The burgers are bland needing more seasoning. My ticket was $32 and some change. I went to counter to ask for honey mustard as I am eating in the restaurant and I was met with being told it'll cost 0.81 cents. Ok. Thank you for your generous customer service.

Kincaid's is always good. The burgers are great, but this visit I tried the chicken sandwich. It was really good, very moist. The service was really friendly, the young man that took my order was super nice. Overall, it was a very good and I'll be back.

Family oriented, benched chairs. 2 cashier stations. Open kitchenconcept, you will smell like burgers. No waiting area. The on the right side and have more benching to the left and the bathrooms are on the far left. Women stall- 2 bathroom, cheap toilet, you have to push the flush with your foot kind. 1 sink. Baby changing station. In the middle there are the condiments, Powerade, root beer, limes for teas. They do provide clear water cups. The cashiers do not have a microphone! They will try. But the big benches with like 6 groups 2-3 people groups. It's loud without it being loud. Anyways. It's next to the toll tag place. B O O. lol anyways, they shouldn't be wasting paper like that and allegedly having my govt name................

Waiting 40 minutes for our order was already frustrating, but what really upset me was how it was handled. When I asked about the delay, I was told this is "normal" because the chicken takes forever, with no apology or sense of care. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. Long waits happen, but being treated like your time doesn't matter is unacceptable. This experience left a really bad impression, and it's disappointing because it could have been handled with simple kindness and respect

    Enjoying the burger!

The food is great as far as fast food places go. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'm from out of town and my sister suggested this place. I'm glad we came!

Solid burger with very good beef, both for their burgers and Texas chili. When one looks up the best regional hamburger chains, WhatABurger always pops up for Texas, but because Kincaid's is so much smaller (only 5 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth), it isn't as well known. Well, our nephew had once told me a while back that he thought Kincaid's was the best burger he had in the states...so when I saw this location close to where we were staying, I knew we had to give it a try. It was founded in Fort Worth in 1946, and still has that old walk-up hamburger joint feel. The menu is small, with their burgers coming in two sizes: regular being 1/2 lb and a junior being a typical quarter pound. Their beef is ground fresh in-house and it really shows. We ended up ordering 5 cheeseburgers ($6.15), and they will come with mustard, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, raw onions. You can ask for mayo and/or ketchup. The toppings are meh here...just enough to dress up the burger, but I can see why some people might just keep it simple and ask for it with some raw onion and maybe some pickles. We also ordered crinkle cut fries ($2.75), which were OK and got a bowl of chili for $6 to dip our fries in. The chili was excellent...beanless and hearty. The consistency was similar to the chilli put on hamburgers in LA...but without the strong Greek spices that I don't care for. This would really go well on a hot dog, which they also offer here. Seating is via long picnic tables, similar to what you would find in a TX BBQ restaurant. They make everything fresh so it took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. They use an old system of putting the ordered items written on paper bags, and they fulfill the bags....resulting in having a separate paper bag for each person. But the payment and receipt is all modern and electronic. For us, this resulted in a discrepancy with what we paid for and what was ordered. I ended up paying for the fries separately, because it had not been charged initially. Not a big deal, but there is a reason why restaurants don't use this method anymore.

This is only the second time I've ever eaten here. Everything is a la carte, so be prepared to pay a little extra for a burger AND fries, plus a drink if desired. (Water is free!) The food was as delicious as remembered. Also, there are long picnic tables for communal seating. If it's busy, what a great way to meet new people by sitting next to them. Ordering food was easy. Thankfully there was a short line. Probably due to eating after the lunch rush. The restaurant seemed clean with no piling up of debris in the trash cans. The staff seemed on top of taking them out when needed. Overall, I had a great experience. Will definitely eat here again.

Old fashioned hamburger joint that hasn't really changed in many years -- and it shows. The burgers are okay and the staff is friendly, but my visit was very underwhelming. Many of the family style benches were dirty. Burgers were okay and they didn't skimp on the patty or toppings. Fries were lackluster. To be honest, the chicken tenders were the best item we ordered. Didn't expect that.

Small 1/4 LB Chili Cheeseburger with cheddar cheese. YUM!

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

Right by TCU so it's obviously the place to go for a good smash burger that is reasonably priced for what it is. Service is kind and we got our food fast enough. The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. The onion rings were just okay. They and the chicken tenders felt like the only items that went straight from freezer to fryer, which stood out compared to how fresh everything else tasted. If I had one suggestion to take this place to the next level, it would be to offer a true build-your-own burger option with a full list of ingredients. They were very accommodating when it came to customizing their "designer" burgers, but having full control would make the experience even better. Also, while the burger meat was good, it tasted like it was cooked on a flat top. There is nothing wrong with that, but a flame grilled option with a bit of smoke and char would push these burgers into elite territory. Overall, great burgers, great vibe, and great service, with just a couple of tweaks away from being exceptional.

We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double.
