I received a quick response and was lucky enough to secure a Sunday appointment at 9:30 a.m. I was greeted at the door and kindly assisted by two employees-one for my manicure and one for my pedicure. They both did fantastic work. I had a recent minor paper cut on my index finger, and TINA was so gentle, helping me avoid dipping my finger in acetone. She truly went above and beyond. I also enjoyed watching music videos during my visit. Needless to say, I will be returning and becoming a regular at this salon. So we came to Infinite nails. John did my gel x and I was absolutely impressed by how meticuliusly detailed he was. John used extreme precision and did a lot of nail/cuticle care that I have not seen nail techs do in a long time! He said " I want to make your nails beautiful" AND HE DID! When we arrived, the place was completely empty except for two workers. I was getting a pedicure and my sister was getting a builder gel set. I was seated first, and as soon as my sister was about to sit down, there was a literal ROACH crawling on the chair. She immediately pointed it out and said she couldn't sit there. The employee who was supposed to do my pedicure quickly picked it up and threw it away. Looking back, I honestly don't know why we didn't leave right then and there. We decided to stay, and they started working on my sister's nails while turning on the tub for my pedicure so my feet could soak. A few minutes later, another woman who I believe was the owner came in and started talking with the employee. They stood there chatting for about 15 minutes while I sat in the spa chair waiting. I kept looking over to see if someone was going to help me, but nobody did. Eventually I got fed up and stood up to leave. Only then did they finally acknowledge me and say they were ready to start. At that point, I was done waiting. Between finding a roach in the salon and being completely ignored while sitting there ready for service, this was a terrible experience. The cleanliness and customer service were both extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.
