Wanted to try a new ice cream shop and saw Dumont on TikTok. They had some standard flavors and some like kheer that I've never seen before. The ice cream was super creamy and delicious. The inside was cute and clean and I got a 4 scoop sampler that came out on the cutest tray. The staff was super friendly and let me try all the flavors I wanted because I really couldn't decide on just 4. Overall love the shop and I would come back again. Visited this ice cream shop for their unique ice cream flavors. I tried the kheer, butterscotch, chocolate, and pistachio flavors. All were very sweet and didn't have much flavor. Because of too much sweetness, I was worried about ordering one of their bubble teas. No prices are posted for 1 and 2 scoop flavors, so it's always a surprise at the register. I guess if you have to ask how much things cost in the area then you really can't afford them. Ambiance is like a regular narrow ice cream shop where you can't see the flavor options if there is a line. The flavors are listed on tiny signs on top of the countertop. My group and myself were really craving something sweet after lunch and ice cream was the choice. We found Dumont Creamery & Cafe and it looked very interesting and it was new (to us). We got it and it was very clean and modern. They have a space theme, but it seemed like that's what the initial idea was and it dropped off along the way. The setup is very similar to other cafes and their ice cream display was very nice. They have some interesting flavors like Hokey Pokey and we were able to get some samples which were all good. Myself and another opted for the 2 scoop cup and i got Hokey Pokey and the hazelnut chocolate (forgot the real name) and they were very good... but I was put off by one thing. Both of us got 2 different flavors and were charged a dollar more for it. That seems like a rip off and honestly left a bad taste. I thought it'd be a good option compared to Jeni's, but not with pricing like that. The scoops were also considerably smaller than Jeni's and Jeni's is a better deal and a better ice cream in my opinion. I'm not a fan of getting nickel and dimesd for something that shouldn't cost more. I'm sorry it took so much effort to scoop from another flavor. I won't do it again. read more

When I say this ice cream is the BEST I've had in the cityyyyy. We tried so many different samples and had such a difficult time picking which ones because they were so delicious. Service was great! The workers were so polite and gave us little tidbits about all the flavors. I recommend trying the seasonal flavors first because they're only there temporarily (you won't be disappointed). The ambiance/space is clean and well lit and there are little games at each table that you can play while you wait or while you enjoy. Will definitely return when I'm in the area. read more

I've been to Dumont in Dallas,TX before and although I was quite familiar with their flavors, visiting this location still felt like a new and unique experience :) I had the pleasure of sampling several flavors, courtesy of the staff getting super confused on which to pick lol. Jamaican Rum, Hazelnut Brownie, Kheer, Butterscotch, Cake & Jam were some of the flavors I loved but settled on Hocky Pocky. It was a tough choice indeed :) The ambience was very pleasing and inviting and the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. Cute ice cream shop with lots of options for desserts or drinks . I loved the option they have ice cream flights. We tried the butterscotch, hokey pokey, biscoff, and salted caramel. I was not impressed by the selection and options for the drinks. You are not allowed to customize sugar level of the drinks. I personally do not like my drinks that sugary. This is our favorite new summer's "go-to" place for ice cream! Why? You asked?! Because they have a lot of creative and exotic flavors, including the famous chocolate Dubai candy bar. Tried the 4-flavor ice cream flight--Chocolate, Kheer, Oreo Caramel Fudge, and Cake & Jam--super creamy and smooth. We also had the Dubai chocolate bar and affogato, both really rich and flavorful. The Falooda and Iced Date Cardamom Latte are very unique. The Lychee Bunch and Mango Market lemonades were refreshing, and the Strawberry Burst slushy and Mangonada had a great fruity kick. Went here just looking for a nearby dessert spot- was amazed! I will say for me on a PERSONAL level the drinks were too sweet but delicious overall. I just like my stuff less sweet. I didn't have the coffee ones and fully plan to return to try! The ice creams were great! They had a kheer favor (my south Asians know). So yum! And they have falooda! We really enjoyed our Ice Cream from Dumont! They had their Grand Opening Yesterday and are still having the Buy One Get One Free Special. The Employees are extremely friendly and nice. They have a wide selection of ice cream flavors to choose from and you can try a few samples to see which one you would like. I enjoyed trying the Kheer and Cake and Jam flavors. My Husband enjoyed the Butterscotch and an Oreo and Caramel flavor. They also offer Ice Cream Tasting Boards with 4 flavors that you can choose. There is a bakery case with yummy pastries/sweets as well. There is also many coffee/iced drinks to choose from although I did not try any. You can also get pints to take home as well.
