My epidermidis is a diva so any product can cause an acne outbreak, irritated skin, or my newest skin ailment- perioral dermatitis (mild). The ones I'm using has not! DOUBLE YAY! I use creamy eye treatment and facial fuel anti-wrinkle cream. I have small fine lines starting to develop so I figured I'd annihilate the aging process before it's too late! A22 in Terminal A. So happy to see a Kiehls inside! Flying dries your skin so I loved picking up travel size items of moisturizer and a tube of lip balm. I use the olive oil shampoo and conditioner which I love and adore. It makes my hair amazingly fluffy with so much volume! I look like a totally different person when I use this shampoo. As a disabled person, I have to shop online and shop at Kiehl's online. Every time I place an order with Kiehl's online the shipment of the order is awful. I keep calling customer service which is nice but offers no solutions and the service never changes. I placed an order for 2 hand salves on December 29,2022, and as of today, it is still processing. When I called yesterday and spoke with Jocelyn she assured me that the order would ship out yesterday. Well, she was wrong. I called again just now and spoke with another customer service representative who was friendly, yet could not explain why it is taking so long to process a simple order. If I was not disabled I would go to Sak's and just buy the items there. They always say since 1851, and their processing and shipping is if it is 1851. This company just cannot get anything correct. I don't blame the customer service representatives but the company and whoever is in charge of processing orders and shipping. After so many bad experiences I don't expect it to change. I just hope my order arrives before Winter is over as I am in desperate need of the hand salve. Service read more

4/2023-Associates don't have enthusiasm or know much. The female was pleasant, but didn't tell more than I knew...by reading & trying things. The counter- black hair tall 20's male had no clue or care. He only said "it has a floral scent". Also, best to not make subtle neg remarks on what a a customer uses & seems to work. First off, let me say this: The products are fantastic. I know many people that have benefited from Kiehl's facial scrubs, washes, toners, masks, lotions, etc. I have zero slight against that part of it. We both ran out of products we purchased during this visit, and repurchased from Neiman Marcus. Kiehl's Products: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Quality: 5/5 What I do take sincere issue with, is the service and staff of this location. Flashback to a few months ago, when I was here with my girlfriend. I was searching for a better, more natural morning and evening face wash, while she was on the hunt for several items: evening repair serum, toner, non-oily wash, etc. The manager (older gay man) was extremely versed with all things Kiehl's, however he was rather (acutely) rude. He learned a bit of my personal background, due to his facial history queries--specifically that my Mom was a Dermatologist for many years. Yes, I do know a thing or two about skin from all the years learning from her. Anyways, he strongly exclaimed that she caused her patients pain, by conforming to conventional Derm practices, and that I knew nothing of the skin if it was solely my Mother who taught me lies from textbooks. Yep... a load OF IT, for sure. Clearly the lack of professionalism, common sense and human decency are at play here. Today was my first experience ever with the Kiehl's brand as well as their products. I was led here after watching a Youtube review of one of their products. I spoke with Richan (pronounced Rih-shun) over the phone to confirm that a product was available in the store and she set up a consultation for me. The store itself is amazing. Can't explain it but the setup gives such a cool, energetic vibe when you walk in. Not your typical cosmetic store. I was ready to buy something...anything! Lol. There's also a cool little photo booth in the corner where you can take free pictures and they post them along the wall. Richan's consultation included her testing my skin to determine my skin type. She swabbed in a few areas with some strips and identified that I had normal to oily skin (in T-zone only). Then she used a small machine that looked like a thermometer to determine my hydration level. I was like a 41 or 42. She said a healthy level is between 50 and 70 so I wasn't too far off. These tests determined which products would benefit me more. Since my skin was slightly dehydrated she focused more on products that would help raise my hydration level. Overall, I left with so much more knowledge about my skin and what my overall regiment should be. I was also given very thorough info on the products that would suit my needs, and I left with an amazing moisturizer and a powerful concentrate to help with the overall appearance of my skin. I have about 3 more products that I'm aiming to get, but as the products are a little costly (but worth it)...I had to start in small increments. If you go to this location, ask for Richan. She was so amazing! Definitely a great brand ambassador for Kiehl's. I know I'll definitely be back! read more

I'm a fan of Kiehl's and I'm a bigger fan of Kiehl's moving further north in Dallas. You can get this stuff in a lot of major department stores and I get some of my basics at Neiman's but they don't carry the full line. I prefer to go to one of the stand-alone stores when possible. Before they opened this store in Northpark you used to have to go to Highland Park Village. Anyone who's been there knows the parking can be a nightmare if you show up at the wrong hour. As far as the product goes, I've been happy with most things I've tried. I've learned that if you don't like something they have a great return policy. They want you to walk away happy. I've been lucky enough to always get great service and if they have samples of whatever I'm buying, they toss those in so I have an easy travel size product. Now if they open a store in Willow Bend or Stonebriar Center, I'll give them a full 5 stars. read more
