I rarely leave one star reviews, but this experience was so disturbing that I feel other parents deserve to know. My young son was holding a small toy car while walking toward the slide area. Instead of calmly speaking to me, the owner immediately rushed over, spoke to my child in a very harsh and intimidating tone, telling him he was not allowed to bring the toy there. My son was clearly confused and frozen in shock. He was still holding onto his toy when the owner physically grabbed the toy and pulled my son, by the toy he was holding, from the second floor all the way down to the first floor. At no point did anyone ask for my assistance or allow me to handle the situation as his parent. About a minute later, my son completely broke down. He cried harder than I have seen him cry in many weeks. He is normally a very resilient child and rarely reacts this way, which made it obvious how frightened and overwhelmed he was by the interaction. There are countless ways to enforce playground rules. Speaking respectfully to parents is one. Politely asking a child to put a toy away is another. Physically intervening with someone else's young child in such an aggressive manner should never be one of them. This is an indoor playground where parents trust staff to create a safe, welcoming environment for children. Instead, my child left feeling terrified. No business that serves young children should treat them this way. We will never return, and I strongly encourage parents to think carefully before bringing their children here. If someone cannot calmly and safely handle a simple situation involving a preschooler, they should seriously reconsider whether operating a children's play business is the right profession for them.

It's awesome what they have established here for toddlers! I dropped by here because my husband was in Vegas for work conference at the Strip and so I decided to take my baby/early toddler 16 months old, here. There's really nothing on the Strip for baby toddlers and this place is entertaining for them to play as well as safe! My baby loved it here and so I love it here because I was pretty much hands off for the most of the 3 hours stay. The many toys and supplies are relatively in new condition and clean. My baby wasn't tired until about 3 hours into play and break for snack. Love the concept and the owner Jessica is super friendly and understanding. She went above and beyond when my baby made a bit of a mess on the cafe floor and she cleaned it up right away, made me feel welcome when I came in as well as the entire time I was there. Amazing massage chairs. Worth it if you have tight shoulders like me - carrying baby sometimes. It helped with relieve a bit of the tight muscles on my back. Bring socks. A must visit spot if you have baby toddlers and even kids! They entertain themselves while you can sit on their comfortable couches, lounge at their cafe section while watching the kids or get on the massage chair. Such a fun small place for my two year old to play in while we're here on vacation. I loved that the toys are very clean and that it's perfect for kiddies under 5. Owner was extremely nice! Tbh I was a little annoyed she was constantly on her phone but after she expressed to me that her son is sick at school I could no longer be mad, I understand it is stressful and she can't drop everything at once. Outside food is welcome which I appreciated and you pay once you leave... We were only there for 20 mins bc my girl wanted to leave so the owner was very very nice to not charge us :) * she did say if we decided to come back, she would. Great service and a non-stressful toddler environment is always a win for me! We will be back for sure!!!

Attended my best friend's son's 1st birthday on this past Easter Sunday! The place is small, but all the toys were clean, and a plenty! A lot of the toys were kid friendly, safe, and modern, however some of the choice of slides were a little bit too steep for my two year old. She literally bumped her head twice. Yikes! Bathroom was clean, eating space was limited, not enough spots were provide to sit and eat, but the service was good. Not the easiest people to understand since they were a lot older and spoke so softly, but overall they were accommodating and fine. Socks must be worn at all times, which luckily I had some on hand. Unfortunately, had to buy two pairs for my kids as I wasn't made aware that there was a sock policy. It's okay though, six dollars wasted, but totally fine because I got to see my friend and her family! It's been almost a year since I last seen her, so anywhere with her feels like home!! Overall experience was fun! My kids really enjoyed!

