I can't recommend Perry's Wildlife Control enough! After weeks of trying to catch a mole myself and even hiring another company that clearly didn't have the experience to handle mole trapping, I finally called Perry's. I only wish I had found them sooner. Bryce was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the process and his approach to trapping moles. He knew right away, without question, what rodent I had in my yard just from the pictures I sent him. He set the traps on his first visit, and the mole was caught so quickly that there was no additional yard damage afterward. What really stood out was that he actually knew what he was doing. He didn't make empty promises or try to sell unnecessary services--he simply came out, did the job efficiently, and solved the problem. It's refreshing to find a company that is honest, reliable, communicative, and truly experienced. Had I found him sooner, I could have saved myself a lot of headaches, time, and money. Jason is easy to work with and he has a practical and effective approach. He trapped and removed 2 rats from my attic, then left the traps in place, checking them each week just in case there were any others, while making sure the point of entry was sealed. I have had many pest control companies here in the past 37 years (our neighborhood has lots of oak trees) but none were nearly as effective as Perry's. Finally, I have peace of mind. read more

A few days ago, our pup was going crazy running around the house barking around the vents on perimeter of the house . I followed him to the back side yard and saw one of the wire mesh of the vents pushed in ... uh oh . After one night passed we got confirmation , that a raccoon decided to make our basement their den ! Omg , could not sleep at all thinking there were possible multiple raccoons underneath the house or in the walls. Our pup, the raccoon sniffer , was nuts barking at the vents and floors of the house this weekend . Around 530 am on a Sunday, i messaged Perry's Wildlife Control on yelp and they responded back quickly. Followed up with a call around 8:30 am and they were here within the hour on a Sunday ! It didn't take long for them to see that there was a mom and three little baby raccoons chillin in the crawl space under the house . Bryce told us what the best humane method was to remove the bandits from under the house and they went to work . They were able to retrieve three furry baby raccoons unharmed. The mom raccoon ran away also unharmed . Gives me relief to know that there aren't any animals running around under the house or in the walls and it's safe for our pup to roam the backyard again . Bryce told me that they would need to take the baby raccoons to a care and rehabilitation place so the babies can be raised. The mom was purposefully not trapped so that it can lead a natural life roaming the wilds of Sacramento. Super impressed with their quick response and care for the animals . I wanted to wait a month before posting a review. It's now been a month and we haven't seen any gophers. Prior to using Perry's Wildlife Control, we tried having our regular pest control company get rid of our serious gopher problem. If anything, the gopher problem worsened. After having Jason from Perry's Wildlife Control come out, we haven't seen any new gopher holes in a month - it's a miracle! We did have one new gopher hole about 2 days after the initial treatment, and Jason came out right away and treated it. We are very happy with the results. read more

This company is amazing. My property management hired them for an issue we were having in our attic. Jason was so friendly and very helpful. Bryce replied within 2hrs and was at our home by 9am. He and his colleague removed the bat and inspected both the inside and outside of our home and explained all their findings. In March 2020, we had Perry's inspect and screen all entry points to our attic, as it was very clear we had rats or squirrels inside. The service was very expensive (nearly $2k) and it worked for a bit. Fast forward to Jan 2022, there is a very active rodent, actively scratching and chewing through who knows what in my attic. I left 2 very clear phone messages asking for guidance and additional service and got no call back. So disappointing...I'm going with someone else who #1, answers the phone and #2, can guarantee his work - which by the way, the company I'm going with has a 2 year guarantee, which if Perry had one, I would qualify. So thankful I got in contact with Perry's Wildlife Control. Fast response on a weekend right before closing and Jason did an excellent job the following day removing what turned out to be two squirrels who got themselves caught in an unused and contained vent pipe. Jason had excellent communication and problem solving skills while also physically going above and beyond on a hot day. Pricing was conveyed beforehand and very reasonable for an urgent weekend job that was taken care of quickly and completely. We hadn't ever had this issue before but I know who I'll call if we end up needing them again in our next house! read more

The individuals at the company were very friendly and responsive, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth when I was charged $195 for an "inspection" of my house. The inspection consisted of an employee walking around the exterior of my house for 5-10 minutes to assess any rodent vulnerabilities. Normally this is called a quote and the customer isn't charged anything for it. I ended up paying the amount because I didn't want to get in a spat with the company. So be aware that they will charge you $195 just to come out and look at your house. I ended up not using the company because the quote was above what I wanted to spend. In the end, very nice and responsive, but I can't help but feel screwed over for paying $195 for a 10 minute "inspection." read more

I called 3 different companies to help me with a gopher problem in my yard. Not only was Bryce the first one to call me back (one never returned my call and the other called me 10 days later), he was responsive and knowledgeable. He came out, set the traps, and was diligent about monitoring them. The only challenge was that he couldn't take a Visa card, so he had to follow me to the bank for me to get cash since I didn't have any checks. (And that's the reason for only 4 stars.) read more

If you have a mole or gopher on your property, Bryce is the guy to call. He is very responsive and extremely knowledgable when it comes to getting rid of these critters. I was able to book an appointment for him to come out to my house very quickly and he came out on follow-up visits on short notice. He offers it all - gas, poison or traps. I personally like to call him the "Mole Whisperer" because he just seems to be so in tune with these critters. A lot of pest control companies won't even deal with moles so I count myself as lucky to have found someone like Bryce. read more

We found Bryce Perry to be very well informed & professional. We had a very bad ground squirrel, gopher and rodent problem. We called Perry & Bryce was able to come a day later at first thing (7:00 am). He took the time to walk the property with us explaining what he saw & what our options were. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We did not want to use poison. The job took double the time he was expecting, we had a serious infestation, but he was very reasonably priced.
