They proclaim to have grass in the turnouts and in the 5 months I was there witnessed many times horses in the dry lots with NO Grass, NO water, NO Hay for 6-8hrs./day! In 90 degree weather too! Also you only have one option for Grain and Hay and are not allowed to bring or supply your own! Also when my horse was stalled could only have one bag shavings every 2-3 days which in my opinion is not enough for a stalled horse! And wasn't allowed to supply more shavings for my horse. Your not allowed to move any of your tack, supps, or anything in or around your horse's stall or you'll be yelled at or threatened! You get a very tiny space in the tack room and the stalls are tiny with just one tiny window for your horse to look out. You can't make any suggestions or change anything. Your always wrong and they are always right! If you need anything extra for your horse you will be charged out the ASS! So glad chose to leave!

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect from an outside nature camp, but pulling up to Ernie Miller each day something that's made really clear from the staff is how dedicated they are to making sure your kids have a fun time all summer long. The camp counselors are super engaging and great with the kids. I love that my kiddo gets to learn about local animals and nature while at Ernie Miller, and also that they go on fun field trips which spice things up each week. Additionally they are on top of weather changes and take the kids inside if there is lightning. I've been watching as a new facility is being built at Ernie Miller and I can't wait to come back sometime when they are done and further explore the nature trails and the new building.

And we were actually the only people on the inside of the nature center, so we got to enjoy it in a peaceful environment. There were some field trip kids having event events outside. My grandson enjoyed exploring, but I was disappointed to see that quite a few of the displays were out of order. Also, I had to tell staff that there was a mouse in bird nature viewing area. A child had left a cracker, and apparently a mouse had gotten in was taking advantage of it! But then I went into the newer section with the displays and another mouse ran out and was running around the room towards my grandson. So I think they need to correct this issue before it gets too out of hand. The trails are great and the natural gardens are as well. They have some great programs for the community. I just think that some of the displays need to be fixed and taking care of the pest problem, I'm sure if they let the hawk in there he would handle it! lol

It's convenient for me to visit when I'm out near my parent's new house though so that's a perk and has been what brings me here on occasion. A few years ago we also did soccer here and honestly I'd recommend doing soccer elsewhere. Parking is horrible and it's kind of a cluster. Overall the park itself is nice and fun to explore, but up to you on if it's worth the drive.

My husband and I brought our six-year-old granddaughter and two year-old grandson to play. I did not see a newer place set based on the address we went to. It was an older ship designed playset. A small playset and it was quite busy so it was crowded. The place that is for age 2 to 5. The nice thing about it is that it was completely shaded, so that was a positive. But the place that itself was older and dirty and needed to be cleaned or repainted. There was a walking park around the playset, but I never saw a newer playset like pictured in the main photo for the park. There is also a small softball field and some covered picnic tables.

No one answered the phone, their website showed no available dates, and out of frustration I even drove an hour to their location--only to find nothing happening. A month later, I received an email stating they were "closed for the winter." Nowhere -- not on the Groupon listing, their website, or their voicemail -- did they mention being seasonal. When I tried to use my vouchers later, they refused to honor them. Even worse, the operators openly admitted that they continue to sell Groupon vouchers during the winter to "boost sales," fully knowing they're closed and that customers can't use them. That's deceptive and unethical. Bottom line: This company hides behind Groupon to take your money and then refuses to stand behind their product. Avoid them entirely -- don't fall into the same trap I did!

I noticed a good combination of walkers (including families), joggers, and bicyclists moving up and down the winding, nicely maintained, nine feet wide trail, which has several small changes in elevation. The floors were gross in the party room and I included a picture of one of the chairs. This was it at the start of our party. There weren't trash cans in the party room, which was frustrating. We spilled some water and when I used a paper towel to clean it up it was brown. The whole place needs a deep clean! Also, the party time is short. One hour is not enough time. If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

The times I've watched my semi-trepidacious daughter here, I've noticed they move at a pace that doesn't allow for a lot of fear which is important. They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.
