When I obtained their services I told them the only thing that I was interested with mosquito and fire ant coverage and they said that was exactly what I was getting and today I was told that that was not on my plan and that they sprayed several times for mosquitoes as a courtesy. I told them that when they first came out here I asked for mosquito service and why didn't they give it to me and how come for the last 2 years every time I speak to someone they say that they will take care of it and it hasn't been done. So I have been lied to and misled for almost 2 years by this company. When I called and spoke to the manager today Seth he agreed that I have been lied to and misled and apologize and offered to give me mosquito service for $86 more a month. I told him that I was under the impression that I had mosquito service for the almost the last two years and he said that the representative they gave me the service plan made a mistake and I have not had it. And I told him that every time I called and spoke to someone they said they would take care of it and so for the last two years I've been lied to. Before you do any business with this company I would suggest that you ask them for your plan and review it maybe even with an attorney because they say one thing and do another. He did not offer to compensate me or correct the problem just to charge me more money.

These guys are horrible. They come frequently...even when we think we're in the clear. I mean I had my guys do some intel on them and clearly it was bad. They're only supposed to come four times a year. However, I'm coming to suspect that the "home owners" must be in cahoots with the pest people. I'm not paranoid but every time I show up with my friends, the pest people come out here. I need to get a wire tap and fire those responsible for my intel. I should've known better than to hire those cats who live inside. Anyways, this company likes to be thorough and they like to use each other as resources when they aren't fully sure of an answer or need to recommend a solution. Which, if I could just rant for a minute....Mark found my favorite entry way into the house today. It used to be through some windows but then they caulked the windows. My next best place was getting into the basement and navigating my way through some vents that lead into the home. It was quite the journey but so worth it! They ruined everything. They sprayed in the basement now and it would be suicide to go in there again. These pest guys are the worst, they even look for my nests on the outside of the house. Last year they took out my summer home under the deck. So, if you don't get yourself some pest guys, like this place, I'll be moving in with you real soon! He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