The price for one kid is $16. It gives you entrance to the playground for the whole day and you can go in and out. You must wear socks and you can't wear shoes it's the playground. You don't have to pay for parents, so that's great! You can also bring your own food into Kinderland, which means you don't have to worry about buying the food they sell there, but if you forgot your food, they have food for you to eat and snacks for the kids. This place is more busy in the morning because it's mainly for kids probably under five years old and most of them are still taking a nap in the afternoon. We went in the afternoon and it wasn't really really busy. There were probably a maximum of 10 kids at location, which made it great for my two-year-old because he's a little shy and doesn't like large crowds. But my friend was there in the morning and said it was a lot busier. She also said it's a lot busier on the weekends versus the weekdays were a lot of of the kids are still in school and preschool. There was a lot of stuff for the kids to play with, and it was quite large with lots of seating at all locations so you can always see your kid. There are some parents that don't watch their kids but that's not the fault of the owners. If you tell the owners that you're having an issue with one of the parents, then they are trying to help to keep the peace. I also saw one of the owners cleaning off some of the food toys when she saw that a kid put it in his mouth, which makes me believe that everything is very clean and Kinderland. We also use the bathroom which is really clean and there was ample parking in the front where we didn't have to look for parking for a long time. There's also a lot of food around Kinderland so if you don't wanna buy the food from the café, you can go out by food and bring it back to eat lunch at the tables for the parents. There are also tables for little kids so they don't have to sit on the high chairs, but can sit in chairs that are more their size. We will definitely be back. My kid had a fun time with his friend. We spent about 2 hours here. I think he could've done 3-4 hours if I didn't have to pick up my older son.

KINDERLAND! My daughter loves this place! & so do I! I always have great conversations with other moms & watching my daughter play and have the best time is always my favorite pass time! They are affordable and there's lots for your little one(s) to get into, safely! I can't believe I haven't done a review yet! I've been coming here since my daughter was 1, she is almost 6! The owners are so sweet & welcoming! It's kept clean (the play area and bathrooms) if you want a safe, clean, social and friendly environment to take your kids (also great if you need internet for work) THIS IS YOUR SPOT.

The owners, Jessica and Samuel, have curated a place for parents to bring their children in a safe, comfortable environment. I really appreciated how Jessica controls/guides the room so the kids are having fun in a safe environment. I brought my 11 month old daughter (who's still crawling) and she had an absolute blast. The other parents were all friendly, too. Thank you Jessica and Samuel. We'll definitely be coming back.

When you first come in you get greeted by and older gentlemen. He then ask you to take off your shoes in the cubbies the you are allowed to go in. It is about 14.99 per child they do offer a prepaid visits too. They have all different things your toddle or little kid can enjoy. I would definitely say more for 5years or younger but my older son still enjoyed playing in there with his younger brother. They have three different size slides, a ball pit, ride on toys and many more. There is also an area for parents to sit and relax while still being able to see your children. You can bring your own snacks and water but if you did not haven't any then they do also sell some. :) My kids definitely enjoyed their time here :)

Favorite baby/toddler indoor playground experience in vegas! The owner is amazing, attentive, friendly, helpful, talkative, and put together all around. Great space for adults to hang out with their kids. Snacks and an abundance of kids play equipment and much more. I've been bringing my son here since 2023. And now my baby who is about to be 1. They love it. Never had a bad experience yet, just a few poor interactions my kids have had with other kids. But resolved always quickly. The owner seems to step in as well when needed which is always helpful. 5/5 Stars!! read more

I've taken a handful of kids at this place for several years now. From the Management with the assistance of his daughter, the cleanliness and organization of the place, I'll rate it 10+! Excellent! A lot of toys to play with, the admission fee is reasonable and pure fun place to be. read more

The perfect place to bring your toddler to burn some energy!! We initially learned about Kinderland from a Blippi Las Vegas play episode! Brought my two year old in a few times and he loved it. Lots of baby to kindergarten age appropriate toys and a jungle gym with large ball pit. When you walk in they have you remove shoes, you need to bring your socks to wear at all times. I believe it was $16 to play all day, you can come and go as you please. We played in the morning, went home to take a nap and came back in the afternoon/ early evening to play again. They sell snacks and have a sitting area with tables so that parents can kick back and watch the kids run around. I saw lots of moms working from laptops as their kids played. Absolutely love the whole concept and I'll be bringing my son in again. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would .., First things first. The play area is obviously not cleaned. From the ball pit to the random toys scattered throughout. The play area is also over crowded with play structures and unsupervised children running around and rough housing. (Which is aloud if you know the owner and come regularly) Secondly, the owners daughter, is very rude. She runs around yelling at kids and comes off very aggressive. To top it off she will talk shit about you to her regulars/friends in a different language while staring at you. Very disappointed in this establishment after seeing it on Blippi... My baby loved it! Got off work at 4 and headed over since i learned i live right down the street from this! Only had around 40 min to play (i was scared to leave because i knew she would not be happy leaving all these fun toys!!!lol ) definitely need to go again. We had such an amazing time at Kinderland Café. We came from California and I had seen this indoor playground on Blippi so we had to try it out. My son had a great time and we would definitely be regulars if we lived closer. read more

