My husband and I ate at SuperChix in Vancouver, WA tonight for the first time. For a Friday night (about 6pm), the place had a relaxing atmosphere, the hockey game was playin' on the large tv screen, and we were welcomed by super friendly & helpful staff! I was pleasantly surprised at how FANTASTIC my "simple" chicken sandwich was! They made it to order, and the pickles had just the right amount of crispness & tang that complimented the chicken well. The food portions are exceptionally large for the price, so plan to share those fries (which btw, were the best fries I've ever had with that cajun seasoning on them.) Overall, everything tasted fresh and delicious. And might I just add that it's about darned time we got a new place in Vancouver that served Custard again! We were immediately greeted by a pleasant and welcoming staff member at the order taking station. This being our first visit, we had a question pertaining to a food allergy and while the order taker didn't know the answer, they were quick to summon the assistance of another team member who was able to give us the info we needed. Kids meals (12 & under) come with fries or fruit, and the kid with us had mandarin orange segments which were very appreciated. Kids meal also includes a drink and they offer all of their sodas, lemonade, tea or milk, which again was appreciated. Mom chose the grilled chicken sandwich for the kid (which looked great) and this also came with a small frozen custard. A lot of food for little ones! I had the chicken slider which included a large, delicious chicken breast and a small order of fries that was very large (you have a choice of salted, sweet, rosemary & pepper, and one other spice option on the fries. I had the rosemary & pepper and liked them okay, but thought the spice was pretty mild.) They have about 10 different dipping sauces at their self-serve drink and condiment station. As some other reviewers have noted, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but this is a half step up from fast food. It's elevated, but also not fancy, which I liked. Went in on Saturday at 2:30 pm it was half full only not many people here and the server kept messing up our order. Our food was also very cold and when he came back to give us our meals he put less fries and even removed a tender.... Absolutely ridiculous. Its menu is wider than one would expect from a chicken chain, with the VERY nice availability of frozen custard and associated treats (milk shakes, etc.). Ever wanted sweet seasoning on regular French fries? I haven't, but Super Chix has it on offer (as well as many other fry seasonings). You can also get fried pickles. Service is SUPER friendly, prompt, professional, and helpful. Parking is easy, thanks to the large, private parking lot. I opted for a "cordon bleu" chicken sandwich, and it was just OK. The ham was of lower quality than it should have been for "cordon bleu" duty, and there was probably too much of it as well. While I appreciate the generous portion size, it overpowered the chicken. Fries are hand-cut on-site from whole potatoes. They're flavorful, but soggy. The real standout was the chocolate custard milkshake. This was a PROPER chocolate shake with rich, deep chocolate flavor. SO great to have a chocolate shake that WASN'T the result of too much terrible chocolate syrup. We thought super chix was pretty tasty. The chicken is very moist and juicy. The bun was soft and a compliment to the chicken. The different sauces were a bonus. Loved their french fries! Uber eats - I got regular sized Cajun fries, 3 piece chicken strips in buffalo sauce and cordon bleu crispy sandwich. Sandwich was great, very messy, but great, soften buns I've ever had haha, given that they're known for messy sandwiches maybe they should get sturdier bread. This place was good! But I need to try it again. I got the Deluxe chicken sandwich but it was too big to even eat properly! So I had to take it apart and eat it. Not much garlic aioli on it which was a bummer. The loaded fries were good! And they keep the toppings with queso in a separate container so your fries don't get mushy. At first I thought they made it wrong but I just had to look for the cup. We decided to check out this new fast food chicken joint and it did not disappoint. It's new with modern vibes with plenty of seating for both small and large parties. Service was good and they even came by and cleared our table when we were done. As with new places, there are things they need to work on. Although it wasn't terrible, they can work on their cleanliness. When we came in several tables were empty, but they were either dirty or the floor underneath was cluttered with trash and food crumbs. They serve Pepsi drinks and there's a sauce bar. It was nice to have some variety in your dipping sauces- buffalo, Korean bbq, buttermilk ranch, and signature (honey mustard-esque sauce). We got the Korean bbq sandwhich which was their monthly special item and the southwest salad. You can pick either grilled or fried for either entrees. We also got fries which have different seasoning. We decided to try the rosemary pepper which was pretty good! It was savory and a little sweet. They also have frozen custard. There's also to-go pints in the fridge next to the register. We were pretty full, but would definitely come back and try. All in all, would come again. read more

The Chic Parm sandwich was warm, not hot at all, so I assume it was premade. I had to add sauce to try to enjoy it however I didn't finish it. The fries were fine but didn't finish them either. I'm pregnant and have been watching videos of super Chix on tiktok I had high expectations for this food my pickup order was 47 dollars before tax . Food was absolutely terrible nothing like the pictures saggy bread and chicken . completely burnt fries. I paid 8 dollars for the "loaded"fries it came with a very small side of cheese and bacon for the fries . My partners order was supposed to be 5 chicken tender he got 4 and a small half... My first time at Super Chix was incredible. I ordered the Bacavo Ranch chicken sandwich, the fried pickles, rosemary fries. My wife ordered the chicken tenders and we finished everything off with a reeses custard. The best part was Walter the manager! He grilled up some chicken tenders to try on the grill and they were AWESOME. Atmosphere was great, nice and clean and the staff was incredible as well. I was really surprised to see the bad reviews on here because that has not been my experience. People should give this place another try! Well for a chicken place I would have loved anything but the dry stringy chicken I got both times! Thought maybe it was an off day but the chicken was below gas station quality. So last night my family tried Super Chix. For 3 sandwiches and an order of fries was $45. Let's start with the Nashville hot. It was good. Chicken was a good size and flavor was good but Dave's hot chicken in my opinion was better. My wife and daughter said it was good to mid and I got more heat from the Cajun fries than anything. The men's restroom needed to be cleaned for sure. Service was friendly and the music was a louder than it needed it to be. We will try this place again and give it another shot. Finally had a chance to stop in one evening to grab a quick bite. The line was long but it moved quick and the restaurant was busy and packed. Staff was friendly and patient. We ended up getting the Korean bbq chicken sandwich and the 4 piece chicken strips with a side of fries. I like that you have the option to season the fries with salt, Cajun and I think it was rosemary and pepper. There is a sauce bar with 8 options for sauce choices at no extra charge. The chicken was moist and juicy but the breading on these trips was so bland. Maybe it's because there are sauces to dip them in, but I prefer seasoned breading. We chose to sit outside since the weather was nice and also because it was so packed inside. Waited quite a bit for our food, which we expected since it was so busy and since they recently opened. One was over salted and mine had zero flavor. I threw it away. A shared order of cheese fries. It was a ton of mediocre fries with a large container of cheese sauce that was also meh. And then two shakes: theirs was strawberry which they said was oddly absent of the strawberry flavor; mine was the peanut butter cup which was sickeningly sweet. We ended up throwing most of it away.
