This used to be my favorite foot massage spot. This place have gone down hill. The girl they had at the front desk was very pleasant compare to the new guy. Bad attitude and rude. Didn't make me feel welcome at all when I ask him a question he answer with one word and go back to what ever he was doing. They don't change the towel for the massage bed. They charge $15 per hour. Which is decent for mediocre massage style. I use to tips them $20 and $15. But it seem like these people don't know how to say thank. So I figure I just gave them a five dollar tips. Yesterday made the second time there...they don't greet you when you walk in nor do they speak English. However, a smile could've been suffice. I got a male to do the massage which I don't ever mind as long as it's good, and he was. My complaint is that their whispering is annoying and since the beds are so close together, I woke up with someone's butt in my face and standing on my long hair. Really? In addition, I wonder if they change the bed covers after each use? Hopefully they will recognize that there's tons of other parlors that can take care of customers like me...my mom was with me and I don't think she enjoyed this visit too much. awful .... hit and miss with a lot more misses. I was given a girl massue who was awful. She had no idea what she was doing. she would apply too much pressure at some point which would hurt me a lot and then I could barely feel anything in other spots. Absolutely no pressure points just a random rub down. I was frusterated so I asked for someone else they made me wait for 15 minutes while my feet were soaked in water and they had me wrapped in towels. I felt imprisoned. They were also very rude... they came and pulled the curtain and left. Then the second massuse came which was actually a lot worse than the first one. By then I was there for an hour already and totally frusterated so I just got dressed and left. I complained downstairs but they did not even seem to care. Will never go back. Awful place. I though I came for relaxing massage but I felt like someone was beating up my body aggressively. When the lady massaged my back and I got bruises and when she massaged my shin with her fist I thought my bone was gonna break. Of course I got bruises there too. When she also massaged my arm, it did hurt like hell. During the massage she was on her phone so many times which I felt super unprofessional and rude. I did it for 90min and it was awful 90min. I've been going here for a few years now when I'm in town and always felt like i got a good relaxing if not pain relieving massage. Today however i was hit up for payment before the nassage when it's always been after and other people today payed after as is usual. Then the girl gave a lazy 3/4 massage as she stopped abruptly and skipped to part at the end and have you sit back up and stretch your arms and back etc...she had to go upstairs i guess. Then on the way out the lady that i paid who's always there was gone and some guy was there and asking me to pay for the massage and didn't believe me when i told him i already paid on the way in but eventually let me go. I've always tipped well, 10-15 dollars as the service warranted it in the past. I tipped too much today but i'll never be going back so it doesn't matter. I came to get a massage with my mom and when we got there the receptionist was very rude and then told us 10 -15 wait so that was whatever but then we came back because there's no waiting space I asked again and she said 30 minutes because I asked if we could get a lady to massage us then she tolD is that we can't leave the room or that they'll skip us so we stay waited then when we got inside the lady's who we got kept asking us to take off of clothes so that was kind of awkward and too pushy and then we're honestly hurting me I thought I a massage was to post to feel good and to top it off the lady's who were massaging us were talking and laughing the whole time then when we were done they asked to put out clothes back on and then went to wait for us by the door I guess excepting tip my mom went to grab her purse from the car and since we weren't very satisfied with our service we gave each of them $2 and then immediately came back as saying "no tip" or who knows they didn't speak English turn out they wanted more tip I've never been to place on where they insisted tip or a certain amount of tip which made me feel uncomfortable once again put me in an awkward position she then followed telling you "come with her back inside " the store so showing her a sign talking about tips so then I just asked if they took card and once again the receptionist being rude said yes to give her my card made me feel uncomfortable giving her my card not knowing what she would do since they were mad ‍but anyway we left very unsatisfied read more

Coco did an excellent job of massaging me. She was very nice and I could tell that she took her work seriously. This is the first time I felt relaxed in a massage shop. So I decided to give this place a try after my Vietnamese friend who lives in the area recommended it. I totally trust her. What I did NOT trust was this place after reading the sketchy reviews. But I trust my friend (remember?). So I left behind my tried-and-true Olala and Blue Sky. Glad I did. Leo hooked me up. He had just the right amount of pressure. I had a "massage" two weeks ago, parts of which were enjoyable and others of which I was seriously getting beat up and thrown around. My neck still hurts 2 weeks later. Ok so I could've asked for a softer massage though I usually don't have to say anything to masseurs in the past. I have been going around try different foot massage places for the past 3 years. This place is really good as of Feb 2013 compared to other foot massage places around Bolsa (town). However, keep in mind, you may not get the same person every time you come. If you are a frequent foot massage goer and still researching for the right place, I suggest you go here for now... and do 2 things - 1. ask (at the front desk) for what you want. example: "can I have a male who is really good, strong?" or "can I have a female nice and gentle?"- - - use simple English.. and smile... It's all depend on what you like.. it's better to ask so you receive... and ask NICELY 2. if the person you get does not make you feel like he/she would be good for your taste within the first 2 mins - - immediately ask for some one else. I did that before. They were a little confuse but I rather them get confuse find me "better" massage person than to stuck with the bad one for the next 50+ minutes in a room full of 30 peoples. Right? Here is another tip - THE GOOD ONE are usually males and always busy. He always have somebody waiting for him.. Something to know.. Foot massage places tend to change every couple years. Employees also changed jobs too like going to different foot massage location every few years.. this is why you really don't get the same person every time you return. I love this place! $15 for an hour and they stretch you amazing! I've gone here now 4times and felt sooooo much better. These therapist work so hard and do a great job. I usually tip them $15-20. They use hot stones on your back which other places that cost more do not. The tea at the end is really good as well. This is my go to spot at least 2 times a month. read more

All I have to say for this place is you get what you pay for. Come in here with an open mind, do not expect to be treated if you were at Burke Williams. You are paying 15 dollars for a hour massage so don't expect to be in a private room and for there to be absolute silence. I go to a lot of 15-25 dollar massages around this area and the massage itself was a 4/5 which is pretty good. However, there was a lot of noise from the workers, people coming in, and one really loud man snoring. I don't mind a little noise but yesterday was excessive. I got massages a lot, almost once a week... So I consider myself as the expert to find a good place and therapists. King Massage is a great place ONLY IF you get the treatment from selective therapists there. I haven't got the service from male therapists, so I will leave that feedback for someone else. However, for female therapists, here is what you should know. First, those mid-aged therapists here don't provide good massages. I personally have a pity on them since they don't seem to take much rest. Regardless, their technique was not enough to find pain spots with proper pressure. Surprisingly, there are two young female therapists who are outstanding. Mary is the best, who even seemed to teach other young girls there. Katy is strong and little weak on technique, but she is second to none. Some guys prefer another girl, Linda, but I want to tell you that she is not a good therapist. She finished her routine in 50 minutes twice rather than 1 hour, so I know that she plays a trick on customers. Bad bad... She also talk a lot with male therapists and doesn't focus on the work. Sometimes too weak pressure too. The only reason why Linda is still there, I think that some guys like the way she wears short pants and tall. But, if you really want to have satisfying massage sessions, go for other young girl or male therapists. read more