Took my 10m old here for the first time, he's crawling not yet walking. He definitely enjoyed all the little toys and activities. Love that they have some soft play for the pre-walkers. The food and coffee offerings are more on the basic side but glad they offer it. We'll definitely be coming back read more

Such a fun place for babies and toddlers. Love that it is one big room where kids are always within site. They have a ballpit with a slide and a smaller ballpit. My daughter loves playing here. Just wish they offered birthday party packages during normal hours (they only do after business hours--like 6:45 pm, which is way too late for toddlers). read more

What a wonderful indoor playground for children! I brought my 19-months old son here, on a weekday, after work. And the walk-in price was very reasonable. The owner told me that $16 fee is good all day, meaning you can leave for lunch & return again. Aside from the reasonable pricing, the place has a little snack area with vending machines & glass counter with various snacks for purchase. I'll def return once the weather gets too hot for park play. read more

We love Kinderland! I've been taking my daughter here since she was about 18 months old. It's great that this venue seems to have quite a bit for the younger kids, and even babies, as opposed to many of the other indoor playgrounds that seem to cater to older children. My daughter has such a blast every time we come here, that it's almost impossible to get her to leave! We've stayed until closing on multiple occasions, and the hours just fly by, there's so much to play with! It's definitely a great way to spend an afternoon. read more

This place is an fun, excellent and safe place to take your kids and let them burn off energy and be comfortable and completely engaged. Although I don't recommend it, just to give you an idea of how accommodating and attentive the staff are here, I have seen parents falling asleep while their kids played in the main room. This play is relaxed and has massage chairs (but should get more honestly) to not only give you a seat but a rejuvenating moment to yourself while your kid(s) play and and socialize with the other children there. Found this place to entertain the kiddo while in town and it's pretty great. No shoes allowed in the play area so everything is cleaner and lots of variety of toys and ball pits, etc. read more

We are not local to Las Vegas but this is truly one of the best indoor play places we've been to. There are so many different toys and spaces. Even when it's busy, it still feels like there are so many options for playing. The owners are also such kind people and the entry fee for play is extremely reasonable. read more

There are not a lot of child-friendly places in Las Vegas, especially in the summer time. This facility is exactly what we needed. I've been to a few indoor playground before, but this happens to be my favorite because it's age appropriate for my 14 month old. The oldest child that you'll see playing are around 5 years old. With that said, lots of options for her to play with. And all the parents seem attentive to watching their children. I also love that you can grab snacks and drinks here. Would recommend! read more

My toddler LOVES Kinderland. It is clean, with play structures and lots of toys. We meet friends here.. I get to socialize with the moms while the kids tear up someplace other than our houses.. it is a win win. There are delicious coffee options nearby.. and while there.. a place for grownups to work, snack or hang. Bring socks. read more

Had my son's 2nd birthday and it was a blast! Loved that we could rent out the entire establishment. The owners were so helpful and nice, they called about a week before our party and asked our theme to have the correct colors for the plates and table clothes and when we arrived they even had decorated to our theme! It was so clean and so many toys for each kid to play with! Can't wait to go back read more

My toddler really enjoyed it. They have a lot of toys to choose from and will keep your child entertained for a long time. I just hope parents don't just let their kids play on their own without checking on them and just sit and use their phone with headphones on. But of course that's not the owners fault. read more

