They explained it as being they needed theirs and it was part of the exam. Then I got charged a bill because insurance wouldn't pay. So beware what wording they use. It was not part of exam but a charge which they knew or should have that it would not be covered twice.

However, due to an implant and crown, the mouth guard no longer fit correctly. "Dr." White took a look and said he could adjust it to fit so we schedulled. And today he tried for 5 minutes, drilled out a few areas, but couldn't make it work. He suggested the best solution would be a new mouth guard. I'm thinking, okay makes sense and was ready to schedule for the new mouth guard. Then... the question at the dental office became "do we just charge him for the office visit or do we add the charge of a mouth guard adjustment?" Yes, the literally considerred whether to charge me for the failed mouth guard adjustment. In the end, they decided to only charge me for an office visit. That didn't happen BTW. Reality came into play brought about by me. But the absolute nerve of even thinking they'd charge me for their failure???

They work out an action plan on how to treat any conditions or resolve any issues with your teeth. A detailed explanation is provided for each patient with or without insurance what your insurance will pay and what the patient may have to pay out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciate that explanation so there are no surprises as to what out-of-pocket expenses need to be paid. This is the place for all your dental needs!

Decent facility with WAY over the top with the facility layout and decorations. It looked like one of the dentists won the lottery and stick a bunch of money into the facility. Scheduled a cleaning and exam for a couple months later. I called 6 weeks in advance of my appointment to reschedule as I have a work conflict. On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. I am going to find a new dentist, they grow on trees around here, and I am going to share my experience with every single person I can.

My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody.
