They were supportive and genuinely invested in helping students grow. Both of my daughters did well academically but neither were challenged enough despite being in exceptionally small classes. One of them consistently earned A+ grades with very little academic challenge and often felt she wasn't being pushed to reach her full potential. She also shared concerns that, on at least one occasion, a teacher provided answers or significant hints to students who had not prepared, which she felt was unfair to those who had put in the effort to study. When you pay for tuition, you expect some individualization especially in a small class size of six... My biggest concern with the educational experience was the amount of screen time. Students spent far too much time on phones during the school day. When work was completed, there seemed to be excessive time spent on phones rather than participating in additional educational or enrichment activities. Unfortunately, our experience with the administration and business side of the school was very disappointing. Communication regarding important enrollment details and policies was unclear, and when issues arose, there was very little flexibility or willingness to work with our family. It often felt like the focus was on enforcing financial agreements rather than working toward a fair resolution. The teachers deserve recognition for the care and dedication they show their students, but the school's administrative and business practices left us with a very negative overall experience.
