The food is very good but I wasn't very happy with the service. They were straight rude last time I was there and I probably won't return. We found our new breakfast spot! The coffee came in large mugs that I wanted to take home because they are so cute. (Good coffee, too!) My fiancé and I both ordered the Classic Breakfast platter because we're basic, I guess. I'm glad I did, though! The eggs were perfect (I ordered scrambled, my fiancé, over-easy), turkey sausage was delish, the bacon was thick-cut and crispy, and the regular sausages weren't your typical, lame Jimmy Deans. Went to Kimmy's today for brunch with friends. I ordered a meal with a small chocolate milk and coffee. When the milk came out, there was just a faint taste of chocolate and it was just slightly cool. The restaurant was so hot, that we actually broke a sweat. The final issue was the worst. We had put salt and pepper on our food. Because we were talking, we didn't realize how gross the top of the salt shaker was until afterwards. The food is delicious so far I have only eaten the French toast, eggs and bacon but I plan on trying more I will definitely be returning. Sadly it's a one. Kimmmys use to be amazing. Then pandemic and service began to slip. This morning the worst. Pointed out the chilaquiles used to have a kick to it. Today no spice tangy at best. Instead of fixing or offering a solution I got "well how'd you order before?" This went on for four rounds as I explained I've ordered dozens of times always cleaning sinus out level heat. Waitress kept going. Finally asked for check and left w 3/4 on plate. So sad they've gone down this far. Use to be amazing. read more

Wait time is long , even when tables are open. Average 45 mins. Don't even think of going through the drive thru. Food orders usually come out wrong and you'll sit in your car just as long, if not longer to get your food . Main reason I gave two stars it because price is ridiculous... like stupid expensive. $11-$12 for two small birria tacos . The Total of our order was around $40 for 2 coffees, cheesy birria tacos and Chilaquiles plate. Coming from Cali, I don't think I've ever spent that much for two regular sized tacos / small breakfast. I also don't think I seen one thing under $10. ( menus have changed ) Don't get me wrong. food is good but priced way to high and coffee is watered down. Lastly customer service is what ever . Before I had marked kimmies a 5, now I'm changing it to a 4. Service is still amazing and food is great. They just need to work on the time of when you order the food to when it arrives. We waited a good hour before the food arrived after we ordered. We don't mind waiting for a table, but we do mind waiting even longer to get our food after we already waited for a table. The food was great and presentation was spot on, however the waitress we had wasn't very attentive. We ordered carne asada, steak and eggs, and a chocolate waffle. The carne asada was missing the tortillas, and we tried getting her attention twice to get more food, before we could get her attention, she dropped the check and was off and doing something else. She did ask as she was picking up plates whether we liked the food and I politely and calmly told her how I felt about the experience and she told me that I needed to yell at her. The atmosphere of this place is quiet and nice, not fitting of yelling across the cafe. I had three stars marked until her response. read more
