First time getting my lashes done ever, $100 was a decent price for a classic set, compared to others where it's like $150. I got mine done by Stephanie and she was so sweet. I thought it was going to look like a typical salon, but holy crap the place is filled with pink and fur and I felt like a princess in there. Was a loyal customer for some almost 4 years. Tyler is an amazing lash artist but for some reason became very shady with me and blocked my number. Apparently booked an appointment for me which I got no proof or confirmation of and when I tried to call him as well as the buisness to ask about my appointment they blocked my number! Couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. He then lied about it and rudely told me he's busy with a client, adding that he didn't block me. Meanwhile his fiancee/boyfriend Felix confirmed with me that he did in fact block my number.. Lol once he left a piece of lint in my eye and made me feel stupid to ask him to remove it from my eyeball because he didn't have time and told me it was makeup residue? Jeez. Long story short it is ridiculous to block a client's number for miscommunication on their own end. Good lash artist but showed me they cannot uphold an honest buisness. Would give zero stars if I could I was getting vol/mix fills which was $65 each time.. Still Don't understand. read more

The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because this location has the most inrrisppsoble customer service. Why have the option to send a messagess to schedule an appoinment if they cannot follow through? They didn't even apologiez for their mistake. They can reply to notify me that they are booked. When I asked for an appoinment they cannot be bothered to try to set me up with a date and time. This location is a big disappointment. On top of all that they wanted to humilate me online. So I followed Felix from his old place when he and Tyler opened the Lash and Brow Studio and I couldn't be happier. I go in every 2 or 3 weeks for a fill and unlike at the old place, I always leave feeling like I have been at a spa. Felix makes my lashes look perfect and the vibe of the place is super clean, professional and relaxing. I rarely wear make-up, so as a 45 year old I rely on Felix to give my lashes a pop so I can pull off a professional look by just adding some lip gloss. It makes my skin happy and my life so much easier!!! I have heard horror stories about lashes done at other places, but I have never had a single issue. My lashes, while always thin, continue to be healthy and happy. I never have eye issues and my lashes stay on really well (especially considering that I treat them poorly, don't clean them as well as I should and sleep on them sometimes!!). I've been searching for a place to do my lashes for the past month or so and I found lash and brow studio.I followed Felix on Instagram to see more of his work and not only was I extremely impressed by his work but he has more then 12k followers so I was thinking,he HAS to be good so I booked an appointment. When you walk in you automatically wanna start taking selfies it is the CUTEST place no joke! Felix did a consultation with me before we began and went over after care at the end and gave me directions and even a pink lash brush! He did an AMAZING job you guys! Not only did he take his time to make them perfect but he was fast at the same time which was nice! I'd definitely recommend Lash and brow studio to anyone!
