Kimberly did an implant exchange for me back in 2019, looked great, everything was even I was happy with the result. August 2025 was rear ended in auto accident causing one to rupture, after finding the rupture was heavily pushed to get surgery in 3 day time costing 14,000$$ Developed hematoma on breast requiring middle of the night emergency surgery. Directly after this 2nd surgery I could tell the right side was significantly larger and lower than the left. Stitches were left in for 6 weeks!! Even after being seen multiple times post opt, stitches were missed and internal stitches continue to pop out. Fast forward to Feb, breast are still completely A symmetrical, have been back voicing this concern for months now. Being told to wear tight sports bras (havnt stopped wearing since surgery) now wants me to heavily tape up the entire right breast for 3 more months! In hopes to build scar tissue in that position. It's noticeable in t-shirts tank tops bras anything I wear is noticeable they are not even. Now I'm left researching alternative surgeons to revise my uneven breasts read more

Here it is 18 months after my eye lift and neck lift surgery. I had asked Dr. Henry what her rate of complications was and she told me she'd never had any. Well I think our definition of complications must be quite different because I have a large area of permanent nerve damage from the outer quarter of my left eye to behind my left ear and including the left side of my cheek and neck. In addition, the lymphatic drainage of my face was damaged by the surgery and instead of a double chin, I now have two pockets of fluid on either side of my jaw, which I have to perform lymphatic massage on to reduce. Because of these complications, which she stated she'd never seen, she wanted me to get a head MRI and see a specialist plastic surgeon but refused to pay for either. I have gotten some relief from seeing a naturopathic physician who diagnosed me as having clogged lymphatic from the surgery and prescribed high doses of enzymes and avoiding certain foods, in addition to the lymphatic massage. This has helped with the unsightly pockets of fluid under my chin but the damage to the sensory nerves appears to be permanent. I do look younger but my left eye tears frequently and the pins and needles feeling on my left side is really unpleasant. read more

I went to Dr Henry regarding face lift/neck lift. During my visit she said I need laser resurfacing. I was quoted a high price of $24,000 for the procedure. Regarding the laser job I was quoted $8000 not including anesthesia. That's separate. After resurfacing I did not realize how bad my face looked for three weeks. The blood and scabs. Not to mention I wasn't told my hairline would be shaved! My first visit after the laser resurfacing , Dr. Henry said I needed Botox and filler too. This annoyed me. I don't like to be up charged. The anesthesiologist commented during the procedure that often he gets IV kits whose needles aren't sharp. This isn't what one wants to hear. I was not prepared for the procedure and would have been better off getting the lift and nothing else. You decide. Not my cup of tea! read more

