Your provided a 12" metal pan, gloves a bib and lot of napkins that you'll need. You dump everything from your bag into your pan and go to work. The sauce is special, full of flavors spices and some heat it's really outstanding. I had sweet tea for the first time it was addicting. Pier 18 staff was very accommodating we were there 4 hours lots of laughs The girls ordered scrimp, chicken and vegetable bowls that were very generous they couldn't finish. Overall, great customer service and I was very pleased with the cooked/deep fried sushi options since that's all I can eat right now.
