Henry was very up front and pleasant, and not afraid to explain anything I had more questions about.

I landed here via a referral from my friend, who is a registered nurse. I did their two-step…read moretreatment, ending with fluoride. I really enjoy their model of making "going to the dentist" not a boring chore. The facilities are clean and pretty, featuring "The Brushery" after you get checked in. They give you a free toothbrush and toothpaste in a travel size carrying bag when you come for the first time. They also offer select TV episodes to watch while you are in the treatment room. I liked that the staff weren't too forceful selling their services, for example the dentist referred me to a dental surgeon for a consult. They gave me helpful dental hygiene tips and my teeth are looking shinier than ever! I am coming back in October for a follow-up.

One of the worst dental experiences of my life. I go to the dentist every six months, and had to…read morestart going here due to a move. On my first visit, the hygienist was in and out of the room multiple times without saying anything. Then, they told me I needed a "special cleaning" not covered by insurance. I asked why and they just said "you need it". The dentist came in and said I had 5 teeth with "severe decay" and even more with. Cracks and cavities. Again, I see the dentist every 6 months and had not heard this before. I then tried to leave and they wouldn't let me. Lastly, a hygienist came in my room to go over treatment plans, gets halfway done and then goes "oh wait, wrong patient!" She laughed and then left the room. Glad they care about HIPPA! I told them not to charge my card on file, that I'd call with my HSA card and they said okay. Five minutes later they charged my card on file. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed.

I was in pain and could tell it was only going to get worse. Walkin appt. and Great service. I had…read morea little snafu with my insurance but staff worked with me to get approval and explained everything to insurer and me. Hoping everything goes smoothly for billing. Dr. Johnson was great. I need extensive dental work but he explained all of my options, and gave me insight to other options. Very understanding about a senior citizens budget.

I had a root canal about five years ago and three years ago the tooth woke me up with a searing,…read moreelectrifying, throbbing pain, that spread to the entire right side of my mouth. I went to a dentist who gave me antibiotics and told me I could either have the tooth extracted or see if the pain subsides and if it does do nothing for now. The pain went away and did not come back for three years until two weeks ago, the same pain. I went to my dentist and she said that maybe the tooth was cracked or the dentist who did the root canal didn't remove all of the canals. She recommended I have the tooth extracted and get an implant, this came up to about $5,000. I told a co-worker about my situation and she recommended that I get a second opinion and referred me to her dentist Gary L. Johnson. I was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! The entire staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Johnson examined my tooth and offered two options, one get a 360 degree x-ray of my tooth to have the best view of its condition and if the Endodontist recommends it, have the tooth retreated or go ahead and have the tooth extracted, get an implant, and be done with it. Dr. Johnson referred me to Drs. Navid Akbar and Elias Haddad. After the 360 degree x-ray it was determined that the retreatment had an 80% chance of success and if I did the retreatment the dentist could get a better view of the condition of the tooth, i.e is it cracked. The dentist let me know that even after the retreatment there was a chance the tooth could become re-infected and at that time the only option would be to have the tooth extracted and replaced with an implant. I decided to do the most conservative and least expensive option first (360 degree e-ray, root canal retreatment, and crown came to about $1,100). The doctor said the procedure went great! Hopefully this will be the end of it. However, if a few years from now the tooth becomes re-infected and I have to have it removed I am still glad that I had a more conservative option I could take first. I don't want to lose any of my teeth even if I can get an implant. I am so thankful to Dr. Johnson because he gave me options to try that left the most radical thing as a last resort. He is also very friendly. The two weeks prior to seeing Dr. Johnson were very scary because I was in pain, I was in the process of moving, I had a lot of work to do, and I didn't want to have my tooth extracted, but I didn't think there was any other option. Thank you Dr. Johnson.

I've been coming to this office since I was a child, and I'm now 25. Unfortunately, since becoming…read morean adult and handling my own dental care, my experiences here have gone downhill. I was scheduled to have crowns done, but when I arrived, I was told they had lost my paperwork and didn't know which teeth needed to be filled. Crazy of me to still go through with the service, right? After the appointment, I started having minor pain and bleeding in the same teeth they worked on. I called to schedule a follow-up and was told I could come in that Friday. They called and texted nonstop for me to confirm the appointment--just to later call me back saying the doctor would be performing a surgery and they didn't want me waiting long. So what was the point of scheduling me or making me confirm if the appointment wasn't valid? Now I'm being told the doctor won't have availability for another two weeks. It's frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, while sitting in the office, you can clearly hear staff asking other patients to change their appointment times as well. Once they fix the issues they created in my mouth, I will not be returning to this practice.
