next time. The front desk lady was super friendly. They have snacks and drinks available but we were able to just bring and consume what we brought. Everything was clean and well maintained and the workers did a good job managing the kids who would try to walk up the slides, etc. Definitely will be back! read more

If you are going on weekend afternoons, watch out for "private events" ! They charge extra on weekends and close early for these private events. Because they do these on random days, we can't just go without a plan, we have to plan ahead a day or two, watch their social media postings (their suggestion to me)! It is just ridiculous to plan and call ahead for just going to a playground. For three kids, I paid $45 for one hour of play ( I would have had to deal with three upset kiddos if I didn't). Anyways, my kids like the playground and do have fun but I don't like paying tons of money for half the time I intended to stay so I will be careful next time. The anticipation was high only to arrive onsite and be told we are not accepting the public at this moment, only parties. You can imagine how the rest of our afternoon went. I went here on a Saturday with my 6 month old and 2 1/2 year old. The place is a little smaller than what I expected. Everything looked nice and clean. One compliant is that no staff was monitoring the toddler area. Children over 3 were in the area. Also there were parents who were not watching their kids. I've taken my son 2 times so far and we both love it!!! This place does get pretty packed and they're usually at capacity but I can see why. There are 2 areas, toddler (3 and under) and the bigger kids area. My son loves being in both places. I like that you are allowed to go and play with your child. They do have cameras and screens so you can keep a eye on your child if you decide to sit, but I like to go and play with my son. You do have to buy the socks that they provide. I believe each costs $2.50. The place is clean!! Other places we've been too, it smells as soon as you walk in but here it's clean!! On my last visit I saw a worker just randomly cleaning/ wiping down the place. The place in general isn't so big but the play area has so much to do that it's a perfect size for kids. Parents of 2. Ages 7 and 2. Great assortment for both of our kids. Very clean and staff is great. Cameras are mounted in strategic areas where a large screen placed by the seating area allows for parents to check in on their little ones. It is well padded and very well lit. Parents can follow their kids in all the areas as well albeit hunched over. A definite must for parents who want to get the kids out to expel some energy. Great for rainy days! read more

First, this place is small so don't expect a bounce bounce or cosmic air. I've been here 3 times with my 5 year old daughter. One of those visits was a private party and the whole entire park was shut down for the party we felt rushed like we had to get in and get out. We came on a Monday and there were about 20 parents here and 4 teenage employees. All four of them are on their phone and communicating with each other. None of the staff members were watching the floor or the kids. I observed kids throwing huge hard blocks down the slide with no staff members in sight to regulate safety concerns since it was in the toddler area. There's no place to sit in any of the play areas. You HAVE to wear the socks that they provide and purchase it. ALL of the other indoor playgrounds that I've been to allow you to wear socks from any and all other indoor playgrounds. Kidtastic socks are the thinnest socks and they hardly have a grip on them they just have a small dots on them and their logo. My daughter was wearing cosmic air socks which are the best in my opinion since it's thick and has tons of grip on the bottom and top. The playground is about the size 5 McDonald's playground. The only thing I do like about this place is that they have cameras and the monitor is mounted on the wall for your personal viewing. read more
