Place just keeps going more downhill. Not sure if it's under new ownership or management? But I was there yesterday they made a turkey and Swiss sandwich. I started eating it found something. I've never seen thought it was either sliced Hikma or sliced radishes which they've never used at sourdough Company locations I've been to. I went in to ask the young men who worked there if they knew what it was I had a lot of it to show them at first they didn't know but then they came to the conclusion that somebody chopped up that really hard-core on the iceberg lettuce and that's why it was like this weird sliced texture. It was really disgusting honestly and with all the health concerns with letters and other vegetables right now I really wish that didn't happen I asked for a refund. They said no one was there. They can do refunds leave the receipt and their manager will do it later. I asked how will I know if the manager does it or Will do it? They had no answer. I asked him to remake a sandwich no lettuce. They made it after making me wait a little bit. Then I also decided to grab a little bag of chips. I couldn't help but ask when I was being charged almost 3 dollars for the tiny bag of chips. I said maybe you could just give me the chips for my troubles since you couldn't refund and I've spent so much time with this situation. The guy works the replied manager wouldn't like that. I love their sandwiches!! The service is great too. I ordered sandwiches to go online and they asked if I wanted to eat there when I came in to pick up and happily put them on plates(pie tins). I always get the roast beef with house dressing. The bread is perfect. It's casual inside but nice and cool and the water is ice cold. I had such a great experience at Sourdough! The sandwiches were so fresh. What really made my visit stand out was the incredible customer service. If you're looking for a good experience I would not come to this location. Between counting their tips on the cutting board they put the sandwiches on to using their phones with the gloves they put on their non washed hands to make the sandwiches I would say cleanliness is not a concern for the employees. The young men working behind the counter were more invested in their conversations and their social media than giving good customer service. The tomato soup is the best I've ever had! Promise you it won't disappoint. So flavorful and there is a little kick to it but just enough. I was on the road for almost a full 10 hours for work so I ordered DoorDash when I was 30 minutes away from my house that way I didn't have to go into the sandwich shop and I could just go straight home after my long day. I get home. My sandwich gets there shortly after I do. Mind you I haven't eaten much today, maybe a protein shake and a croissant. So I was starving and very excited about my sandwich. I opened my sandwich up, first thing I noticed is the size of the sandwich is incorrect. I was given a 12 inch instead of a 6 inch. I opened up the sandwich and it's missing half of the toppings I asked for. The only topping that were on it was lettuce, turkey, mayo, and mustard. No bacon, no cheese, no banana peppers and no avocado. So unfortunately, I ended up having to go to the store anyways like I did not want to. Two young men working the entire place were there and I explained to them the situation. One of them looks at me laughing and says "oh sorry I just forgot the bacon." I replied by saying "you forgot more than that. Half of the things I asked for on my sandwich are not on there." They offered to remake my sandwich correctly, so I waited. The younger boy finishes my sandwich and says that he personally made sure that the sandwich was made correctly. I told him thank you very much. I appreciate that and I left. When I get home, I opened my sandwich and it's still not right. Still no bacon! For somebody who personally made sure my sandwich is correct, it's very incorrect. And to laugh at a customer who is clearly upset is extremely unprofessional. I don't not know their names, but they look like they could be brothers. This is my favorite sandwich shop overall, but I will not be returning back to this location. Very unhappy with the staff and my service. read more

Did not understand the menu, because I was trying to order while in a meeting, but I thought I was getting a sandwich, which was a basic sandwich I picked, and the extra items, would be extra, so I got this thing that had just the extras, and meat. Unsure if I got the sandwich I actually ordered, but it appears to be a garlic pesto without the garlic pesto, but with pepperoncini, cheese, aioli and mayo. Bread, of course. Whisky. Tango. Foxtrot. Sure it's my bad, but personally, I do not want to have to form a long-term, over-thought relationship with a sandwich shop, or choose every particle, just to get a sandwich with sandwichy items, like lettuce, etc. Ordered online for delivery. We've been to this location, and others, many times. Usually they're great. The sandwiches are good and the service has also been good. However, I don't think I'll visit this location again time soon. The guy with the red hair who took my order was very polite and efficient. The girl who made our sandwiches, not so much. She called my name for pick up, so I thanked her when she handed me the bag, and she replied..."yep". The worst part, however, was the mustard and mayonnaise covered bag I didn't notice until I looked at my mustard covered pants leg, purse, and passenger seat of the car where I set the bag. My friend and I were reading their menu which was posted on their front window. The young lady from behind the counter came out and gave us menus so we didn't have to strain. The menu selection was awesome with hotdogs, burgers, ribs, and a whole assortment of other goodies. The food and service were excellent. Been to this location twice now. Do not recommend. The Manager at this Location has every employee weighing out all ingredients and it slows the process way down. Because of this, they can't get orders right and a simple sandwich takes almost 25 mins to receive, and even when you get your order, it will be wrong and missing items. My girlfriend and I had a great experience for our last minute dinner decision. We went in within the last hour of close time and were treated as if we were the first customers of the day. We were offered bread with oil and vinegar, while we waited, and had the pleasure of watching the Thursday night football game as well.
