They tried to ask me to pay over $5,000 extra to continue to "diagnose the problem" and at that point I said no. This doesn't seem right. Took the car to my aunts trustworthy mini guy, and guess what. The problem was exactly what they said it was. Just the key fob. They also checked everything that MSpec said I should get replaced, and they did it for the smallest fee. I walked out paying $500. Go to Meadowbrook Collision in Freeport for your mini. They are amazing. Mspec unfortunately lost my business, and I feel robbed. Never again.
