They were OK, but for the price, I wish they had been tastier. Years ago, I tried this spot, so I was re-trying it. They are one of the few non-chain options nearby. After a few minutes, Valerie walked to the front to ask them to send the order total. She quickly took my payment and sincerely apologized for the delay. When I reached the second window, I was simply handed my food without any acknowledgment, but Valerie stood out because of how helpful, professional, and considerate she was throughout the situation. She clearly cared that I had been kept waiting and treated me with kindness and respect. I wanted to recognize Valerie for her excellent customer service. Employees like her are a big part of what keeps customers coming back, and Braum's in Lake Worth should appreciate having someone with her attitude and work ethic on their team.
