Delivery was fast and easy -- they were 20 minutes early but Lisa called me and told me they'd be a little early instead of them just showing up early and leaving. Love it here! Had it delivered and installed by them. Bed frame broke yesterday after about 10 years of use. Not bad till I went to break it down for trash pick up and realized the reason it broke was because it was missing a load bearing screw. There were 2 screws per leg, except for the one that broke. The screws are about 6-8in long, so pretty sure they didn't just accidentally fall out. Luckily, I don't normally sleep on that side of the bed till these past couple of months, which is probably why it broke on me. Prices are cheap and they sell super firm mattresses that us Asians love but definitely check quality and watch the workers if you have them put the bed together. ps...they delivered a king sized bed frame with my queen sized mattress and box spring. Not sure what was going on there but my mom set it up so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Prices range from about $700 to $900 for a single chair, up to $12,000 for a sofa sectional. They boast real Italian leather, and actually imported from Italy. 80% of the items on their showroom floor are imported, and 20% US made. The designs are very impressive, ultra modern and looks & feels of quality. The level of service matched the store, very professional, not pushy and offered more of an introduction of the furniture they carry, as opposed to pushing you to buy something. Attached to the showroom is a section for kitchens, also very high end. The cabinets, the quartz countertops, the metallic mosaic backsplash and even the hinges are all of high quality, and you can actually feel the workmanship that goes into everything. Although what they have is way above our price range & budget, I still enjoyed browsing through their showroom and not being harassed about buying something. Their professionalism, pleasant personalities, very modern furniture and complete kitchens left a strong impression. I will be back, but strongly depends on me picking the right 6 digits for Powerball. For anyone who has the budget for this price tag, I recommend you check them out!

Frankie was great in asking the right questions so he could help me better. What I liked was that there are many mattresses in the back on Murphy beds. They are stored vertical but can be pulled and down so you can try them. The whole process of finding the right mattress and additional items like a mattress saver was relaxed and fun. I thank Frankie for making this an enjoyable trip, and my mattress with bedframe will be delivered Thursday. I'm looking forward sleeping on my new mattress.

I bought bunk beds and a Calking bed. The bunk beds ladder…read morebroke in the first month of buying it. The bed has a thin wood holding that big bed on the bottom. It is not as solid as I thought it would be. Till this day I am struggling with it. So expensive for crappy things. I called them once to tell them the issue, they blamed my kids. They said. For sure they Jump on it when you aren't home. I said, I guess you know my kids more than me. My kids are over 20! But never again would I go to this place, nor recommended it at all! Don't spend your money with them.
