I was also very happy to learn that Erik is a licensed roofing contractor in addition to performing rodent exclusion work, as I needed my roof valleys cleaned as well. After removing the tiles, he showed me how much debris had built up underneath in areas that weren't visible from the outside and explained that I was likely only about a year away from developing a major leak.