Very fun for Littles. My son is 18 months old and loves this place. There are cars for him to ride, slides, a ball pit and much more. Mommy likes it because they serve coffee. Family owned & operated. Must take off shoes and wear socks(not surprisingly) all day access. In & out privileges. BYOFood & drinks. Back room for changing & nursing babies. Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I visited this play center with my two daughters and was absolutely shocked and disappointed by the behavior of the owner. From the moment we arrived, she created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for the kids. She physically pushed my younger daughter with her hands in an aggressive manner. Later, she yelled loudly at my older daughter and her friend simply for running around this is a play area, after all! My daughter was so scared, she burst into tears and asked to leave immediately. When I politely addressed her behavior and mentioned how inappropriate it was to both push my child and yell at the other, the manager responded rudely and disrespectfully, telling me I was free to leave if I didn't like it. If you care about your children's emotional well being, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. No child should feel threatened or unsafe in a space that's meant to be fun and playful. read more

Love coming here with the kids I babysit. They have many things to play with and the environment is pleasant with couches for the parents. They have snacks and coffee for purchase as well. I highly recommend this place if you have young children. read more

This indoor play gym is good for babies and toddlers. It's small which I didn't mind but there were too many toys and ride ons which made the space feel crowded. There is a sign saying "No sick children" but I saw toddlers with running nose and coughing were playing inside. My daughter had fever two days later. Their coffee is very bad. I only had one sip. Also the staff tried to be nice by saying thank you in mandarin and Korean just because you look Asian. Please don't do that! read more

It's been a while since we visited and finally went back again today. It was pretty busy but the kids had a blast. I love how clean it is here and especially the no shoes rule! Both owners are so sweet and Jessica treats everyone like family. The parents and kids both love her. The full snack counter and drink fridge is such a plus! We always grab a snack for the road! After researching multiple places, I decided to have my daughter's 2nd birthday here and have no regrets. The staff was phenomenal by going way beyond my expectations with helping me prepare, set up food and even cut her cake. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. While we've always thought the prices were high for what it is, this year, the prices for the experience was truly not worth it. They offer various packages, 1 hour, 3 hour, or unlimited. We've done all the options in the past, but this time we opted for the hour wristband as we arrived later in the evening ~ 7pm on a Friday night. We wanted her to have time inside too to play in the arcades. Time doesn't start until your first scan for a race or ride. They conveniently scanned us in for our first race and we were seated, in our car, for a solid 10 mins while they sorted out other drivers and go-karts. We got sick from exhaust blowing in our face as we sat there with all the cars running yet not moving. When we finally started the race, it was less than 5 minutes! Half of the cars were either dysfunctional or set to a slow setting with no rhyme or reason. Our next race, our daughter was so excited she is tall enough to try the sprinter car on her own (58in) so we went to check that out. We waited 10 mins for a race to finish then the worker told us she could only fit 8 racers despite there being 15+ cars. So we had to wait another round. Another 20+ mins gone. Half an hour in, we only had 2 races in. In total, we were able to get 5 races in the hour time frame (one of which was past our time limit, but the worker let us go anyway). We have been going to Mini Grand Prix for years and this was the worst experience by far. The races are shorter, the lines are longer, the wrist bands are more expensive and the facilities have not been updated. Our daughter, on her own told us, it's not the same anymore : (

Wonderful owners that made us feel very welcome. A nice array of toys and the place is very clean and tidy (the owners are constantly walking around and putting toys away so that the floors are clear for play). I only have two complaints that make the place less than 5 stars. 1) Kinderland's playroom is SO HOT. The building is mostly large, floor to ceiling glass windows so the sun streams in and really heats the place up to uncomfortable temperatures. I don't think I've ever been there when it was cooler than 80 degrees inside. PLEASE get a better AC system, Kinderland! 2)The other issue is parents chilling on the couches instead of watching their kids, so there are hyper four year olds careening around toddlers, knocking them down and making it dangerous for younger children. Maybe that's more of a parenting issue than an establishment problem, I don't know what Kinderland could do to fix it other than some big signs warning parents to watch their children and not allow running. read more

