I've always thought the idea of floral shaped fruit was brilliant, I've even sent a few to others but this was my first time being surprised at work with a bouquet. The fruit was delicious, considering the fruits weren't really in season. I don't know how they do it. Several pieces were dipped in chocolate, which I gave up for lent, but quickly decided it was okay to eat chocolate that was gifted to me. I would love to try the other dipped fruits in the future, especially because I love peanut butter and that would be amazing on apples. The downside is that the arrangements can get a bit expensive but it will definitely be remembered. An enjoyable experience, unlike flowers that die after a few days.

I made it explicitly clear that if they could not meet the delivery timeframe, I would cancel. The store initially told me they did not have the staff to meet that timeframe. I reiterated that timing was critical. They said they would speak with a manager, then called me back and confirmed they could meet the delivery expectation. I relied on that representation. They did not perform as promised. The order was delivered late, and they failed to notify me of the delay, which eliminated my ability to cancel or make alternate arrangements. The timing and the surprise were the entire purpose of the transaction, and their failure defeated that purpose completely. I also expressly instructed them not to contact the recipient under any circumstances because it was a surprise, and they ignored that instruction and the recipient was contacted anyway. When I attempted to resolve this directly with the store, the situation deteriorated further. I was met with discourteous and dismissive behavior, and the manager changed his account of events multiple times during the same conversation while contradicting what had already occurred. Rather than taking responsibility, the store deflected blame to me first then the corporate office and refused to correct the issue. Corporate contacted the store on my behalf during escalation, and even then, the store refused to issue a refund and instead offered a partial substitute that does not address the failure. That response confirms this is not a misunderstanding. It is a refusal to take accountability. This was: A clear promise to meet a time-sensitive obligation A failure to perform after confirming that obligation A failure to notify of a known delay A complete defeat of the purpose of the transaction A disregard of explicit delivery instructions And a refusal to correct the issue even after escalation I am now pursuing further action based on how this was handled. If timing, reliability, or basic professionalism matter to you, I would strongly recommend you reconsider using this location and seek an alternative.

These tasty treats are made with quality ingredients and are super fresh. Placing an order online was straightforward and they were delivered neatly. I've only ever gotten the smoothies and have always been satisfied. What caused me to write this review was the surprise I noticed on my cup WAY after leaving. I chatted with the employee and we bonded over Star Wars. And I noticed this on my cup. Simply fantastic. To be clear though, I was the only customer in the store at the time so they were not busy at all. I say that to say you shouldn't expect something like this. Such a fun surprise.
