And today he tried for 5 minutes, drilled out a few areas, but couldn't make it work. He suggested the best solution would be a new mouth guard. I'm thinking, okay makes sense and was ready to schedule for the new mouth guard. Then... the question at the dental office became "do we just charge him for the office visit or do we add the charge of a mouth guard adjustment?" Yes, the literally considerred whether to charge me for the failed mouth guard adjustment. In the end, they decided to only charge me for an office visit. That didn't happen BTW. Reality came into play brought about by me. But the absolute nerve of even thinking they'd charge me for their failure???

It was not part of exam but a charge which they knew or should have that it would not be covered twice.