Definitely a must if you have little ones and trying to escape the Vegas heat! My toddler loves this place, there's a lot of toys and it's clean, the owners are very involved and love to talk to everyone and interact with the kids also! For me it's a plus because I rather prefer they get to know us than not give a crap. I saw some reviews that were complaining about the owners picking up some toys and putting them away and I've seen her organize toys here and there because obviously she doesn't want the kids to trip over the toys. Never have I seen her telling kids not to play with toys or to put them away. Have to come at least once per week! also people need to stop complaining about the price because they literally don't think about everything that needs to be paid to run a business plus $12 is not bad at all, I usually spend like 3 hours there so it's definitely worth it. This is my 4th time coming in and i'm honestly super disappointed! I thought let me try again after not coming in for some weeks since so many kids were sick and the same issues keep occurring. They now have a sign up no sick kids blah blah if they have any of those symptoms to leave, yet the owners daughter herself was sick and that seems to be fine!!! I even over- heard a friend saying hey i think she's getting sick, runny nose, her eyes were red and glossy she was super clingy and crying constantly i mean how many signs does a mother need ??? Her snot was running from her nose and nobody cleaned her hands touching everything and everybody it's totally disgusting!!!! Worst place in vegas do not recommend at all! We held my son's birthday party here yesterday, and it was a disappointing experience. The staff, particularly the male, was rude and excessively controlling, acting as if we could somehow make their already dirty carpet worse. They micromanaged the entire event, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. At one point, they even withheld some of our drinks, as if we weren't allowed to access our own items. We LOVE KINDERLAND!!!! Our Kids ages are 3-9 and they all have fun here. When my babies were little we lived here. It was a great place for my baby to socialize, and play while I could relax and talk to other mommies. Everything is safe and clean. They have really good coffee and the owners are so pleasant and welcoming. We tell all of our friends who have little ones to try it out. We don't like to take our kids out in Vegas' 100 degree weather. But they get all crazy at home. Kinderland is the best place to let them run free! read more

I have been taking my 2 year old son to Kinderland Cafe for 8 months now and I can only say good things about the playroom. It is spacious but not overly big that I can't see my son on the other side of the room while relaxing on a couch. They constantly have new toys, it is a paradis for kids. The owners are very nice and get out of their way to make you feel at home, they take very good care of the place making sure it is clean and safe for the kids and comfortable for parents. This is our go to indoor playground! this place is always clean and the owner is super nice! my grandkids love meeting new friends and they can play there for hours! I take them twice a week and they never gets board. they have great drinks and snacks on site but I wish they kept the food area a little far from the play area as kids keep eating while riding on toys :( in overall the place is clean and well sanitized and thats what important :) read more

Wonderful clean facility and the owners are wonderful with the children. The first time we tried Kinderland out, we purchased a multi visit punch card before we left. It is a perfect option for our daughter when the Las Vegas weather is not conducive to play. Please note that if you have smaller children, it's best to go early (when they open). Once school starts to get out, the older kids take over. read more

My 13 month old loved this place. So many activities, swings and slides. She was crawling around everywhere from excitement. The place was super clean and the staff was amazing with children. She took my daughter to play and slide with her. We went with my six year old niece and nephew and they didn't want to leave as well. Super friendly staff with a clean indoor play area for our kid. We accidentally stumbled upon this location going to the bank one time and have loved it ever since. They have coffee and snacks with wifi -- what better place to both entertain your kids and relax? It's big enough for kids to roam around yet small enough to keep your kids within sight. read more

