I love this place! Faster food counter option with bright sunny seating. Communal larger size tables and window bar seating. Awesome food. I am never disappointed. The bulgogi and spicy pork tacos are my fave. The sassy ot kimchi fries are always delicious.

clean bright dining room with a bar around the windows and several big tables. Quick fast counter service and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Kimchi fries were excellent would to order them again. The chicken sandwich was fantastic, just the right mix of crisp and juicy.

    Looks okay, tastes pretty meh.

Wanted to try this place for some time. Hit it up on the way home after a long day. Cashier and delivery of my Bulgogi in a box was quick and personable. No issues there. But most of the food was dull and lacking in flavor. Salad was ok, noodles we're likely the best part. Rice was, well it's rice, but I added a good bit of salt. The star of the show was supposed to be the meat but it lacked the tangy marinaded flavor one expects from bulgogi. It was stringy with fat/gristle and watery in the metal box. I scarfed it down, but it could have been better. I kept thinking frozen Trader Joe's IS BETTER. I'll try it again because I think they have Korean wings at a better price point than some other local places, but the bulgogi was a miss.

I got the spicy pork kimchi box and it was amazing. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was ready when I got there at 13 minutes. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Tried the bulgogi box ($15) for takeout. Pros: -Good Portions Cons: -Maybe it was a bad night but everything just seemed sort of stale. The rice was hard on the outside and mushy on the inside. The jap chae had a funny rancid taste. The bulgogi I think was precooked and reheated on the pan. -The entire staff was on their phones when I ordered and prepared my food which was off putting.

This was a good place to eat. They give you a a lot of food. My favorite on this dish was the noodles and of chicken. The chicken was lightly fried and had good good flavor. However, the chicken could've used more sauce but it was extra money to do that. They also always give you a surprise side dish. Mine was oranges. The rice was ok and the salad was ok nothing to brag about. The service was good . No wait time.

Nice variety of unique Korean options. Not fast food, but you do order at the counter. They were doing a steady carryout business when we stopped in, but our order waa still ready in about 5 minutes. My bulgogi taco was delicious- and huge! I would have liked some hot sauce, so should have added that. My husband had the Bimibop which was a very large portion and full of ingredients- not in a stone bowl but still yummy. The standout was my son's chicken sandwich. Delicious!!! Well worth a stop if you want a healthier and tastier alternative to fast food.

Quick service!!! We arrived when there was a few people in line. We didn't wait long to get to the counter to make our order. Lots of options. Food arrived super fast. Great spot for a quick lunch. The kimchi bop was plenty of food!

Was super excited to try this place out but it unfortunately did not live up to its hype. The kimchi fries were basically just plain fries drenched in sauce with the tiniest bit of kimchi that wasn't even flavorful. Chicken was good but not the kind of good that I'd want to willingly order again. I'd rather stick to the classic Korean fried chicken chains.

If you're thinking about stopping...do it! The food was amazing and their prices are reasonable. Customer service was good, they didn't mince me asking what every dish I saw was The corn dogs are amazing! We got the crispy potato one and it was so crispy. The addition on sugar was a pleasant surprise, salty sweet The fried dumplings are great, so crisp but juicy on the inside. The Bulgogi was great and I can't wait to go back.

Unrelated: the place was clean and they had Coke Zero in their small fountain- nice! My kids rate this 5 stars. I went with 4 since there were some improvements possible. I didn't think the fries were crispy enough (even with trying them in the car within 60 seconds of receiving the order) and wouldn't get them again. The corn was an amazing idea but was way too salty. I thought about wiping it off with a napkin, but I worried that would remove the seasoning without affecting the salt that had already been taken up by the kernels - I should have tried it anyway. We loved the hot honey rub - it was our favorite. The mild had more heat than I expected, and was just about perfect (it was more a bbq flavor than a buffalo flavor, which I appreciated). The mango habanero is less spicy than BW3, so you could actually taste it more; the habanero flavor was strong even though it wasn't as hot; the mano was not as prominent as with BW3, which is totally fine. I wouldn't get the hawaiian again - it was a weird sweet&sour that I didn't love. All in all, great wings!

Plus, he greets us by name when picking up the order!! Very good job on being so personable and making your community feel welcome!! It wasn't me, but when I was waiting for my order once a guy in front of me fumbled and dropped his food on the ground. His fries with the extra fixins spilled out and the owner took care of it, making him a new order and telling the guy not to clean it, that he would. Thankfully I haven't had any issues with the online ordering other than trying to order before you were technically open and I got the same message as described from another customer. I placed an order, which took 45 minutes because when I got there 15 minutes later, they haven't even touched the order. They did have a large order in front of me. Then, I proceeded to witness staff arguing with each other, and looked around noticing the store was in disarray and dirty. The next person tried to order on the kiosk, couldn't, and the staff member could not take his order...literally. She couldn't understand what he wanted and just kind of gave up? He left muttering profanity and the next customer stood there for like 15 minutes. The gentleman from the back, who should've been preparing my order, came out to tell her she had to order on the kiosk. At which, she got mad and left. No other orders, no cars, no people..on a Thursday night. I did get my order and was a little nervous to eat it after seeing the condition of the store. I did eat it and the food was decent. About a 3, thus my review. I know the workers showed up, and that is at least something. However, they were not able to run the store or manage the customers. I wondered where in the world the management was??? It's sad that a manager or owner would let a franchise be run in this fashion and not really seem to be involved in the operation. Sadly, good businesses do not last even if the product is tasty.

My wife had the fajitas and I decided on the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The food came relatively quick. The chicken fingers were about the same but my son was happy. The pizza was pretty nondescript. I'd compare it to a low grade high school pizza with really nothing to recommend it. My wife appreciated the large size of the fajitas and salad but also found the fajitas unusually spicy. Sadly, the Nashville Chicken didn't really taste at all like Nashville Chicken. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't what was expected. The fries were good and we like the seasoning. But that's about the highlight of the night. I think this really will be the last time for me.

By the time we left, it seemed to be a little more busy. I'm pretty sure there was only one waitress for both the bar and the dining room floor. The menus were sticky, especially the happy hour and drink my news. Lots of different cocktails. I ordered a margarita and was asked if I wanted a flavor. I asked for mango but then was told later they were out. So I went with blackberry. The drink was fine. It wasn't the best margarita I've ever had though. It's called O Grizzly's and there's some Oakland University nods inside. There were quite a few patrons wearing Golden Grizzly gear, there was a basketball game that night. But the place still feels gimmicky to me. A way to market Oakland University people and get them in the door but doesn't do much else after that. There really doesn't feel like a true affiliation with the University. Bathrooms are single stall and felt clean. The menu is not too overwhelming. Went with the blooming onions and they were absolutely delicious. Hot onions with a crunchy batter and a yummy dipping sauce. I went with the Tandoor wings as it was really played up on their menu. I got medium for sauce. My husband got chicken tenders and we ordered a side of fries. I was disappointed with my chicken wings. They were a good size but the skin was rubbery and some of the chicken tasted chewy. Also, the sauce was very runny, didn't really stick to the chicken wings. I am not sure where the Tandoor part was to the wing? They gave about five half sticks sliced in half of celery for nine wings, not enough at all. I asked for blue cheese but was given ranch. The fries were thicker, cut, and swirly, which are interesting and they had a good seasoning on them. Our waitress was friendly and decently attentive, considering she had to serve every table and run the bar. Food was coming out decently fast. But getting our check and cashing out took a while. It got to the point where my husband just went up to the bar where she was so we could cash out.
