    The wrong pad thai

We ordered for pick up, it took over an hour because they messed up our order. When we got home with the food, they gave us 2 prawn pad thai when we ordered 1 prawn and 1 chicken. Terrible experience.

Came here for lunch and luckily it wasn't a Monday since I found out they are closed that day last week when I visited. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and comfortable. We ordered off the Lunch Specials menu. I ordered the Thai Style Sweet & Sour Chicken and my fiancé had the Pad Gra Paow with Beef. Sadly for a "lunch special" at the price of $13 it seemed a little steep. My dish was really heavy on the sauce, to the point my rice was soaking in sauce - not my preference. Where it was heavy on the sauce, it was pretty light on the protein. The Spring Roll was non-oily and crispy on the outside but the insides were pretty lack luster in taste. Overall, kinda disappointed but I'll give it another try another day. The table next to us looked like they had pretty delicious dishes - I'll have to try their curries next time! PS: After I posted this review I was sent a direct message from the Owner. Photo posted. I guess I won't be returning!

The service here is really good and the staff were upbeat and polite so I gave 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, all the dishes we ordered didn't taste authentic and was very bland. The beef pad see lew was mushy and the papaya salad was watered down. I was hoping to like this place since it's in a convenient shopping location.

Dined here with my family of 5 awhile back and the service was very slow. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. Ordered Ubereats twice and both times items were missing! got one order of wings instead of two! Found hair in the wings but the owner thinks it's about getting a refund! left a google review and you can tell how aggressive this guy is. Cannot handle negative feedback! They weren't even sorry that there was hair fried with the wings. Told me to get a life, because I left an honest review. I questioned the hygiene so he asked me to look at my front porche? My front porche is just fine. He's more than welcome to come and show me what's wrong with my porche! Disrespectful owner! Save your money or spend it elsewhere just not at this restaurant!

    Coconut ice cream

Friendly staff. Small restaurant so the service was quick. Had Prawn Pad Thai and red curry chicken with rice. Curry was great. Pad Thai unfortunately was Basic: Noodles, prawns, peanuts, sauce and garnish. Not even any lime! Disappointing. Owner later brought out complimentary coconut ice cream to all guests. It was to die for. If I was in the area shopping, I'd pop in again.

What a wonderful Thai restaurant in the downtown core of Langley! It was quite busy on a Monday evening, which makes me think it would be even more packed on a weekend. For that reason I would definitely recommend making reservations! The restaurant has a lot of dark wood, which isn't a bad vibe, but it doesn't make for the brightest, most welcoming atmosphere. Now for the food: excellent flavors! I thought the pad Thai was among the best I've had in the lower mainland, and the BBQ duck lychee curry was both sweet and wonderfully smoky and savory. The prik khing stir fry had lovely crunchy green beans and hearty tofu. And the biggest thing to note: the portion sizes. The dishes are expensive, but you WILL have leftovers. Just think of it as you paying for 2 meals with one dish! Great spot for group dining, but definitely call ahead and empty a spot in your fridge for what you'll be taking home!

The fried rice was mushy, the pad thai was bland and forgettable, and the Thai basil chicken was way off -- overloaded with veggies, barely any basil, and absolutely no spice even though we asked for spicy. For a Thai restaurant, I expected more authentic flavors. Not worth coming back. Server always keep checking on you tho! The ambiance was homey and authentic too

Horrible. Ordered…read morevia Uber Eats. It was quick but sometimes that's a red flag in itself. We are at a hotel. They didn't send any cutlery or napkins which is just common sense. Next there was no soya sauce. And worst of all - NO RICE ! My husband had to go to a restaurant close by to get a side of rice and some soya sauce. After paying over 70$ this is unacceptable. All this aside, we were hoping the food would be good. Our order was Beef Thai Salad, Ginger Beef, Green Curry with Chicken & Satay Chicken Skewers. They also had a promo for 4 Free Spring Rolls with a 40$ purchase, they turned out to be the only thing edible. I had asked for no onions (huge allergies) and not too spicy. The beef salad had no onions, but also zero flavour on the beef. The lettuce had some lime but not any flavour. It was a few cucumbers and lots of bland unseasoned beef. Is super hot chili flakes the only option here ? It looked like the beef should of been really good, but it was like they had washed the beef off completely of anything. The chicken skewers were big but they seemed to be really fatty with gristle - the meat wasn't certainly chicken breast. Even the peanut sauce seemed off. I ate a few bites and spit it out. The ginger beef was a large order. They sent the sauce on the side. Again the meat was super low quality. Lots of gristle etc. Couldn't eat it. My husband didnt mind his green curry, but was less than thrilled about it not coming with any rice !! It too was of poor meat quality. It all smelled quite bad . All in all was so very disappointed . Would never order from here nor recommend. Huge waste of money.

This was convenient for the other shopping we were doing on Scott Road. Was recommended by our last stop. Friendly staff and super clean.

Brian broke out from his parents' famous…read moreVancouver restaurant to branch out with his own tastes of Thai cuisine, making his theme "Thai street food". Don't look for chicken satays here - he's sick and tired of a lifetime of grilling these for customers. Yeah, for him, it's the pork. And ho boy, does he grill it well. Some dishes are 3 styles of pork, and I keep getting his pork jowls: the most buttery, soft pillowy grilled pork I've had in ages. But back to the street food part - it's more the vibe of the place: down-to-earth, 90's pop culture posters and Thai toys, a VHS player showing non-stop clamshell family movies (the other screen shows 90's and noughts' comedies and action movies pointed at the bar end of the kitchen). Sure, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, along with your Green, Yellow and Massamun curries abound on the menu, and they're all big portions bursting with flavour, but here's what I go for: The specials. Oh, they've showcased lemongrass fried rice, lard na, clam pancakes, ohhhh... most of the time (and we go almost once a week) these are all I order and I skip the regular menu. And the cocktails! Jerry has a lineup of such unique drinks that I just cycle through the menu, trying a different one each visit. She keeps tweaking the recipes until she's got each a perfect concoction before we even see it on the menu - I keep asking her what she's working on each time I'm there and she fills me in on her latest liquid experiment. Service is great - Nancy and team are all so friendly, they know when to leave you to enjoy and when to stop by and chat. It's a cozy, social place where the wok's always fired up and just makes me smile to be there every time I go with friends or family.

I got their Mussamun Curry (Potatoes, seasonal vegetables, onions, fried shallots, peanuts and Jasmine rice) with tofu. Huge portions, this can serve 2 portions! Tons of vegetables that are fresh and not just carrots. They have enoki mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, and what I think is eggplant. I didn't get potatoes or fried shallots, but they could be in the other half. I got it to go and they were all very friendly. This meal was $22 and really well balanced. I can't wait to try more of their dishes!