We got invited to a birthday party at Kinderland and my boys had so much fun! They could easily play on their own for hours and hours and I got to sit down, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, which doesn't happen that often... Kinderland is completely safe and super clean. Some of the arcade games were out of order, and a few of the toys showed signs of wear. Even so, everything that mattered to my toddler was available, and he had an absolute blast. What stood out most was how professional and kind they were through the entire situation. They stayed calm, treated me with respect, and never matched my frustration. The coin or card based rides and crane operated games were expensive ranging from $1.75 -$2.00. He played the egg game to win a surprise. He played it twice and won two types of tiny spinning tops. Complete the pre-registration on their website. When we check in, the staff was super friendly and patient to explain the rules, process and security for the kiddos. Food/snacks: there is a price list of snacks, drinks and food that is made in the kitchen inside the play area. We requested that our kiddo gets a snack or drink when he requested it so they didn't need to call us to get our okay which made it easier on us and them. Security: once you check in, you get a barcode and the same barcode is on a sticker on the back of your kiddo's shirt along with a wristband. To check out your little one, yiu have to present the barcode along with your ID before your kiddo is released to you. The gate access is not a simple push gate but it needs to have a team members unlock the gates. There is always someone at the check in counter so that made us feel safer that someone was overseeing the entrance to kids quest. I recommend dropping off your diaper bag with all the essentials that your little one may need (diaper, diaper wipes, extra clothes etc). For safety reasons, they do not allow outside food or drinks. Unless there are dietary restrictions. The hourly rate is $14/per hour for a max of 5 hours. Immunization records are not required if you live outside of Nevada but if you use their service for 15 consecutive days than it's required and sent via email. They don't tolerate bad behavior even between siblings. If that happens, they will call you to pick up your kiddo. I like that so that other kids dont mimic that behavior and your little is safe from bullying. The space was HUGE! There were play kitchen, virtual ball type games, climbing obstacles and some video games. Literally something for every kids at any age. They also had plenty of staff members around all the time to keep an eye on the kids who also are able to help change diapers, remind kids to use the potty but kiddos 4 years and older use the restrooms themselves. The service was overall amazing and the price was very reasonable with the care that they provided. This place is such a great idea to have at Red Rock and has made me rethink my choice in hotel on my next visit.

At this point we have not gotten the outcome we find satisfactory and would like to share our experience with others. On 9/13 for the first time we dropped our daughter off at kids quest in the Red Rock Hotel and casino,she was there for approximately an hour and a half that night while my husband and I had dinner on hotel property. When we picked her up, we were heading home, and asked our daughter about her time at kids quest. She shared with us there was a boy she was playing with (which she later identified in person and kids quest personnel confirmed they were playing together), and that he TOUCHED HER VAGINA. Said they were in the play structure (which staff also confirmed and where she came out of when we picked her up) and he told her to take off her pants and panties and coerced her with play money, said she could have it if she played his game but reported he never gave it to her (she's not even 4 years old yet). We immediately drove back to kids quest and in an attempt to verify if my daughter was okay, I looked in her pants and panties and found said play money stuck to her rear tucked under her panties (she had no idea it was there but it confirmed the story she already shared with me) kids quest director later confirmed it belonged to their pretend play area in the facility. I immediately called police, and had her identify the boy the second we got back to the facility. While police were on site trying to gather information about the boy, incident and camera footage, the boy was allowed to roam and play in the facility with other children and was not removed. I even commented while there and police said they were not in charge of kids quest policies. We were there for what felt like a really long time while families and parents came and went when one of the workers had an "oh shit" look on her face, I knew this was the parents of the boy my daughter had just accused of sexual abuse and she again identified him as he approached the counter. At this point unsuspecting dad has walked away when the police officer approaches mom. Once she is made aware she frantically jumps on the phone to call dad back, because he walked away with no concern about the uniform officers in the lobby. It was apparent they did not notify the boys parents. At the end of the day, metro has shared there cannot and will not be criminal charges against the 7 year old boy- he cannot legally face criminal charges until the age of 8. According to kids quest director that night, he and twin brother are locals and frequent this location all the time and this is the first report of this kind against him. According to the VP of kids quest after the internal review their findings show their staff responded appropriately that night and did notify the boys parents and there was no evidence this occurred so they could not ban the boy from returning to their establishment. Reminder, cameras are down so all they have is the word of their employees and my daughters word vs the boys to put the pieces together. Their staff did not remove him nor contact his parents as they claim in their internal investigation. I brought this to the VP of kids quest attention when I provided a copy of the police report where the officer wrote, "dad refused to provide any additional identifying information as he was upset that kids quest did not notify them of the incident and he only found out about it as he was there to pick up his children." This clearly contradicts the findings of their internal investigation. At the end of the day an accusation, lack of operational cameras and a police report that contradicts their internal investigation is all I have. It's proven not to be enough for them to dismiss this boy from their establishment, or cast enough doubt for them to admit they fell short in their response or possible prevention of the situation but I wanted other parents, not kids quest, to decide what's best for their family and be aware of our experience before choosing to leave your kids at this facility.
