I really like this place! I've been here twice now; the first time for pho, the second time for pad thai and curry. Everything was delicious each time! However, the spice level on the pho is not the same as the spice level on the pad thai and curry. I ordered spice level 3 for all three of these items, and the pad thai and curry were much spicier than the pho!! Maybe the spice translated differently to the pho because it's broth-based? Regardless, the pad thai and curry were on the side of too spicy for my friend and I. I just wish we had known it would be much much spicier than when I previously ordered that pho. In any case, the thai food is absolutely delicious and the prices are reasonable. Err on the side of less spicy unless you're ready for it! read more

Service was great, we came on a busy Friday and still felt they took their time to give you the attention you needed. I'm vegetarian so our server was great and walked us through options (plenty of options for vegetarians). We got Pad Ki Mao, vegetables spring roll (w/ tofu instead of shrimp), and mango sushi. We got the Pho and the drunken noodles and a sushi rolls. I've never had pho before and it was amazing. So fresh. It had such an interesting flavor. The drunken noddles were good, but pretty on par to drink nodder at most places, sushi was pretty decent. Service good. We will def be back. So many things to try! read more

Can't find better authentic Thai food in Valparaiso! Food is fresh well portioned and great flavor. Spice level customized to your taste and heat. Location is a bit off the beat and path of the main drag in downtown Valpo which is nice . In transition with their sushi chef so can't wait to try that when it returns to the menu. Love this place, sushi rolls were great, Tuna Tataki was prepared perfectly, and Thai tea was blended spot on. Small and cozy place, so no long waits for your order. It is in the basement of a large white house, behind white wrought iron fence. You can park on street or lot in back. They have a court yard that will probably provide more seating area in warm weather. read more

Food was good as usual. I think this is a great place to go however staff is an issue. I could be wrong but I think this owner needs soomeone to be strong & honest with & for her. She seems very nice & dedicated to service but we all need staff & they run all over her in trepidation... 1 time service was great because the owner served us. I am 63 and my job took me all over, internationally as well. I have ate at some great restaurants. I am a s foodie and love to cook and could not wait to go to this place. I ordered all nineteen pieces of Sashimi as love it. I got 7 at most, my bill came and I got charged for all nineteen. I commented to the waitress who agreed my order looked light. I paid and tipped quite generously as it was not the wait staffs fault. I did not want to make a scene in a new business, not my style. I have since been offered a free dinner but I do not want a handout. Do it right the 1st time. Good luck and I wish you success with your new business . My husband had the green curry chicken, I had the long eggplant with pork. Previously we had the chicken pad thai and fresh spring rolls. A little pricey, but excellent flavors. I found this place on Yelp. Based upon the reviews, we decided to make the 21 mile trip to try it out. We are from the Chicago area, but recently escaped to Indiana. We have been struggling to find a good sushi bar in the area. This our new favorite sushi bar/restaurant. The owners are super nice and the chef does a great job of preparing the rolls. Generous portions and fresh. Parking is easy and spots are plentiful. My only issue is that the rolls are made a little too big. Smaller, more bite size pieces would be better. read more

After a day of visiting and hiking at Indiana Dunes, we were in the mood for both seafood and thai. We decided to go with Thai instead, but due to the closest thai restaurants being closed, we decided to make the 20 minute drive to Valparaiso. We're thrilled we did. The food was delicious and authentic, and, in addition to thai and sushi, they had a seafood plate called "King of the Sea!" We had that and Panang Curry. Both of our cravings were satisfied! For dessert we tried their coconut ice cream, and green tea cheesecake (a new dessert that wasn't on their menu yet). Both were delicious. The coconuts in the ice cream were roasted - resulting in a unique taste. The green tea cheesecake also has a different taste but was very good; as a cheesecake fan I was happy it was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. If you've ever tried green tea ice cream, the taste is similar. If we're ever in the area again, we'll probably stop by here again. read more

My husband and I ate here and got the drunken noodles (Pad Ki Mao) and loved them! I got tofu and my husband got shrimp, and the shrimp were so big and delicious. We are from San Francisco so we've eaten a lot of good Thai food but we have to say this place was great! Tonight was our first visit to this restaurant. We started with the egg rolls. They were very good. My wife ordered the green curry. She liked the flavor but it was too spicy for her. That's on her and not the restaurant. She did not ask if it was spicy or ask for a small sample of the curry (don't know if that is available) before ordering. She was going with her experience at other Thai restaurants. I was very happy with the spice level of her green curry and offered her my spicy basil entree as it was more to her liking. It was very good with fresh vegetables. Service was quick and efficient. Although the curry was spicier than my wife likes we will be back! read more

This establishment is set in the lower portion of a house with outdoor dinning on a patio as well as indoor dinning. I had jasmine tea, pad woon sen as my entrée and a tekka roll / sushi to finish my order out. It was the best Thai food I have had in a long time. The sushi roll had fresh tuna and was like velvet in your mouth...but tasted like sushi of course. My wife had the spring rolls and a sushi roll as well both of which she enjoyed.