I made an appointment with them but apparently I guess they didn't put it on there computer although they still go me in. However they were very unprofessional, they'll all seem in a rush. Pictures wasn't taken . A lot of misinformation was not told. There was plenty of questions I wanted to ask but apparently everyone seemed in a rush? Not sure what was going on but I didn't like it. Also it seems like a very small place for a surgeon ; for a very ridiculous price as well.... $14k for a rhinoplasty in that area even in California was overpriced, honestly I rather get mines done somewhere else for a affordable price. Although that wasn't even the issue , I just didn't like how they handled things there. Im actually glad I got to see that because if that how it is just a consultation I can't even imagine how it will be getting a surgery with them. I will always be grateful to Dr. Henry for literally, changing my life. At 50, she helped me to have the body that I always imagined I could have. She takes her time to answer every question and quiet any fears, (and the financing really helped us to decide). My first surgery was on my breasts, (I used to describe them as tube socks with sand in them). Dr. Henry gave me a lift and implants and they are gorgeous. My healing process was fairly easy and painless, as she counseled both my fiance and I prior. My second surgery was a tummy tuck. I cannot even explain the difference. I have waited some time to write this review, but if it can save others from going through the nightmare that I have, I find its worth it. I am a type 1 diabetic & dr Henry was willing to work with me. I was so excited as I've wanted fake breasts for some time! Since the first appointment with dr Kimberly Henry, I was pressured into scheduling my procedure, as well as putting the money down. I made it very clear that I did not want huge breasts, as I was already a D. The morning of surgery rolls around & her office staff never called in any of my medications needed for surgery. I had to go to the Greenbrae cvs at 5am the day of surgery to pick up my medications. As we get into the waiting room for surgery, we start talking & dr Henry realizes that they have lost all my paperwork in my file. I was in tears at this point, as how am I gonna make it out alive after surgery when I haven't even gone under the knife yet & they've lost all my paperwork. I had to pull up all my labs on my phone so they could record everything before surgery. Coming out of surgery, my friend asked dr Kimberly how it went, she said great! We put 600cc silicone implants in! Surely my friend thought she was kidding as we all knew I didn't want huge boobs. Sure enough I am now a triple d & absolutely HATE my boobs. Dr Henry left my stitches in for 6 weeks. I had every one of my regulars doctors advising me that these stitches needed to be out after 1 week. When I called dr Henry office they became very defensive & yelled at me asking why I'd ask for someone else's opinion. Well my incisions were bright red & had a red circle spreading around the incision. So clearly I'd be concerned. NOT TO MENTION, all of her after hour phone numbers are fake numbers. One if a box office ticket sales # & the other is a culinary arts school. & no I did not type the numbers in wrong. I called her office during office hours & advised them the numbers were not real numbers & they said 'oh we know! Here's a cell phone # to contact.' They do not respond to the cell phone either, as I have been having pain in my left breast & dr Henry told me to put some frozen pees on it & I'll be fine. I am currently scheduling another surgery with another doctor to fix dr Henry's mess & finish this nightmare that she has created. Every time I talk to a doctor in the plastic surgery world, they cringe hearing my story & who I went to. Her medical practice is beyond unorganized & she truly doesn't care about the patient. All she wants is her $. I STRONGLY advise that anyone looking to get surgery done by dr Henry should look her up & do some more research before going to see her. I came to Dr. Henry for a rhinoplasty consult a couple of​​ months back. She was very personable and I felt really listened to what I wanted and that took away any anxiety I had about the procedure. On the day of the procedure,​ the staff was so kind and comforting and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable​. I spoke with the nurse about post-op care and the anesthesiologist​ on what to expect and all this helped me be more calm and confident that I was in good hands. The operation went smoothly and I was well taken care of upon waking. My recovery was very comfortable and painless which I didn't expect. I practically had the week off from work to just chill out with a cast on my face. I had no pain and an easy recovery. A week later when it was time to take off my cast Dr. Henry knew that the reveal can be intense so she was very sensitive​ towards my feelings which I deeply appreciated​. Upon the reveal​, ​l it was very different but I was in love and the staff was as well! I was so happy when I got back home, it was emotional for me because my nose had made me very selfconscious​s before and I was bullied for it. 4/5/2012 Both my wife and I would highly recommend Dr. Henry. Over the last probably 10 years, she has performed surgery on my face (twice), neck and eyes, liposuction on my waist, and some kind of acid peal on my entire back. She has also performed several face-lift surgerys on my wife, done botox and most recently an acid peal on her face. Throughout these various "procedures", we have found her and her staff to be gracious, professional and nurturing. These surgeries have left no obviously visible scars. In my case, whatever scaring is present is hidden inside my hairline, and I can no longer even feel them. Neither my wife or I could have asked for better results with the liposuctions or acid peals. Dr. Henry has also been very accessible for follow up, even on those occasions where either of us have just needed her professional eye and reassurance. A couple of examples of her going the extra mile: I worked out with weights within probably two weeks of my last surgery, and ripped out most of the internal stitches. Dr. Henry, went back in (my neck) and repaired the stitches, and did not charge me anything for her time. One other time when I had an incision that did not appear to be healing well, she completely redid it, and today if I didn't know exactly where in my hairline to feel for it, I couldn't find it at all. read more

Dr. Kimberly Henry, MD, gave me back my life! Before surgery with Dr. Henry, I was not able to wear clothes that fit properly due to my prolapsed stomach. After plastic surgery with Dr. Henry, my stomach is perfect! At 41, I am able to wear any clothing item I want. I am able to wear size small in women's clothing. My favorite part of this surgery, is that I can put on my hot pink bikini everyday and walk around the pool. Dr. Henry and staff were supportive during the entire procure. Beware of this Dr and her employees. I am a disabled female who went to see Dr Henry about 3 times for consults. As of today I have not had any work done, but I still received two bills from their office. One was for $2000 and today I received a second one for a$1000. I have had the most horrifying and stressful experience w them. I have contacted their off their billing off requested for Dr Henry to call me back and as of today I have Hurd nothing back w the exception of the bills requesting payment. I guess all the negative reviews are their for a reason. What about her lawsuits? How is she still able to do what she does? Horrible...... read more
