The manager is extremely unprofessional she will bad mouth patients and anyone when she thinks they cant hear her. The staff is constantly changing you almost never see the same person and now I can understand why. My experience was subpar it was disappointing because it seemed like a great place for my child's dental needs but they do not care about your children or protecting there rights I saw so many hipaa violations. I also noticed the receptionist was coughing a lot and not wearing a mask. It doesn't seem like they care about this pandemic or how many lives they put at risk. Always heard bad things about this place but never had any issues when taking our children until recently! I took my 7 yr old in because he was having some tooth pain and I knew he had a few cavities. Not only was the dentist Albert Higgins rude and stepped in the room for several minutes discussing the plan with the assistant before even looking up to say hi, but he then proceeded to scold me on how bad my child's cavities were. If he had looked at the history he would have seen that we bring our children in every 6 months for the last few years and we are usually are on top of it but there was a 6 month gap because my husband switched jobs so we didn't have insurance. My child never complained of any pain and how were we to know how bad it had got! He said my child would need oral surgery and caps on several teeth and gave us a price sheet with the whopping amount of $1200.00!!!! And there was no sense of urgency. If my child's teeth were so bad why the long wait! I decided that after the treatment we received they would not be getting our money!!!! And decided to get a 2nd opinion! We were recommended to Dr. Raber. He was caring, kind and understanding. I'm so glad we went because he explained all that needed to be done in detail and our cost was $350.00!!!!! And they were willing to schedule the appointment in a timely fashion!!! Never going back to Kidszaam again! Don't let the cool building fool you, they are a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I am really sad to hear what bad experiences others have had here. It really surprises me. I took my twin boys ages 22months, for their first pediatric appointment. There waiting room was clean and kid friendly, and took us back in a timely manner. I had to finish my paperwork after the appointment because I didn't get a chance to in the lobby we were taken back so fast. The assistant that took us back was friendly and very attentive. When the dentist came in my kids ran right up to him, they liked him. He was very patient with the kids and made sure to address any questions that I has. My kids were a little fussy because of course they were scarred, but I in no way felt that he was being forceful with my child. I would have felt comfortable enough to say no If I felt like they weren't cooperating and I don't think It would have been an issue. After the appointment the boys got to spin a wheel to pick out a toy and got stickers and a balloon. They were super happy about that. They all were very patient with my kids picking out toys and running around and were all nice. I hope my kids continue to have the same great visits, and I hope that this dentistry fixes whatever issues they have with these reviews, because id like to continue going. read more

My daughter has been with Kidzaam for quite a few years. She has braces and recently went in for a cleaning. They informed me that she nedded 4 fillings due to staining on the top of her teeth. They said it was to prevent further issues. Reluctantly I scheduled an appointment that would cost over $550. Luckily I encountered another parent with the same exact diagnosis. They said they had left kidzaam and gotten another opinion. Her kid in fact did not need any work done. She felt they were pushing unnecessary work to gain more money. I also opted for a second opinion from another dentistry. Turns out my daughter does not need any work. One stain was glue from her braces and the others were normal staining. I'm never going back. Please get another opinion before doing excessive work on your child. read more

I took my three children for cleanings and exams back in October of 2020 and the doctor told us that they needed work done. When checking out of the appointment they were supposed to schedule a time for us to come back for the dental work, but instead they told me that they would call to schedule. Two months went by and still no call. I decided to call them and find out when we could come back, but the woman that answered the phone hung up on me after placing me on hold for 10 minutes. Once again I have never received a call back from their office. I finally called them back about two weeks ago and the woman I talked to said that she would need to find their charts and call me back, but I still have not heard from them. This in my opinion is terrible customer service! It would be different if they would have called to let me know that they are backed up because of COVID or tell me something, but it's like we have been forgotten or our business is not wanted! Have been going to Kidzaam for 10+ years never any problems. This last visit my daughter needed some teeth extracted. They showed her zero compassion. They were hurting her and not even acknowledging it. They hardly even spoke to her and never tried to call her. Worst experience ever!!! She is special needs and was terrified. Her whole mouth was bruised and she had extreme pain for days after. Never again! I got her records and won't take her back and unless they get it together I suggest you do the same! read more

This does not even deserve a 1star rating .. highly unprofessional. Front desk here told me that me that appt. Was in Prescott Az. 2 hrs. 1/2 drive just to show up and they are closed was then instructed to come to Prescott Valley Az office .. They claimed they would be seen here instead . However we show up to find out that they want to charge a ins. Plan that was already canceled a mrh. Ago . Sat in the front office for almost another 40 plus mins. Just to find out the manager was not placing calls to ins. Company .. it took me to call to get ins. Company on the phone to have anything completed .. What,a joke just a bunch of monkeys running this place front and back office. . Also i have a pic of all the names of current clients .. They dont practice HIPPA.. here at all.. I will post a pic.
