As always Ruby did an amazing job on my gel manicure. The design was perfect for what I chosen, my usual Halloween theme. The salon is also incredibly clean and relaxing. I went with the Gel Builder as it's supposed to strengthen your nails, with a top coat of color and they came out perfect. My pedicure also turned out looking beautiful. Our nails are usually done by Kim or Bee but if it's a design you are looking for, Kim is your girl. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We commute about 25 minutes here as this is not our local nail shop but it is so worth it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Yes to base gel and yes to taking time for self-care! I absolutely love coming here. The prices are super affordable, and there are so many options to choose from. My go-to is the Topline mani and pedi -- always leaves me feeling refreshed and pampered. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean everything is. They sterilize tools after each use and are constantly cleaning the space to maintain a spotless environment. Big thanks to Ken for always doing an amazing job on my nails. Update, I got an infection and still deal with a bit of fungus due to this place! I have not been to any other place since this one. My toe nail is a bit discolored and hurts. I only asked for them to remove the gel polish for this reason! I had a feeling I would get fungus here and of course they had to grab their tools and start pulling at my cuticles! Stay clear from here! Bad service, nasty tools, very cheap and not in price but in the way this place is. read more

I came to get my nails taken off because they were outgrown I should have just done it myself rather than spending $10 to have the acrylic clipped off my nails rather than soaked off or filed off. Now they're only going to grow out thin. read more

It looks like I have an infection of some sort. She yanked the skin off the sides and it was so painful I literally told her to stop pulling it off. I don't get why she wasn't just cutting it with the tool she was using. She just pulled it off like a bandaid. I was in pain and just very upset with how they think it's okay to ask for tip with such terrible service. I'd rather pay more and receive better treatment and better service. I can't even wear closed shoes to work because of how much it hurts to wear socks. Ridiculous read more

Ladies, if you're in a rush and legit just need some damn color just to look maintainable, come here. And even then, paying $23 for this isnt even worth it. Worst service ever. THEY RUSH EVERY PART OF THE PROCESS. They don't even dust your hands off after filing your nails, and just start rubbing lotion with everything all over your hands. I came in with long nails, and they were all shaven down SHORT and to top it off, UN EVEN. The pedicure was mediocre. read more

Not sure they're why there's so many bad reviews. I've been coming here for over five years. I live far away and glad to make the drive because I'm always happy when I'm done- they do a great job every time ...all the women there do a great job on gel pedicures and gel manicures. This was done by Kim. Also a good place to come to for eyelash extensions. read more

I have come here for years. I first came here years ago badly in need of a manicure on a holiday. They were open. Bea did my nails, and I never turned back. I have naturally long and curved nails, but eventually they break. Thus I was was getting acrylics. Somewhere within the years of my patronage, Bea started handing me off to other manicurists. Everyone but Mary was awful! But when Mary did my nails, they hurt. From broken nails, half filed nails, lifting nails, everyone but Bea was awful. Ken was pretty good though. She asked me why I stopped getting acrylics, and I told her. She stepped up to doing my nails again for a few months, then started passing me off again. I don't like wasting money, and I don't like having the service I paid for done incorrectly. Thus I stopped getting fake nails. But for the last year, I've still been going there getting my pedicures. Kim is great. Lynn is great. Two other young ladies are great. But there is one young lady who does an awful job at manicures and pedicures. Again, I told Bea. But this same young lady has been told to do my feet for the last three times I've been in. One day you get good service with bad nails or great nails with bad service. Four days after getting a full set, two nails broke and they tried to charge me for the fix. A day later after the fix, a third one broke. Mind you my job does not consist of physical labor (im a fragrance model). I tried getting the third nail fixed so they sat me down to wait. The same nail tech who did my nails prior left me waiting and attended a customer who came after me. Never going back again. read more

I always go to this nail spa to get my Pedicure they don't do the best job but it's convenient for me and close by my house and it's good price so I try not to complain if there's something I don't like about my pedicures. But this I could not let go with writing a review on they're service. I haven't gotten a full set in about a year and holidays are here so I went into the spa and asked for a full set. I told the nail technician that I wanted them pointy. But I was very dissatisfied by the job I got. She left them kind of round and crooked. I hate them! I paid 40 dllrs for this horrible job. When I seen them I told her I wanted them more pointy she filed them more but they still came out ugly .i mean I don't expect perfection but at least do a good job!!!! and they complain because they don't get a tip. i will never get my mails done there they do bad jobs. That is my review. read more

My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. Her technique became noticeably messier, and she repeatedly nipped my cuticles, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The biggest issue came when I asked for the flower design I originally requested. I understand that detailed flowers can be difficult to draw on nails, and I do not fault her for struggling with it. However, I do take issue with being charged for a design that I ultimately did not receive. I even told her to stop attempting the flower, but she continued trying anyway. Customers should not have to pay for a design that was never completed successfully, regardless of the products used during the attempt. That said, I will give credit where it's due. The salon itself has a very friendly and elegant atmosphere, and the staff members were welcoming and provided good customer service overall.
