The attitudes we get everytime we're here is astonishing. Especially from Gigi - who was the original sales person. It's ridiculous. Everytime we've come in since original purchase is we're told there was no original purchase even though the original sales person remembers. Their system can't find the order. Then can magically find some details under my name which makes no sense because it was a surprise engagement. My ring got resized recently (my husband was told at sales time lifetime resizing - but they declined this and advised it was full price. They eventually wavered and gave it to us at no cost which I did appreciate) and I realized after a few days I picked it up that there was a massive gap on one side that I hand noticed before. So I brought it back in. Of course I get an attitude about it. The First lady told me that it was my fault there was a chip on it. Then she took it to the jeweler who stated he's NEVER touched my ring ever in his life. Again, we bought it here, have had it resized once before this resuzing and then it had been resized a week prior to this interaction. Long story short - Mary (who is the most helpful person in this store) said she would take care of it. Would be completely redone. They called us and let us know it was completed. All better. I go in and it's almost exactly the same. Barely any different at all. They take us back to the jeweler who tells us that it's the head is crooked and the only way to resolve would be to get a whole new head. At their expense. Great, let's get this taken care of. I even at this point offered another solution where we would take on some of the cost and maybe upgrade the ring. We were told we would get a quote by the end of the day. We left again and less than 2-3 hours later we get a text with a video sayings it's completely fixed and resolved and we can come pick up the ring. No quote. Here we are again, at the store right now and it's still imperfect which I'm just at this point going to settle for because I'm so massively over this place and the customer service we've received. Never ever again.

This 35+ year business is run by a father-daughter team. Very small and friendly. They have a machine that scans for gold or silver content and will also indicate gold plate, copper, etc. Everything seemed very fair. They have to make a profit so don't expect full gold value, etc. I sold a small gold coin and 3 rings and was paid with cash. They do thumbprints, pictures and ID checks. It was sent out and came back many months later and all was well. Upon my return to pick up my GMT I found a new Rolex DJ 41 that I was excited to purchase along with some new jewelry for my wife. These were my first purchases from the store. All was good until I found smudges on the dial of a brand new Rolex watch. Came back in less than 30 days to politely ask for a refund and management declined saying "they already called Mr Marks and all they could do was return to Rolex for who knows how long and for them to fix it." Meaning now they have to open a brand new Rolex case and movement and repair. Surely this could have been refunded or even store credit and returned to Rolex as a problem and tried to work with the new Rolex customer and clearly a Rolex enthusiast on obtaining a new piece of some sort. Customer service is lacking here. All I was offered was a bottle of water upon leaving the store without my new watch and the inconvenience that is incurred. No "How can we make this up to you?" or "What can we do to make this right with you since you're clearly unhappy about your experience" Needless to say new customers should be warned. Especially given their top notch reputation. And reputation of Rolex Authorized Dealers. A detailed letter will be sent to Rolex as well. Will update here when my Rolex is returned to me...
