The staff was also very attentive and amazing. Only one staff member was not so good. The old blonde woman that was bartending caught an attitude with me and my family member. I went up to order a drink and she made me show her ID which i didn't mind but later on when my boyfriend who has a beard and everything went to go get a drink for me and himself she told him he can't get two drinks and accused us of underage drinking. We're both born in the 90s by the way and showed her our IDs. I ordered a drink and my aunt came up and also ordered a drink and my aunt didn't tip her so she slammed the drink down and yelled next. I found that very rude. I also didn't have any singles i only had a $10 bill so i planned to tip after my second drink but her attitude made me go to the other bartender who was a man with curly hair. He was very nice and gave no issues the entire night. That woman should retire if she is so unhappy with her job.

It is elegant, luxurious with a Gatsby style charm. They only cater one wedding at a time in this huge space. Wedding ceremony was at 7:00 pm. Cocktail hours (open bar) from 7:30-8:30 pm with raw bar, meat carving stations, pasta, cocktail shrimps and so much food. I was pretty full from the hors d'oeuvres. 8:30-12:30 am was dinner and dancing! Bruschetta and Prosciutto for appetizer and fish or steak for dinner. I'll be honest that I can't remember what it taste like because I was busy at the open bar and the dance floor. I remembered that it was good. Needless to say - I had the most fabulous time. It was an awesome wedding. Exceptional service and venue!

Horrible company. Will not use again and would highly recommend another route…read more All-around upsetting experience. A friend recommended this company for my daughter's birthday party. The bounce house was delivered the day before and we were given explicit instructions for setting it up the next day. The guys setting it up were great. They also said there wasn't much gas and not to turn it on until right before the party. The day of the party, I called, concerned that there wasn't enough gas for the whole party. I was told not to turn it on until 30 minutes before the party started. We did as instructed and the bounce house would not blow up. Further, the blowers kept tripping the breaker on the generator. I called the company and they said someone could come out to look at it in two hours (at 4 pm), the party was slated to end at 4:30. I had a group of four year olds standing around at my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was crying. My stepdad missed the entire first hour of the party trying everything to get the house to blow up. Finally, halfway through the party, my stepdad was able to rig one blower to an outlet that allowed it to blow up. The house still looked fairly deflated and we were incredibly nervous about whether or not it was safe for kids to use. A representative of the company showed up a few minutes later, and said it looked fine and left. He offered to fix it but it was too late at that point, the party was about over, and there was no point. I also found it alarming that they were completely fine with a novice (my stepdad) rigging a solution without any form of inspection or oversight. We called to ask for a partial refund as we were unable to even use the bounce house for 75% of the party, and the other half of the party was spent worrying about the fact that only one blower worked. We were not only told no, we were told WE were wrong for still having someone come out to check on the safety of the bounce house when it was still clearly functioning incorrectly! The friend who recommended this company also recommended Jump and Slide (https://www.jumpandslide.net/). I will definitely try them next year!

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.
