From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions. The eye exam itself was thorough and professional. Dr. Wong was very good in explaining the results of my eye exam. Dr. Wong explained each step clearly, making sure I understood the results and what they meant for my eye health. I felt confident that I was in good hands.Dr Wong was not only knowledgeable but also very compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided helpfulrecommendations. Super nice doctors. They honestly go above and beyond the call of duty here. This has been my place for a few years now and they have not disappointed. Last year they got me in last minute when my baby poked me in the eye and they saved me! (All good now btw lol) This last time when I went in for new frames and prescription the lady worked magic on my prescription sunglasses that I totally jacked up from like 2017. Like, they were completely smashed and she made them like new in 5 min for free (didn't even get them there). She also offered to clean and fix up my older pairs for free. So kind. They have a really wide range of frames to choose from too. Can't speak to their other location since I've only been to this one. But yeah. No complaints.

I didn't…read morehave to wait a long time to be seen, and the optometric tech who worked with me before I saw the doctor was great also. I always get the pictures of the back of the eye done at my annual checkup, and this facility's machine is the best experience I've had with that. At past optometrists, I've had to try to angle my face to get a good photo of the eye, but this machine "finds" the right angle on its own, and I just had to look at a green light. I appreciated the ease of that process. Dr. Thai recommended a different brand of contacts and gave me some samples to try before I decided on switching. Bonus: the new contacts already wear way better than my previous brand, and they are cheaper by $31/box. She also ordered some colored contact samples for me to try when I mentioned I'd like to have that option. One last thing is Dr. Thai had her small/medium dog with her, so if you're dog lover, you'll love your visit even more. Olive is sweet and calm. There was a sign up front to alert patients that a dog was present, plus the receptionist, tech, and doctor all checked to see if I was okay with dogs before I came into the room. Glasses should arrive in 2-3 weeks. I will be returning to New Optix for my next eye appointment!
