Our game master, Megan, was sweet and professional, and the venue was clean and spacious. Winnie the Pooh: 5/5. Super cute set with impressive decor and props. It was also nice to experience some nostalgia since I watched the show during the 90s. Difficulty was between easy and medium, and it implemented a mix of tech and locks. A few parts will make people smile, whether or not they're familiar with the story/characters. Excalibur: 5/5. This medieval set housed a good balance of puzzles. I feel like this room was slightly easier than Winnie the Pooh, but maybe it's because we've seen similar types of puzzles in other escape rooms. We were informed that Excalibur was going to be a little dim most of the time, but I believe it helped to enhance the cool effects. No issues with finding the spot in this quiet Murrieta plaza with free parking. I highly recommend MindTrap to escape room enthusiasts of all levels. I salute the creators for such innovation, imagination, thoughtfulness, and creativity. With so much tech fueling the place, I totally understood that there was bound to be a glitch here and there. But the staff was on it and got things back up and running quickly. They even made good and credited us above and beyond what we lost during down time. It was the perfect time to refuel anyway. They served us pretzel dogs, the giant pretzel, fries, wings, pizza, fried mozz... and at gastropub levels. Overall, we left impressed and curious for more.

To know especially that these are rescued animals and are being taken care of so carefully, giving us the privilege of being able to give them our love as well, it was a heartwarming experience. Plenty of free parking available right infront of the sanctuary. There is a cute little shop attached to the sanctuary, where you can buy their handmade truffle chocolates which are so delicious (coming from someone who isn't a fan of truffle chocolates), fresh farm eggs, honey, and other delicacies. With your zoo "ticket" you get 2 free samples of their chocolates and a hefty bag of feed for the animals. The animals are mostly in their own pens, with some together. There's even a couple of the pigs you'll find out of pens, just hanging out on the property, laying beside the building. You're able to go into the tortoise pen and feed/pet him as well, 2 people at a time inside the pen, as he does get anxious. You're not able to feed all of the animals, but for the most part you can. Each pen has a sign for which animals are ok to feed/pet and which are not. They are very calm and friendly, as long as you are too. They take the feed very gently and don't bite your fingers. On the weekends they offer pizza made fresh for the visitors, and have plenty of covered outdoor seating options to enjoy. They also offer wine tasting, but we did not partake, as we had just left a winery, but I'm sure it is quite enjoyable as well. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area and it's a 5 minute drive from the wineries!

I have never had a bad experience at this location or the Temecula location. All rooms are challenging and the difficulty rating does match the experience. The staff is always welcoming and helpful! If I could change a few things it would be when you reserve a game online, that it routes you to the waiver right away. Show up a few minutes early to sign the waiver if you didn't online. The second thing would be to have the option for people to allow others to join their group. Some games can be easier with 3-4 players versus our typical 2 but still very doable (we have done 8 escape rooms and have beat them all).

They all greet every child with so much love and they have SO much fun with the kids. One of my favorite aspects about this place is that they share pictures of our child through their app which is a protected portal- and they update you through the day with pictures and videos of them learning, growing and having fun! They also update all diaper changes, what they eat and drink. And with all of this work that they do- they do it with the BIGGEST smiles on their face. Another thing is the curriculum they have! They don't just watch the kids- they love them, play with them, care for them, nurture them- and they TEACH them all the things!!! They are up to date on all things education and make sure that our kids receive that here as well. My daughter is learning so much and coming home doing all the things she learned and we are IN LOVE WITH ALL OF IT. She is SO smart, and this place is nurturing that and growing it!! However, I feel other parents deserve to know why we decided to remove him. Our experience was extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, my son was constantly getting injured and one time he had a bump on his head. When I asked the staff about what had happened, no one was able to give me an explanation or seemed to know how the injuries occurred. There was only two teachers for what looked like 20 2-3 year olds. I also had concerns about the communication regarding his meals. The daycare app frequently showed that he had eaten all of his food, yet he was consistently starving when I picked him up. I eventually started packing extra food because he was always so hungry. On one occasion, a staff member told me he hadn't eaten his lunch, even though the app had been marked that he had eaten it, which made me question the accuracy of the information being provided. Another concern was the cameras. They often seemed to be unavailable or not working when I wanted to check in. On one occasion when I was able to access the camera, I saw my son sitting alone in a corner crying, and no one appeared to be comforting or attending to him. As a parent, that was heartbreaking to see. Every parent's experience may be different, but based on what my family went through, I could no longer trust that my son was receiving the care and supervision he deserved. Removing him from this daycare was one of the best decisions we made.
