The owner first checked if he had enough of the ingredients in the fridge and was off and running. It didn't take 10 to 15 minutes to get my order done. And waiting for my order was comfortable enough with their well-lit and well-decorated interior. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of drink and the price. I would have opted to taste some of the items on their menu, but it was far from dinner time for me. But I do know the quality of the chicken served here as my family has always ordered delivery at times from Kiki's. We have tried their chicken before and it was excellent. Yummy! Probably some of the best chicken wings around! Parking is easy as it's located near Safeway within a giant lot. They open early, at 10am which was great since I was there to pick up an early lunch just before 11am. There's plenty of seating indoors with a giant menu. There was only one person in the front when I was there and I was instructed to order at the kiosk. I'm kind of slow with technology and it was my first time there so I had to ask her some questions and also for some recommendations. I guess I'm old school and prefer to order in person versus at the kiosk, but I did it! I ordered a combo platter of boneless wings, upgraded to Kiki's fries, and a drink. We go to Kiki's often. We enjoy the freshly fried chicken tenders, the combos and fries. They make a really good family meal with more than enough for our family of four with two teens. Lately, they got rid of their tender Tuesdays and wing Wednesday. Which is a bummer. There has been two incidents during the week where the lady waiting on us was rude. However, this particular experience felt like an obligation. I visited Kiki's once in a while, and I've always enjoyed their food. The strips and fries are always solid. The issue is that when did it become a the norm to NOT provide basic essentials as it pertains to dipping sauce for chicken strips? It used to be a common decency, but now it's an up-charge. I understand shrink, margins, P&L or simply trying to maximize profits but-- really? $1.50 per sauce makes out to more than fair if a customer is simply overindulging on sauce requests, for sure! But to not supply one single dipping sauce with an 8-piece order or chicken strips?? That should be bare minimum 2~. What's next? $.50 per straw for drinks ordered? Came in here on a late Saturday afternoon and I was very surprised at how dead it was! No problem for us because that meant quick service. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. There was a screen to order for yourself or you could approach the register to be assisted by an employee. The gentleman who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful. Our go-to is the Garlic parm rub bone In wings from Kiki's. Kiki's garlic parm is very different and much more fresh and light compared to Wingstop and BWW. We're talking real crushed garlic, parsley, and shredded parm. Literally finger licking good. Get takeout, 5 min in the oven and heaven. Safe bet: Plain bone in wings with Kiki's sauce on the side. Wings are very lightly breaded yet flavorful on their own. Add Kiki's sauce which is sweet and tangy with a kick. Same as the above, if you're not eating in, pop the wings in the oven and toss them in Kiki's sauce at home. Worth the wait. Forget: Kiki's tots with chicken. Chopped tenders over tots, all topped with ranch, buffalo, and blue cheese dressing. I went into Kikis Folsom on a Tuesday around a month ago and was shocked at the disrespect i saw. i ordered my food with one of the cashiers and she was very nice and she helped me figure out what i wanted. i then got my food and choose to dine in because it was a particularly hot day and the ac felt nice. after around 10 minutes of eating another worker came in to help the other worker out. while the first girl who helped me was stocking i overheard the workers in the back talking to the girl who just walked in, they were speaking Spanish (i speak fluent Spanish) i heard them all talking poorly and rude about the other cashier. when i was finished with my meal i went to tell the girl about them talking bad about her and she told me that she didn't speak Spanish but she also wasn't naive and knew they where talking bad about her but didn't want to stir up any trouble and said she tries to ignore it for the most part. for a supposed family friendly restaurant they do not treat people like family even there own staff. the food was good but the service was just sad. read more

Most days, the chicken is crispy & juicy, the fries are hot, and the veggies in the sandwich taste fresh. It's all great. But some days, the chicken is cold & dry, fries are cold, or veggies are wilted. It's a limited menu, I'm not sure why they can't be more consistent. Love the chicken! Everything is always fresh and juicy. The Kiki Fries are my favorite but I love their strips and chicken nuggets. The chicken is cooked just right and still always juicy. They have an interesting take on chicken and waffles. They have the original and they have one called Bobby Style where they bake boneless tenders inside the waffle. Kiki's deserves an extra 6th star for their community support. During the darkest days of Covid, they sold fresh chicken, ground beef, and eggs at great prices to help the community. They always give military and first responders meals. The grand opening of this location was a fundraiser for a local Folsom football star who had a bad accident and needs multiple brain surgeries.
