The massage was likely the best I have ever received with a pedicure and doing it after gave the polish time to dry. What a great idea! (I've never had that happen before). Small family-run business with three pedicure and two manicure stations. Clean and bright, even on a dreary, rainy day. My salon at home advised me to stay away from salons that use the plastic bags so I was happy to see they were not used here. I didn't ask ahead of time what the price was and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was $40, less than I pay at home. There was no upsell pressure, just one of the best pedicures I've ever had! The woman was gentle and detail oriented with my gel mani. The mani lasted until it grew out with no chips or defects. I went back this last weekend and got another gel mani and again, they did a great job. You're in and out. Here's a run down of what happens. When you call to book an appointment they ask you what you what and set a time and now they now charge a $30 deposit before your appointment that you pay via Venmo or another service. The deposit is if your late or decide to change anything about your appointment you forfeit your $30. If you don't change anything they will reimburse you that $30 deposit. When you do arrive at your appointment on time you still sit in your car waiting for a phone call to come in and once you do go in you wash your hands and sit by the door until your technician is ready for you. Something I don't love is that they don't do cuticles. I have to do my own cuticles at home when I choose omg nails. Once your technician is ready for you it's very fast paced. You're in and out. The owners Crystal and her husband Troy are nice!! Crystal has to multitask while working on you. Being the owner, she works on your nails, answer the phone and book appointments. She's very impressive with that. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and welcoming. I love OMG Nails.
