Great food. The omelette are especially good... been 4 times now, hard to order anything else. Portions on sandwiches and sides might be just a little small. It's cool to find a place with fresh pressed juices. Amazing service. And something very rare in this area... clean bathrooms. read more

Ok so i walk into this place expecting a nice time and good breakfast oh boy was a wrong! first off when i sat down took 20 minutes for them to get us a drink order and so they ask me if i want some nice orange juice and sure enough i say yes and another 10 minutes passes and i get my orange juice fresh squeezed but it's filled to the top of my glass and i couldn't take it i ordered a coffee and so we sit and we have to wait 30 MINUTES TO ORDER and i was done keep in mind i still haven't gotten my coffee so we order and 45 minutes passes and we're eating and the foods not bad but i still didn't have my coffee THERES A COFFEE IN THERE LOGO GIVE ME MY FLIPPING COFFEE never got my coffee asked for it 3 times so that's my experience here at kimmy's cafe but don't hope to see me back here. read more

This place is a great little place for breakfast. I'm a juicer so the fact that they offer this is a plus for me and my family. Food is great, coffee is great and the atmosphere is even better. This place is the perfect little spot for something different then ihop or Waffle House. read more

Food was really good .... Service was responsive our waitress answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was lively and fun. Loved the Mardi gras decor.... Coffee and hot chocolate were both delicious and came on really cute home mugs. I was hoping they were for sale or able to take home. Portions were perfect for breakfast as well. This review is solely on the taste of the food. I've never actually been to the restaurant but they had nice pictures on the WAITR app and had been wanting to try it. So this morning I decided to order and when I received our food I was truly disappointed. We ordered a French toast meal, pancake meal, and side of chocolate chip pancakes for my 2 year old. Upon our package we only received 2 little containers of syrup luckily we were at home where I had a bottle. Ok moving forward the French toast was blah. It had no type of distinctive taste except bread i didn't even taste cinnamon‍. The eggs and bacon were the only things that were ok. The sausage seemed undercooked it was very pale looking. Also I'll just say my two year old ended up eating cereal because he didn't like the pancakes which is very rare because anything in syrup he loves. I don't think I will be ordering again read more

I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. I stood there at the counter for fifteen minutes waiting for them, and while I was waiting I witnessed the woman working as a cashier put gloves on to handle food, then handle money, then handle food again, all without changing her gloves. Disgusting. Then they have the balls to charge me thirteen dollars for two bagels. They put in enough cream cheese for half a bagel, and couldn't even be bothered to put it on the damn thing. This is the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to hear "real NY bagels" and now I'm super pissed and will never come here again. The manager should be fucking ashamed. read more

Came by here for Sunday late breakfast. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the waitress was fast and friendly! I ordered the french toast, eggs, bacon and sausage- it was perfect! Mike ordered the double bacon BLT with a side fried egg. It looked great and he was a happy camper. When he ordered coffee she brought a cup and a silver carafe full of fresh coffee so he could help himself to more as needed. It smelled great. I will be back next time we are passing through during lunch or breakfast. Their hours are 6 am till 3. read more

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever here. The waitress didn't pay attention to our drink order and brought the wrong coffee for one of us and never fixed it. My steak was extremely rare instead of medium rare. And when asked them to fix it they brought it back med well. When I said I just don't want it because everyone else at the table was done and ready to go the manager came to the table. She acted like I was making a big deal for no reason. I said I would pay for it and that I would just like to go. She was very rude. Then my daughter who ordered 1 dozen bagels to go was charged $70 for that. We told them we didn't want them at that price. And they got irritated again. So we just got 1. It looked like it had been stepped on when opened it at home. And when my daughter was leaving the restrooms she heard the wait staff talking terribly about us in front of customers. I and my family and friends will never eat at Kimmy's cafe again. And I tell this story to anybody I can. The worst restaurant experience ever. read more

My third time coming into Kimmy's cafe. Every other time I was treated great. They asked us for our drinks and gave it to us right away and we had a five minute wait every other time we came. Today I decided to bring two of our friend because I said they are quick and their food is delicious. What an embarrassment. We got there and only a couple was a in-front of us. We waited 20 mins for us to be seated . Not only that we had to seat ourselves. Our server took 10 mins to even come by and ask us what we wanted to drink then took another 5 -10 mins to bring us our drinks. We ordered our food and weren't given an estimated time as to when the food would be done. We waited on our food for an hour . In the time frame of waiting we did not get ONE refill. Our serve sandy didn't even come by our table and ask us for one even when she seen 3 times our cups were empty . We got tired of the hour wait we decided to leave and get our food to go instead. She said our food was done and they were bagging it. That was a lie as well. We waited ANOTHER 15 mins to even receive our food . Never again . read more

The juice here is so good it made me reconsider my entire existence. My girlfriend and I had both been sick for awhile but we knew we needed to at least try to eat something. We had never been here before but figured we could keep down just a light breakfast. My girlfriend and I both ordered one of the fresh juices and they were both outstanding. Don't even think about calling your order in and picking up at drive through. I called in order, was to 20-25 minutes got here at 20 minutes at speaker she said ok it's ready. I've been sitting behind a guy who ordered ahead of me, I guess when he got here, for 15 minutes now and still waiting. I would park, but parking is full. I finally decided to leave my car in the drive through and go inside. I finally got someone's attention asked about my food. They said it had been ready and I could have pulled around to the other window. I had no idea there was another window. Then I could park and come inside to get it. I said there's no parking which if why I went to drive through and am now parked in drive through to come inside. I asked why she couldn't have told me about the other window or to park and come in as it was going to be a long wait. The, come to find out owner, just kept saying I'm sorry, we're not a fast food restaurant. I said I know, which is why I called it in and came to pick it up 20 minutes later not order at the speaker. She kept saying they cook it fresh when you order I w said yes, I know, and now mine is cold because no one could move him or tell me to park and home in or go to other window or anything so I could get mine fresh too. Basically, I finally got my cold food and an "I'm sorry, were not a fast food restaurant". Tried to call to speak to manager or owner and got the same person I was speaking to inside. This used to be our go to place when we were in town. We waited over 15 minutes before we were acknowledged at the table and over an hour for our food. Totally unacceptable! No explanation, and when we asked for the manager our waitress rolled her eyes. The waitress told us the delay was the hash browns. The manager explained they were short staffed and not prepared for the large crowd on MLK day. We told her we should have been advised of the delay. She said she would tell the owner. We asked to speak to the owner and we told they were not available and we could not be given a phone number. I'm sorry to say we will not be back. read more

Huge fan of the crepes, the nutella and strawberries added a wonderful accent to them. I could have used a little more spit in my drink, but all in all I had a wonderful experience. The wait staff was super accommodating - I could not find any soup on the menu, so the waitress fetched me a bowl of her dirtiest bath water, free of charge! They even catered to my mayonnaise deficiency (I will go into psychosis if I don't consume a quart of mayonnaise each hour). Make sure to go back on Thursday nights for the slam poetry performances and twerk lessons. Great place for the kids. read more

Came here for brunch with my coworkers. It wasn't a lot of people and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. I had the egg white Western Omelette with hashbrowns. The omelette was more like a circle fried egg white folded in half with maybe 3 tablespoons of filling. The hashbrowns were ok but nothing special. read more
