We said we were ready to order and she said sorry, "I can't help you." So we went up to the bar to place our food order. We watched, and every other table was being serviced. This place is so much fun! Lots of TVs to watch games on. I recommend trying some of their specialty drinks. I do not recommend the espresso martini, it was $16 and the nastiest thing I've ever had. The spicy jolly rancher drink was amazing! Two people in our party had the pub sliders, one with everything one with just cheese. Both sliders were delicious. I had the ribeye steak, came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. That was delicious. However, the steak was a little more cooked than I liked I ordered medium rare. It was more on the medium side. Came in for breakfast. Stood at door for nearly 10 min. No one assisted. Finally asked bar tender if it was open seating (she saw us there ). Sat down. At this time only 4 people in entire restaurant. Took over 15 min for same bar tender to take our drink order. We ordered food after another 15 min . We are now close to 30 min and no food ! The service is horrible. Update after almost an hour , server came over to check on our food. Discovered we never got food. Read our order back which was incorrect....guess what? She never entered the order into their POS system ! I will give an update. Believe the manager realized what happened. Placed our food as a priority and comped the bill. I will give HIM the credit for great customer service. The bartender lady? Not so much. She never apologized. She needs to maybe focus on not showcasing her breasts to get tips and focus on hospitality! read more

Last night we finally got to see him in his element at "Cinco de Rico" comedy night, and wow--he's not just funny, he's a full-on star. Rico is a natural MC and a genuinely gifted comedian. RAIDERS!!! I have only been here for Raiders games, but it is always such a fun experience. This place gets packed early, and many have reserved tables so you may end up standing only but with all the fans here it won't matter. We have gotten lucky and ended up with outdoor patio seating. It is nice and has TV's, but all the action is inside the bar. They usually have raffles and former Raider players show up where you can purchase a Photo OP or autograph. My bf and I called three times over the course of a week and a half to get a reservation for Sunday (last Raiders game). They took our names down and advised they'd call us back to confirm, which they never did. Apparently they can't check or take reservations then and there. We enjoyed this place for one of the first games this season and wanted to come back with a group, but we have to reserve elsewhere since they failed to help us. Disappointed with the customer service here. Not sure how anyone else gets reservations here. Must be a "locals only" thing. read more
