My Name is Earl, I woke up at 8am & Manifested the Outcome of Today. I called for Dental work to be Orchestrated & Began the Booking of my Appointment at 9am. As My First Time Here, The Friendly Smiling Staff handed me Paperwork & Guided me to Await the Dentist Dr. Ligon. In Need of Plaque Removal & 2 Fillings/Build Up, Dr. Ligon & Her Assistant were "Johnny On The Spot" & had a Clear Vision at the Project at Hand! So, as U Know, Working at Tara Thai Fine Cuisine, My Smile means the World to me; & Dr. Ligon was Amazing. You can tell by Listening to Her, that the Learned Experience She has, is an Asset to BF Dental & to All of Us Clients. On 11/20, she called to move my 12/3 appointment from 11:30 AM to 11:00 AM -- no issue there. However, on 12/2, she left a voicemail "confirming" my appointment for 12/3 at 11:30 AM. Naturally confused, I called back and clarified that my appointment had been changed to 11:00 AM. She confirmed, again, that the time was 11:00 AM. I arrived today at 10:45 AM for that appointment, only to be told she couldn't locate me in the system. After I played the voicemail she left, she realized she had actually scheduled me for 12/4 at 11:30 AM. Since this is not the first time these kinds of errors have occurred, I informed her that I would like to be removed from the schedule and would no longer be continuing as a patient. She then attempted to charge me a cancellation fee because it was "within 24 hours." I had to remind her that, according to her own system, my appointment was listed as 12/4 at 11:30 AM -- well outside any 24-hour window. To summarize: Laura provided the wrong date and the wrong time, twice, and then attempted to charge me for her own mistake. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Do better.
