I inquired if it was hand made. The waitress was honest, and said it came from Swan foods. She then told us they hand make the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. When I asked which one was better? She mentioned the chicken fried steak was the pick. WOW! Probably the best chicken fried steak(a treat for me) that I've ever had.
