Some days can get busy though, so be prepared for dinner rushes. Came in just wanting their lunch special for a "lunch box" of burger (smaller size), fries and a drink, but decided to get the original standard burger. Decided on the "Fun Guy" which includes mushrooms. Let's just say, this place did not disappoint! I'm mean, wow! What a delicious combination of flavors. Patty exceeding the size of the bun and mushrooms cooked to perfection. Not to mention the house sauce. It all went together like they were made solely to be inside that burger. Next time I'll try some fries and they have some kind of Peanut Butter Burger. They also have a good selection of beers. A burger and a beer will run you about $20. For now, it's a solid 4 stars. I had it set for delivery, and while I understand that delivered food won't be as hot as dining in, my order was not only cold but also completely incorrect. I ordered a Bender Burger and added lettuce and pickles, but the burger I received only had bacon, cheese, and onions. The Bender Burger has always been my favorite, so I was really looking forward to it. Due to prior experiences, it's been YEARS since I went to killer burger. Today walked in, there was a guy at the flat top, he did say "welcome in" and that was it. There was no one to take my order up front. (He could have said, "we'll be right with you." Anything, but he didn't) he did let out a loud belch while cooking, disgusting! I asked if there was anyone working to take my order... no answer but he did walk to the register and then asked, "what can I get you." He was friendly enough. It seems there were two women in back doing who knows what, they came out after he started my order. I ordered but should have checked my order because he got it wrong, I ordered a double, he gave me a single. The patty was dry as in zero juice and way over cooked and there was almost no peanut butter on the PB Pickle and Bacon Burger, if there was, I couldn't taste it. Food has always been consistently good for us and service was also always on point. Disappointed with new rewards program, where it is a BOGO type deal. Killer Burger does not disappoint, I've been here multiple times and tried a few different burgers and liked each one. Today I tried the bender and it is delicious, it has spicy bbq sauce, jalapeño chips, killer house sauce and cheese, the bites all have a good spice and all the flavors mesh very well! I highly recommend the Bender burger, they give you more than enough fries to fill you up also. The staff has always been friendly. Made a order today with my wife for two burgers. Guy said it would be about 12 mins. Sat down to wait and watched everyone that was behind us in line get served . Some were served, ate and left! My wife went to ask what was the deal and she was told that they lost our order! I was feeling like a burger for dinner and wanted to keep my dollars local, so I put an order in for pickup. Saw that they'd added chicken sandwiches since I'd last been in (which admittedly has been a while), so I figured I should give it a try. Got the BLT non-spicy chicken sandwich, added pickles to it (to make it that much more Portland, 'cause it already had a bird on it) and got a side of fries, even though the fries I've had from here have been hit-or-miss in the past. Got it home and everything was still just as hot as it would have been in the restaurant, the fries were hot and crisp, and the sandwich was delicious! All the ingredients were still crispy, didn't get soggy at all on the way home. Plus, it is HUGE! I should have weighed it before I ate it, but it had to be half a pound if not more. I think my note for next time is that I want to try the spicy version - hopefully it's not TOO spicy, but just a little extra kick. Thing to be aware of about this place: they do have a drive up window, but it is *only* for picking up online/telephone orders! This place has sure gone downhill. We went in ordered two original burgers, one with no tomato and raw onions. Instead of grilled it came with grilled onions and tomato. The other one was just regular and the bun was all wet and soggy. It was unedible. The gal came by and asked how our meal was and I told her and she goes...Oh I'm so sorry and walked off. Just a quick stop in after church because family had mentioned this spot. Dude. Killer indeed. That was the juiciest high quality burger I've had in a long time. The fries were hot, crispy, with a fluffy inside. There were several delicious sauces (highly recommend the spicy G sauce). Staff were friendly and able to recommend their faves. Burger was PACKED and ingredients were very rich but flavor overall was underwhelming. The patty was very juicy but with so many heavy ingredients slapped together, it was quite salty. Very crispy and nicely seasoned. -Jose Mendoza burger (limited time)- Includes bacon, roasted green chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, house sauce, grilled onions and pickles. Burger looked kind of skimpy compared to the Barnyard. My brother ordered this and he said it would be better if the burger had ingredients with more crunch (lettuce and pickles). I'm back again to tell you that this place is awesome. Quick and friendly service felt like it was going above and beyond until I tried the burger and that went so far beyond it was out of this world. Super relaxed atmosphere, order at the counter and the food is delivered to your table. I've had the peanut butter pickle bacon burger, the blue cheese (Teemah), and the mushroom Swiss (fun guy). All of them have been stellar. I'm gonna have to go back to Barrel Mt. Brewing to see which of these places has the better burger. read more

Wow. Who runs this place? The girl taking orders kept telling everyone their food would be ready way sooner than it actually was. Stop lying to customers, if you're behind, say so. One person was on the grill while two cleaned. Placed an online order at 8:50pm, it said the order would be ready at 9:27pm. I came at 9:04pm and was told that they would move my order up and it should be ready in 12 minutes (that would be 9:16). That time passes and she tells me it would take another 5 minutes. That passes also, I didn't get my food until 9:36pm (9 minutes PAST what the online ordering platform said). I sat there for 35 minutes... While I was waiting another customer came in and she was told it would be another 5 minutes, then another 7 minutes, when I left she still hadn't gotten her food. Customer service was frustrating so I was excited to finally eat and told myself it would be worth it. When I got home to eat, absolutely no sauce anywhere. It was the driest burger ever.
